We were drawn in by the creative menu, then we were thrilled with our server Kelly O. Knowledgeable, friendly and funny. This will become THE spot to bring guests.

If you have never fallen in love at first sight, you are eating at the wrong spot. Who can refuse wine and charcuterie boards paired with great service and happy vibes? If you haven't discovered Postino's, you have been missing out my friends!Great spot for dates, brunch, lunch, happy hour and anyone you have a craving for delish carbs. I have been a fan of them since their origin in Arizona. Was so happy to see they expanded to Colorado. I've been to the other locations which all have different vibes but always consistently good service and great food. The Highlands Ranch location is easy to get to with plenty of parking. You don't have to rush and will want to stay awhile. Great seating inside or out. Shout out to Evan for being the rockstar server that he always is! Everyone is right about raving about the bruschetta board. You can't go wrong with the options. Why not order two boards so you can try them all! My personal favorites are the brie and apple, proscuitto and fig, salmon pesto and the tomato and basil. If you want to pregame before the wine and board, the meatball and skewers are so yummy. I also love the grilled cheese with the tomato dip. Happiness calories do NOT count. Their soup and salad is generous portions.Enjoy being happy. Be selfish with your time, money and space. Order the bottle of wine and board. Eat like a sloth and take your time here.

To start, we love Postino, but we would usually visit the Lower Highlands one. Thanks to the bRUNch group, we finally had a chance to branch out and visit the Highlands Ranch.The place has an amazing decor! I was greatly impressed by all of the typewriters, cameras, radios, and other appliances in the middle of the place. It is a great way to add lots of character. It's not messy, but it just steals your attention. Then, there's the board game wall, which made us look at it for a pretty long time, trying to find as many that we know as possible. So cool!We weren't original with our orders. I did try the prickly pear lemonade for the first time and absolutely loved it. Aside from that, we went for chicken mozzarella panini and bruschetta board, both in gluten free versions (since I can't have it otherwise). We tried these before, except for smoked salmon and pesto bruschetta, so no surprises there, we loved it. I have to say, though, it seemed the amount of cheese on all of the cheesy options was noticeably less than in the other location that we love. Other than that, it was perfect.

Gluten free bruschetta!! I can't exactly remember the ones that I got, but they were all fantastic! My favorite was the smoked salmon. My only regret is that I didn't know there would be chopped onions on it so I had to pick those off, otherwise it was wonderful. I also know that their pesto, which was on at least two of my tasty delights was very good. My son got the meatball shakshouka and loved it! We both had the cucumber honey lemonade and it really hit the spot after a full weekend of hockey games!

This place usually has good food and drink options for Highlands Ranch and the people working there are nice. The Nine Iron sandwich is delicious and wine options are always great. I dropped a star because the smoked salmon snacky thing had smoked salmon that smelled fishy and old, tasted awful and had a bone in the one small bite I took. I would recommend trying one of the boards if you have a group. We will be back again.

Yum! Got take out for dinner and tried the brussel sprout salad and flatbread platter - so delicious and hit the spot. Portions are generous as well. A lot of people were sitting at the restaurant for happy hour so would be a fun place to dine in as well

Enjoyed eating at Postino this evening. Their bruschetta board was lovely. We ordered 4 different kinds. Each is sliced into four pieces for easy sharing. We did a Brie Apple Fig, a Ricotta Dates Pistachio, a Philly Cheesesteak (special) and another special (name is escaping me). We also ordered a Chef's charcuterie board. I loved the salami and the Spanish chorizo. Probably some of the best chorizo I've had in the U.S. The hummus was shocking delicious too. I think the board would've been better with slightly more cheese and bread. Our waitress was very attentive and sweet. Food took a while to come out. We enjoyed sitting on the patio since it was a nice evening. I loved that they had misters on to keep everyone cool. A nice touch for warmer days. Postino is a fabulous date night restaurant. We will be back!

On Mondays at Tuesdays they have a board and a bottle for $25! It's amazing! Perfect combo at an amazing price!

We came for lunch during happy hour! $6 glasses of wine, beer, and draft beer pitchers on special! We opted to sit on the patio and the weather was stunning. The patio vibes were great. We ordered a Nick's Board which was amazing. The crispy pretzel bites topped with the pimento cheese spread was my favorite! We also ordered a build your own bruschetta - (L to R) Smoked Salmon & Pesto, Prosciutto di Parma, Fig, Mascarpone, Mexican Street Corn, Burrata, Bacon, Arugula, Tomato

Kelly O is probably the best server I've ever encountered in my history of dining out. Knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. The best reason to return to Positions.
