This place is so good. The cheeseburgers melt in your mouth. The cocktails are really weak but that's kind of what you get at a counter service restaurant. That's said the burgers are so good that it's worth it.

Great food! I had the Classic Smash Burger and my husband had the Spicy. We ordered regular fries and the spicy fries, the spicy were our favorite but the regular were great too. My husband is particular with smash burgers... he says "just because you smash a burger doesn't make it a smash burger" but he gave these his approval said they are in fact Smash Burgers. We stopped by on a Sunday around 11:30 so there was plenty of seating both inside and outside. I think their brand colors are on point and recognizable if they were to have a food truck or food booth somewhere else, you'd know how to find them.

If you are going to a baseball game, a show at the DPAC or just hanging out around Tobacco Road! Go grab a burger from QueenBurger! The burgers are fresh and flavorful!( don't be fooled by the photo it's ugly on the outside but tasty from start to finish) get extra sauce on the side so you can dip your burger! Tots and fries are also delicious get Cajun it's not spicy it's just a seasoning! Oh and they have cocktails... the hurricane was on point!!

I was really looking forward to trying these burgers that I had seen everywhere but surprisingly, I was not a fan. I will say the location is nice, located next to the Tobacco Campus and Durham Bulls Stadium. You can take a walk around the area or try some other spots downtown while you're at it. You will have to find street parking as there is no parking lot. They play good music in the restaurant and it is always pretty lively inside every time I pass by. The service was also super quick, and the staff was friendly.There aren't any shakes but they have lemonade, fountain drinks, and beers in the fridge. They have shoestring fries in spicy (just cajun seasoning, not spicy), sea salt, or cheesy. They have a few burger options and you can add a few toppings to it. Okay now back to the burger- I would rate it a 6/10. It was a smash burger with the cheese melted perfectly, but it had no flavor. The patty was not juicy at all and just tasted like a dry thin smashed patty. We all got double burgers and none of us were satisfied. I was actually shocked I felt this way because I love a good juicy smash burger.

Hamburgers were generously sized, well spiced, perfectly cooked and absolutely delicious. The extra ingredients such as bacon and jalapeños were generously heaped on. Fries were crispy and the well seasoned (Cajun) and generously sized. The servers and service was great.The ambiance was ok, a little dim, and the chairs and tables and little flimsy. I am definitely going to come back!

First time here as we wanted a short order burger joint. The menu is simple which is kind of refreshing. But they have enough to get you want you want and to satisfy your burger craving. We ordered a Classic and a Spicy burger. The classic was just that a charbroiled burger with your normal toppings/fixings. The Spicy on the other hand was a pleasant surprise. They add these crispy spicy chip style topping which is such an awesome touch. I must admit they make something called Spicy that is actually spicy... THANK YOU!!! The ambiance is modern, clean and has a modern vibe. The sell alcohol and some other drinks too. Cool place, I'd come back in the future.

For first time, we came in and got the kids burger and regular fries with the fire spice and we are excited to try it out. Great ambience customer service was amazing. They're very nice and we highly recommend when we come back. I want the frozen, which is a rosé wine I hear it's highly recommended. They have very good food.in QueenButget

I cannot speak highly enough about Queenburger. We drove from Wilmington to Raleigh to catch a playoff Hurricanes game and we stayed in a hotel in Durham. Queenburger was at the bottom of our hotel and we were in a rush so our decision making was utlra simplified by timeliness......We made the right decision. Simple as that. Their team was gracious, quick and the food was DELICIOUS. I also found a new beer that's become a staple selection in my craft beer buying Edmund Oast's Something Cold.

Fantastic! My family and I stopped by for the first time last week, and everything was delicious! Burgers, Fries and Tots were spot on! Environment was fun and customer service was just as good! We'll be back for sure!

Was a great burger. The garage door was open so it was a great afternoon. Parking was a bit rough, but expected.Fries weren't my favorite, so will try tots next time.Will be back.
