"In our travels, we always crave asian food after eating American food for every meal. So to finish off our trip in AZ, we decided to munch on some Japanese food and Cherryblossom came up.Tekka Don - tuna sashimi bowl with sushi rice. It wasn't the best tuna sashimi bowl I had but it was still good. I was hoping for warmer sushi rice.Kitsune udon - very delicious udon and soup. It definitely hits the spot on a cool day.Service: pretty good and fast considering how busy it was."
"My son and I visited on a particularly cold day in January. Craving warmth and pho, we decided to check out Pho Chandler. So many people had the same idea because there was a line outside. We had originally planned on dining in, but as soon as I saw the amount of people waiting, I decided to order to-go.We were greeted as soon as we entered. The space is cozy and ample seating. I ordered the Gỏi Cuốn (spring rolls), $6.95, Phở Hải Sản (seafood pho), $17.50 and my son ordered the Phở Đặc Biệt (house pho), $14.50. It was ready within 20 minutes. We requested shrimp only in our spring rolls. It was fresh and the accompanying peanut sauce was rich, creamy, and delicious. My pho came with snow crab, shrimp, and scallop with rice noodle. The broth was flavorful and I appreciated the amount of protein it came with. It was a solid pho! My son's came with house special combination of sliced eye round steak, well done-brisket well-done flank, soft tendon, and trip and beef meatball with rice noodle. He, too enjoyed his pho. Would order from Pho Chandler again!"

"I love the Papaya and Noodle plate. You can choose the meats of your choice. I usually like the chicken or beef. Nice spot to eat at in Phoenix. We enjoyed coming here on a night out to escape the heat. I also like the Spring Rolls here with shrimp or pork. NIce people, and staff working here. Prices are not high either. So, I will be coming here often."
"Location: Plaza on the northeast corner of Baseline Road and S 48th Street. Close to Fry's grocery store and a donut shop. Ample parking available. Wait: It was a busy Friday night, we were seated in about 15 minutes. But it took longer for the food to arrive, I think they were prioritizing takeout orders. Lots of patrons sitting around and not eating. Ambiance: Dim lighting with dark ceiling, floors and furniture. Marble tables with a mix of chairs, wall benches, and wooden booths with minimal back support. Menu: Standard Thai fare. Various appetizers, curries, soups, salads, fried rice, stir fried entrees, and noodles. A few dessert items like ice cream, mango sticky rice, and fried banana. Chicken Skewers (satay) - Six small and skinny pieces. Some were a little fatty, all were not grilled long enough. Drowning in sauce that should have been served on the side. Beef Pad See Ew - Didn't have much soy sauce flavor, kind of bland. Meat and noodle consistency was fine. I understand why they use broccoli instead of gai lan (Chinese broccoli), but it's out of place with the rest of the dish. Chicken Fried Rice - Some grains were hard to chew, protein was tender at the very least Complimentary Sorbet - Sweet and tangy Verdict: Entirely forgettable experience"
"I've been to Cambodia and enjoyed trying some of the dishes from my travels there. Major nostalgia eating at Reathrey Sekong! The interior has Cambodian decorations everywhere, like photos, Buddha statues, and instruments, plus Cambodian music playing, which I always appreciate. My husband and I had the lok lak beef salad, steak and thuk prahok, one egg roll, one spring roll, jackfruit sweet rice, and banana tapioca. The standout was the lok lak, which includes beef coated in a glossy, peppery sauce with some veggies and rice. We both really enjoyed this. Everything else was great and felt authentic. The desserts were not too sweet and were so light to finish out the meal. The price is a quite high for the portion of the food; if they want to keep the prices as is, I suggest giving more food. It was also intensely hot inside, so we had to eat in a rush and leave because we were so uncomfortable. So I had to drop a star. Also not a negative, but they only take cash, Zelle, and Venmo."
"I like the condiment bar. The wait can be quite long since this is a popular place. There are lots of hot pot places opening up these days. Perhaps this may make the wait less due to people going to other places. At a hot pot place you cook your own food in boiling broth at your table. They have a few different options on the menu for your broth. You can't change it once selected at the beginning of the meal. You get your own veggies at a station in the center of the restaurant. They bring you thinly cut meats from the back. A lot of it is fatty but it makes the food taste so good and soft. I like that I can mix my own dipping sauces from a station in the center of the restaurant. This adds more flavor to the meal. Otherwise I think it is bland. The staff is patient and fairly quick. It can sometimes be really loud when the restaurant is full of people."
"Amazing and wonderful food! You cannot beat the customer service here!! The service is amazing & soooo attentive! I love the cute little extra robot that was sooo cute! The calamari is the best here! Best calamari I've ever had! It's my second time coming here and both times have been amazing! The boba drink is also soooo good!! I love everything here and I highly recommend it to everyone! Restaurant is super spacious and great ambiance! Definitely planning to come back more.Highly recommend Calamari and Ka Soi Chicken! :)Price is affordable for how big the servings are."
"I should have been to this place sooner! I hear about them but I was worried about traffic/parking around the campus. I did delivery order and I wanted to do this every Friday. The fish is so tasty with some kinds of salt and pepper sauce with lots of chili. The pickled celery on top of rice is surprisingly good and addictive. The black rice porridge is tasty with a little bit of sweetness. I need more bowl please."
"A nice traditional Chinese restaurant in the heart of Tempe. They have many traditional dishes that are non-american Chinese food. They have those as well. Everything is cooked to order. Staff is on point and knowledgeable on all of their food. Large selection of items at a decent price with large portions. Definitely come and check it out if you want more than just American style Chinese"
"Our go to spot! If you're feeling sushi, Chinese, twainese, they have it all. We are making our way though the menu. They even have a special Chinese menu if you want to venture out of your comfort zone and try new stuff. Literally everything we had so far has been delicious. Service is always great and food is always fresh and popping hot. Love this place."
"Average in pricing, but good size portions. Had a couple of pho entrees and both were delicious.Very casual atmosphere, small dining area and great mix of clientele. Young and old, couples and families and all seemed to be happy and comfortable.Don't go if you're looking for formality. But do go for an actual 'good food' experience."
"I enjoyed this ramen my son and I both did a custom. The spicy miso broth was not my favorite to be honest but still edible just a different taste. I got the teriyaki chicken. Which was good but after eating realized I didn't enjoy it with my ramen and should have done pork. Everything else in my ramen was delicious. My son did similarly but got the pork and loved it. The guyozas I did enjoy we got 6 and they were delicious. Overall I did enjoy my experienc e"

