Best family owned restaurant in Arizona I feel like I'm eating grandma cooking Every time . I highly recommend to anyone that is Thai Foodaholic like me !

I recently tried Mae Khong Restaurant for the first time and was quite pleased with my experience. I ordered the Chicken Drunken Noodles and Khao Pad and both dishes were flavorful and satisfying.The Chicken Drunken Noodles was well-seasoned with just the right amount of spice and the chicken was tender. The portion size was less compared to the khao pad. The Khao Pad was also enjoyable. It had a nice mix of ingredients and a good portion size, though I could smell some fish sauce over powering the other spices. Mae khong delivered a solid meal with quality ingredients. I'll definitely be returning to explore more of their menu.

Super tasty Thai food. Loved this local spot, not a huge space so smaller groups are ideal but enjoyed every dish we had there. Looking forward to some other tasty choices!

The mango sticky rice was excellent. Definitely get it if you can! The drinks were great too, we also got the hibiscus tea. All very well balanced and flavorful. The curries were great and beautifully prepared, they just didn't stand out as the best ever. I prefer a thicker, more flavorful curry, although I was happy overall with it. It's a family business, and service was great, so I'd definitely go back and would recommend to try if you're in the area! The curries were delicious

The food is incredibly flavorful, with side sauces that are simply bomb. The Moo Ping Kra Ti and Pad kraprao were delightful, but the Mango Sticky Rice stole the show - the best I've had in Phoenix. The service was top-notch, making the dining experience even more enjoyable. Prices are reasonable for the quality, and I can't wait to return.

This spot is located in the middle of Mesa near a big strip mall! The restaurant is a small compact place with lot of light and a bar area. The appetizer here was amazing we got the combo which had chicken wings and papaya salad. The chicken is a must have as it the texture was like Beijing duck but with juicy meat inside. It was absolutely amazing. As for the main dish, I was extremely sad that they had changed the recipe and the taste was not as good as it was before, probably why the curry looks lot different in my photos compared to other reviews recently. The service was nice and they did a good job and explain choices in the menu needed. Overall a good restaurant.

Mae Khong is my favorite Thai restaurant in the East Valley. Their papaya salad always hits the spot. I ordered Drunken Noodles and my boyfriend ordered Panay Curry, both are phenomenal dishes. Their Thai Tea tastes refreshing, flavorful and unlike other restaurants.The food is consistent every time we dine here. Suii and Thomas always provided outstanding customer service. They're very friendly and polite.I am always amazed that this is not as busy as it should be but I guess that a plus when we spontaneously decide to pop in for lunch or dinner. If you're looking for a delicious Thai meal, give this place a chance and see for yourself.

We ordered take out from this restaurant. Portions of food seemed to be larger than before which was great. We liked how everything tasted. The person who answer the phone was very friendly and polite.
