Came for lunch. I ordered the Mexican Pizza Appetizer and loved it. It's definitely shareable and huge. Perfectly crispy crust. I love a good thin crust pizza. They bring you sour cream and salsa on the side. If I lived here this would be my go to meal at this restaurant. Hubby ordered a burger, medium. It was overcooked but we didn't send it back. Hence the four stars. He lived the fries that came with the burger. I also ordered sweet potato fries and they were actually waffle fries as a side. I prefer regular SP fries. It was a huge plate though. Easily shared. A little undercooked so maybe ask for them extra crispy. They come with a fabulous homemade ranch!All in all I really enjoyed my meal.

Ambiance in the daytime was great. Enjoyed live music. Food was not at all what we expected and we were disappointed. Service was very good and we appreciated that. This place is super fun in the evening with live music and people watching.

I think you forget sir but I've also been trained properly how to thi s kind of situation of this sort. You can tell me all day that your staff has been properly informed of liquor laws. But I felt discriminated against and for that fact I'll be calling my lawyer. I will not let this go. This is gross negligence.

Went to dinner with a couple of friends at 6:30pm on a Thursday night. There was a band playing when we walked in. We were seated about 5 tables from the dance floor which I quickly realized was not far enough away from the music. While the band was fantastic it was so loud that we had to screen at each other just to have a conversation. I don't know why the music had to be so loud as nobody was on the dance floor but next time if I am there to talk with friends and not necessarily listen to the music I will be sure to request a table further away from the music.While our server was very friendly, throughout the evening we had to hunt down our server and ask for whatever we needed whether it be to order, missing ordered items, or more drinks. I did notice that he was also serving tables on the patio but the restaurant had a lot of empty tables so it is hard to say if he was being too thin. I definitely didn't ever see him standing around. He seemed to always be bustling and hustling but nevertheless we still had to wait and it really extended our meal quite a long time.I ordered the smoked ribs but without the sauce but I avoid sugar most of the time and the ribs were really tasty. Definitely a menu item I would order again.All in all not the best experience but I will definitely give Harold's another chance and will make a different choice on the seating if there is live music.

Stopped by Harolds for Happy Hour .. noticed a new item on Monday Night Specials .. Lasagna Dinner .. one of my favorites, so I ordered and it was very very good plus the generous portions were under $13 WOW .. wouldn't hesitate to watch this special to come back around again!!

Harold's is an awesome old time establishment! We came there with a group of guys and had an awesome time, food was great with large portions and the beers were ice cold with plenty of selection. It was a very comfortable place to sit and hangout for a while in Cave Creek and all the staff was very friendly and accommodating to us.

We found it inviting and welcoming for tourist. The vibe was lively w/o the rowdiness; a sports bar/live music / play cornhole out on the patio kind of wonderful. We ordered the "Cam Bam" and Hangover Burgers, Steak Calzone, Margherita Pizza and Apple and Peach Cobblers for dessert (highly recommended) and were not disappointed in the least. The bill for 5 people was about the same it would be at any restaurant food chain but this was certainly more enjoyable and memorable! Highly recommended for a good time!PS Thank you to server Elizabeth for making our daughter's Birthday Dinner so special!

Harold's in Cave Creek AZ is a local favorite. We've been coming here for years. Our favorite waiter- Mason always is friendly and has a smile on his face! The food is excellent. Probably some of the best wings we've had and their Wednesday Prime Rib can't be beat! We love their breakfasts too! It gets loud when the music starts so come early if that's not your jam. Great daily specials!