Cherry Blossom Cafe is a cozy spot with a relaxed, old-school vibe and gentle piano music playing in the background. I recently dug into their Nasu Miso dish, featuring tasty seasonal eggplant and Miso salmon with the basic tomato and garlic pasta to complement each item in my meal. They serve up a mix of Japanese, Italian, and Korean fusion dishes that really hit the spot. If you're up for trying something different that still feels familiar and comforting, Cherry Blossom Cafe is definitely worth a visit. The service is great and my waitress was so friendly. It's a laid-back place where you can enjoy good food and good vibes without any fuss.

LOVED LOVED LOVED!! I am not a huge soup person but I am in love! I ordered the beef pho and added my own spice, it was so delicious! I ordered the small bowl and I even had enough left overs for today, I just ordered an extra side of meat. I wish the bowl had extra meat that is the only thing I would change. We tried the chicken egg rolls, they had a fishy taste to it which wasn't our favorite. If you like fish egg rolls then you would love them! They were very crispy. We also got the gyozas and they were super filling, juicy, and crispy. We would ordered them again! The servers were super fast at taking care of everyone. We ordered extra bean sprouts and they arrived within 2 minutes of ordering! They were quick! The restaurant is very small, I wish it was bigger so the wait wasn't so long but it is worth the wait!

After a long haitus of 5 years, I finally had the chance to return to Ban Mi Bistro. I was amazed and pleased to see that this wonderful eatery has retained its stellar accomplishments of great food, efficient staff, and reasonable prices. As you can see from my previous reviews, this used to be my daily lunch spot. Changes in work had me relocated during my lunch time, and I had lost touch with this great food. Today, I had a chance to return, and return I did. I bought the rice plate with chicken, which, by all accounts, is enough food for 2 people. And wow, the flavor still kicks ass. Sizzling hot food, with the perfectly sublime gentle spice undertones that seem to comfort your mouth at every bite. The chicken rice plate has a collage of chopped veggies accompanying the chicken and rice, and all of it is amazing. The staff continues to be kind and swift, while being helpful at every turn. And they get the dishes prepared in rocket speed!I was never unhappy when this was my mainstay linch stop, and I am glad to see it continues to be the best asian eatery in the area. Well done to John and the staff!!

