Purple Door Coffee

Another great coffee shop that was within walking distance from my hotel! I want to give them more than 5 stars!Denver's downtown area has lots of coffee shops to choose from and Purple Door was another discovery for us. We didn't have a lot of time on our vacation in Denver, so we had to choose our coffee shops wisely. And we were very happy that we got to try them out, with my parents even thanking me for bringing them here.Since they're above street level, they are accessible by stairs and by elevator. Hence the name, they have an actual purple door at the entrance, which was a very pretty dark purple color that was welcoming upon our arrival. They also have an affiliation with Dry Bones Coffee, another coffee company based in Denver.I ordered an iced mocha and a warmed up croissant. My mom had a brown sugar latte with some sort of blueberry Danish and my dad had a cortado coffee. Both my parents' coffees came with artwork on top that was still intact when both drinks were finished. Now THAT is how you create a coffee masterpiece. The iced mocha was one of the best mochas I've had on this trip and the croissant was very flaky and buttery. We enjoyed our food and drink on their spacious patio.What I noticed until long after we left is that Purple Door employs young people who have recently exited out of homelessness, with the help of the Presbyterian church not far from it. This is the real deal right here and they truly make a difference helping the homeless. We will definitely be returning to Purple Door next time we're in Denver!

My new favorite coffee shop on the fringe of downtown! Seriously- if you're downtown for a conference or meeting, this is a must-stop. Super cute and fairly new, this shop has a lot of to offer. I got a lavender latte- chef's kiss- and will definitely be back for a pastry next time. Very bright and airy- and a nice patio for warmer days, too.

Cool vibes when you walk in...and I was greeted right away by the sweetest girl! I went around 11:30 AM and it wasn't very crowded for a Friday... a great place to work or catch up with some friends!I ordered an iced oat milk caramel latte with their caramel cold foam and it was soooooo good!!! Can't wait to go back!

4.5 stars. Coffee was AMAZING! So good that i ended up getting a second. Only wish there were more food options. Other than that, definitely going back!!

My service experience has most definitely improved. The coffee is still great! I still feel welcome and happy to support this business.

Great lattes and a great mission statement. I enjoy supporting local businesses. Purple Door takes that to the next level with their engagement and support of Denver's local homeless youth! They're a great business and their drinks are delicious!

Good coffee. They have others items including food and coffee. Should come and visit hours Monday to Friday 7am-4pm and Sundays 8am-2pm. They do have WiFi so you can still continue to work on your computer

Phenomenal coffee and a beautiful space. Their beans are incredible and everyone was so friendly and attentive. Seriously, though, the place is adorable and you should check it out.

Love the social mission! Appreciated the vegan breakfast burrito though it was a little too spicy for me. Convenient to the Presbyterian church and the Warwick hotel not to mention the DenverArt Museum.
