Underrated sandwich place that deserves more recognition! Highly recommend anything on their menu, even the blasphemous Saigon sandwich! Service was great, ambiance can be a little loud but hey it's technically a bar too! The Living Dead drink that they have on the menu is absolutely amazing, it taste like liquid thanksgiving.

Pony Up looks like a regular bar on the inside, but they crank out some serious food - mainly French Dips but they're not messing around with the hot wings either. We went here looking for a good munch before a Rockies game and definitely got what we were looking for. Starting with the hot wings, they were very rich, tasty and fat. Definitely some of the better wings around. I rarely have French Dips, so I don't have the most credible opinion on them. We got the Chicago and the Saigon, and honestly these were two completely different sandwiches. I thought the Chicago left a lot to be desired, as the meat was pretty bland and not much flavor was coming out from the other ingredients, so the only thing I tasted was the Jus when dipping it. The Saigon on the other hand was exactly the opposite, it had rich flavors inside of it and dipping in the Pho sauce didn't actually do much for it. Reminded me heavily of a Banh Mi. The common denominator between these two sandwiches, the bread, was very soft, chewy and delightful.All-in-all, for what it is, it's a really solid stop that doesn't disappoint if you're in the area and walk in for a munch. They're probably the best option for places that are open late in the area also. But there is a certain amount of hype around this place that I don't think is justified - the French Dips are good but not incredible. I would possibly come back to try some of the other French Dips, but not any time soon.

Went here based on the reviews and it didn't disappoint. Came after a Rockies game and got in quickly. I know some people asked: Note it was 10:30 pm and they did card everyone and had someone wanding people at the food. The place had a cool atmosphere with a disco ball and cool art. It was very close to Coors field and easy to walk too. Not a huge menu but what they had was good. Wonderful sandwiches and the karragi chicken was crispy and juicy. My daughter said her pho sandwich was one of the best things she has ever eaten! Highly reccomend if your in the area.

Really cool spot. We did wait about 5 minutes for bar seating on a Friday night. Service was really quick. We shared the Chicago French dip. So nice that they split it for us and gave us two dips. The sandwich was delicious and perfectly spicy. The beef was so juicy and delicious but was slightly dry on its own which was a bit disappointing but everything tasted awesome. I had the Parmesan bourbon drink. This was super delicious and would definitely order again.

We googled random restaurants after finishing up with 1Up arcade and found this gem. I saw shishito peppers and wanted to try this place. But unfortunately they were out of it. We ordered the Saigon sandwich, French onion soup, country karaage and happy hour drinks. They were out of non-alcoholic Shania Tang, so I ordered another one, forgot the name but it had a sour taste and was really good. The country karaage was really juicy! The Saigon sandwich was good but too salty. I would've loved it more if I had shishito peppers to go with the chicken. Nevertheless, definitely recommend this place to everyone. Service: 3.5/5Food:4/5Decor: 4/5

Stopped in here as part of a food tour but the vibe was great! Very pain back and casual but so fun. Was grateful they had a few fun mocktail options as I'm pregnant and wanted to be able to still have a fun drink. The sandwiches are amazing! Try any of them, you'll love them all!

When your coworkers are from Denver, it's easier to trust their recommendations, and this was one of the first places I went to where I followed vs explored on my own.Ambiance is incredibly relaxing, and it's a good sign when there's a huge painting of a dog in a suit right when you walk in.I don't drink, but I did have French onion soup (a fave) and Caesar salad with chicken. Both hit the spot after a long day at work. One of my coworkers had a problem with her drink, and our server replaced it with no hesitation or rebuttal. To see that was awesome as I've seen some servers suggest having the drink remade. Places like these help wind down after a long day of mental wear. Laughing, getting to know coworkers, and just having great conversation and good times is awesome.Pony Up is a win for first impressions. Great service, food, and care here. Thanks Denver!

Came here around 10 pm on Thursday because our flight had just gotten in and it was one of the few places around that was still open. It was on my list of places to try and I knew it was going to be great, so I was more than excited to drag my husband here. This late, it was definitely a bar/club vibe but fun - great music, good service, exceptional food.I got the French onion soup which was like a hug to the soul, it was amazing. Just what I needed after walking in the freezing rain. I also got the Saigon French Dip - which was honestly I think the best sandwich I've ever had in my life. Everything about this sandwich was perfection, the pho broth - chef's kiss. I'm so sad I don't live in Denver, and will have to travel back to experience it again. My husband got the BLTA and he said he really liked it, but I was too busy enjoying my sandwich to try his. Will be telling anyone going to Denver about this place.

From CA and in Denver for a weekend last month. In a search for late night food, my husband found this place and ordered the Karage chicken (not sure if I spelled it right) to-go. And oh my goodness?!?! Very rarely you think you experience a brand new texture in food, but the crunch in these chicken tenders were so unique and delicious. Crunchy, but easy to bite into so it also felt "soft"?! We both were floored. The texture was great but also the flavor was impactful and we couldn't get enough. We both agreed this is THE BEST fried chicken we have ever had. We still talk about it even though it was last month. Haha Well done, Pony Up!! We will dream of this chicken forever!