Very good Thai cuisine, comparable to its sister (or rather, mother) restaurant a few miles away. Very efficient service and our server gave excellent suggestions and explainee the menu items well when we had questions. The place itself is spacious, clean, and conveniently located in a large commercial plaza so parking is no problem.

Cambodian food isn't nearly as easy to find as Thai or Vietnamese, and Reathrey Sekong offers a phenomenal experience. This unassuming spot in Midtown is easy to pass by, tucked away on Indian School Road, but is well worth seeking out. I stopped in for dinner on a quiet Friday night and was greeted by the host right away. The menu covers a wide range of Cambodian specialties, most of which I wasn't familiar with: the menu has very good descriptions of the fare. I settled on a fresh spring roll and steak with thuck prahok, chased with iced coffee. The spring roll was very similar to a Vietnamese summer roll, though with the addition of chicken to the shrimp, mint, and vermicelli. The bright, vinegary dipping sauce was a fine accompaniment. The steak dish was revelatory: thin slices of medium rare beef were served with raw vegetables and thuck prahok: a sauce of lemongrass, lime leaf, garlic, eggplant, chili, galangal, and prahok (fermented fish paste). The menu warns of its "strong pungent taste", and there's no easy way to describe the flavour: bold and bracing, without being overwhelming or overly salty. This is absolutely worth a repeat visit

Our brother was visiting from out of town so we had family dinner here the night before he left. It was an excellent experience. Besides the stove kind of slow at boiling the broth which made me dad unhappy the food was good. There were plenty of food to choose from the buffet line and the waiter came check on us regularly

AWESOME PORTION SIZES!! I have been here twice now. I enjoyed it so much, that I made sure to get it again as soon as practical. They get pretty busy on weekend nights but it seems like everyone gets seated without any delay. The servers are attentive and they have a robot to help out. I have had the: potstickers, satay chicken, Pad Thai and Kao Soi. THE KAO SOI IS AN ABSOLUTE TRY. If you like the taste of peanuts, you'll love this. You have the option of different spice levels. I tried the hot which wasn't hot, so next time I'll try the Thai hot. Every entree has definitely enough to feed two and possibly more. A little girl next to us ordered the Orange chicken and the plate was about as big as her. Overall, this place has awesome portions sizes and you won't be disappointed.

