Always delicious, moist items. Purchased the heart shaped White Chocolate cake for Valentine's celebration. The business was clean and spacious. This was a new location to visit. The wonderful smell of fresh bakery items was inviting. Could not leave without buying my granddaughter her favorite double chocolate cupcake. Although my purchases were incorrectly entered, once I discovered the error I called the central number and the associate made a credit to my account. I have been a customer of Piece of Cake for many years both for work and personal use. Never a bad experience and always excellent products. If you want delicious cakes and cupcakes give them a try!

Don't waste your time or money. The customer service is the two star rating but the quality of cake was disappointing. It was dry and tasteless. I couldn't really tell the difference in taste between the Oreo cake and Red velvet cake. I could have just gone to publix for better quality which says a lot. I really wanted my money back I was so disappointed. My son won't even eat it.

The cupcake was dry tasting.The service was very good. Unfortunately the cake was dry. I ordered a key lime cupcake, but it didn't have any flavor. No real hint of key lime. It just tasted like white cake with frosting on top. And the cupcake was not moist. I don't think I would purchase another cupcake from here intentionally. If by chance there happened to be a different flavor that I tried for free somewhere and I was impressed then I would purchase something else from here again. However the customer service was great. Thank you!

BEWARE & be very careful when purchasing cake from this establishment. A friend of mine stopped by to grab us a few slices of cake and luckily I always look closely at food before I eat it. There was mold. I called the number they have listed to inform them and they said that they didn't know how long I had the cake, as if I would take the time out of my day to lie about something like this. Not very friendly or concerned at all. I'm just glad that I didn't eat it. However, They did offer another slice of cake or a refund with receipt. Money, yes. Another slice, No thank you!