"Food was hot and fresh. Each dish came out steaming. Each of us chose an entree to share. Chicken was all tender. All white meat chicken. All chicken dishes we ordered had enough sauce to coat the food without it swimming in it. All the chicken dishes we tried had a similar sweetness. Even the General Tso's had a real sweetness to it. Mongolian beef was medium spicy. Beef wasn't chewy. I wish we would have ordered a vegetable dish as well. That is not reflected in the number of stars. More a thought after the food started trickling in, and I realized the kids didn't order entrees with vegetables. A little work could be used on cleanliness. Dining room was completely empty, upon arrival. Having never been here before, we waited to see if we should seat ourselves, or wait to be seated. We were directed to a table against the wall. Floor around and under the table had pieces of dropped food. It looked like a family with young children had been there previously. My hand became sticky from something on the menu. Some brown splatters on the white sweetener packet holders. I could see these things getting overlooked during a rush. I had to take a star away for these being the conditions during an early dinner, where they sat us. Otherwise, Wok Wei would be a solid 4 stars."
"Another great late lunch/early dinner at Thai Thai Kitchen. This family works so hard, always greet us with a smile.Good is always, always on point and they take the best care of us.Masa Man Curry w/ fried tofuPad Thai w/ fried tofuThai Tea with Coconut milkFresh Iced Tea"
"Stopped by here after a long day. The food was very tasty and quite delicious. The service was excellent being one person was taking care of the restaurant. Great job! Good came out rather fast as well. The only down side of why I gave it a 4 star is because the dirty dishes on the cart was not a good site as well the top of the Sriracha bottle was crusty and gross. I will definitely go back because the food was really good."
"This place is easy to fix, plenty of parking, and good amount of seating inside and outside. The first time here, food was good, but service was ok. Had to keep asking them to refill our drinks and asked for containers to take food home. The other times have been an incredible difference, service was great. Ok, there is the run down on the food:1. Beef with green onion dumplings - perfect texture of dumping skin and well flavored beef2. Pan-fried beef with green onions Pan fried dumplings - perfect texture of dumping skin and well flavored beef3. Scallion pancake was perfect flakiness and layers with the onion greens4. Pan-fried pork buns was good, but the buns were just a tad too thick5. Golden fried bun looks a little over fried but it was very tasty6. Xiao long bao - these were good, but not the best I have had.7. Popcorn chicken - MORE PLEASE, these seasoned just perfectly and crispy8. Taiwanese three cup chicken - WOW, it was super good, flavorful9. Sweet and sour baby back ribs - these were served with love, flavor, and perfectThere are still MORE things I would love to try on their menu! I will be coming back soon!"
"I almost always opt for Mexican food...but not this night. We were hungry...we had options...then my best friend said "there's a pretty good Chinese place up here, let's do that." I was initially against it,...I wanted a burrito, but I gave in. This is a sit and order at your table place. We were greeted quickly with a smile. Everyone was super friendly and helpful. Lots of seating inside and everything looked clean and inviting. The plates are definitely shareable, but we figured that out after ordering. I got the Biang Biang Noodles with Pork and it was really good! Nice and spicy with thick slices of jalapeño. My friends ordered other entrees that I tasted and liked them. They also ordered the Fish Pot...heads up, that is a HUGE! But wow, it was good. On a scale of 1 - 10, I'll come back....I need to try more here."
"I visited Surprise Pho on a whim. I craved for vietnamese food and called ahead to place my order. They were helpful in helping me figure out the menu. Since I was in a time crunch I had to make sure the food would be ready. They had it readily prepared for me to eat. I got the hot stone bbq ribeye. I love a hot and sizzling plate. I'm not sure but when I had it for my dine in option.. I was hoping to hear the food crackle and pop. But surprisingly it did not get that effect. I ate the steak that once cut into pieces with onion and bell peppers. It was more like a peppered steak dish. It was mediocre, but I'm assuming it would've been as bomb dot com if they had put it hot on the platter and kept the ribeye steak intact and cooked to our liking. I got the shrimp spring roll, it was rolled thick. It helped make me feel full. I appreciate the customer service at this restaurant. I think they can improve the dated interior. I hope they can better their food. But for anyone in the surprise area who doesn't know pho and vietnamese food like I do, the price is a good options for a quick grab and go."
"I stopped in for some lunch it was super quiet and very clean upon entering . I was immediately greeted and sat by the server. She brought me a regular menu, sushi menu and told me they have Happy Hour all day! She also let me know right away that they serve Coke products. I placed an order for the Tropicana roll, which has salmon and mango and the Lisa Lisa roll which has cream cheese, tempura shrimp, and a crunch topping... they were amazing! I have never had a sushi roll with mango and the pairing of mango and salmon was delicious !!! I will definitely be back The service was great. The pricing was decent, and the serving size was more than enough."
"Took my dad here for some lunch. The place was clean and only a couple more groups in there. We were greeted right away and it is seat yourself. We ordered the spring rolls with pork and shrimp, wonton noodle soup and vermicelli bowl. The spring rolls were nice and fresh, and the peanut sauce was on point. I have noticed some places have maybe overproduced peanut sauce and it is really watery but not Fu Belly! My dad loved his wonton noodle soup and finished every drop. He already wants to come back here.Overall friendly service, good prices and portions. Definitely recommend!"
"This place is the perfect American Asian fusion. The flavors are definitely not lacking and the food quality is excellent. I'm usually very biased when it comes to Asian food, especially when it's American fusion, but I was extremely pleased with all of the dishes we got. Our server was awesome and the place was very cute and casual. The prices are reasonable for the food that you're getting."
"I've been a couple of times. Soooo good! The food is absolutely amazing. No complaints here. And my favorite appetizer was the buns. Everyone is so nice and service is great."
"Yummy ramen at an affordable price! Small and casual restaurant with limited parking near ASU. Kind service.Ordered the Yatai Ramen and it was pretty good. Not super amazing but for $11 it's hard to beat! Tonkatsu broth was good and not too heavy like I've had at other places.Husband got the combo which comes with ramen and an additional entree for $15. Good value and you'll def be full."
"When I went inside, there were only a couple of people sitting at the tables. It was pretty quiet in there. The inside of the restaurant is pretty small. There didn't seem to be a lot of seating. When you first enter, you come across the counter with a cash register on it, and the sun is shining brightly since the restaurant faces west. The employees were in the back when I first arrived. I was able to pick up my food quickly. I had the tom yum fried rice and pad Thai. The Tom Yum fried rice has a little bit of Tom Yum flavor. I was expecting it to be more flavorful. I have been to another Thai restaurant where their tom yum fried rice was packed for flavor, but was maybe too salty. The food came out hot. I like that the food came out hot. I also like that they had black containers that were microwave safe as opposed to Styrofoam containers. This means that they can handle the heat. When I first had the Tom Yum fried rice, I could taste the Tom Yum flavor. After tasting the pad Thai, I couldn't taste the tom yum flavor in the rice. The pad thai was also a little light on flavor as well. They didn't ask me how spicy I wanted my meal. My meal ended up being not spicy at all. I usually get at least a mild or medium spice level. The parking lot was interesting because you have to enter it by going north on rural and making a right into the parking lot or heading south on rural and making a left into the parking lot because the parking lot right in front of them is a one-way only parking lot. I have been here before and I had really liked their Tom yum soup. I'm not sure if they changed ownership since the last time I visited."
"Wow, this has to be one of the best authentic spicy Chinese food I've ever had. I usually don't tolerate spicy well, this place however can make dishes that ranges from none to a lot. They're accommodating. Service is excellent. Lots of things to choose from on the menu, and the menu have pictures in case youre confused! We tried the fried spicy fish, eggplant with millenial egg, the traditional ma po tofu, and snow pea leaves with garlic (not on the menu but most places have it if you ask). Our fish dish came out super salty, it's kinda like a salt and pepper kinda turn out, so we asked if it could be redone and the owner took care of it for us at no additional cost. Large tables available for large parties otherwise most seatings are for 4~6, booths available."
"Food is always fresh made and still hot after delivery! Employees, (owners?), are always super nice and helpful! We substituted the Steamed White Rice in our Sweet & Sour Chicken meal, for vegetable fried rice, with an upcharge,..and ordered a small side of the Steamed White Rice. Chicken is always freshly fried, packaged separately from the sauce, and it's very good!Everything is always packaged very good, and always comes with everything we need, such as forks, napkins, Soy Sauce and yummy Fortune Cookies!"
"Great little spot for takeout. I love Asian food but Chinese tends to not be my fave. But I was in the mood for tofu and to try a new spot so I came here! I got the orange tofu to go with a side of vegetables. It was ready fast. I think only 1-2 people working and they don't have a bell to ring to let them know customers are waiting for them so it took a little while for them to realize I was waiting but not too long! It was expensive but the portion size was pretty large! I got the sauce on the side which I'm glad I did because they gave me a ton and I didn't need that much, I don't like when there's too much sauce on stuff. It said it was spicy but I didn't think it was spicy at all!"
"Very, very, very casual and low key. You might even say they are cut from the old school Chinese restaurants. But if you're craving Chinese, not looking to make a big deal out of the dining experience and better yet need a go-to takeout Chinese restaurant, you've found it.We had the Kung Pow Chicken (level 5 which was not at all challenging if you are hesitant), Hot & Sour soup, spring rolls and Orange Chicken. All of it was delicious. We definitely will be going back especially for take out. Served right on time and fresh."
"Love JINYA! It was a great place for myself my toddler and my Vegan friend. Let's start with the Vegan menu, as a non Vegan it was Fire!!! That was also the word used by my friend. You can't go wrong with their Ramen or Impossible Tacos. We didn't try the other items but these two were huge wins. Loved the non vegan menu as well, Ramen, crispy chicken was amazing! The service and staff were great and attentive. They have an outside patio so if the sun isn't too hot it's a great place to dine."
"It's close, convenient and the food is consistently good. I like their pho with shrimp and beef. The broth is tasty and the vegetables fresh. The pork banh mi is excellent and bread is crunchy and fresh."
"Yummy food. I got the chicken yakisoba. So good. Also got gyzoa. The food is cooked fresh."
"This little Vietnamese shop was tucked in the corner of a complex. I was feeling a little under the weather and wanting pho-- but I've noticed a lot of places around Phoenix don't always have tripe for the combo which is a staple for me. This one was close, so ordered pho, wonton soup with egg noodle, and spring rolls. I wish the pho had more tripe but the broth was soooo good. It was perfect for me. I also love that they have hot chili oil to spice it up a little. The wonton noodle was good as well but the pho will always be my go to. I loved the spring rolls but most places they're pretty standard and the peanut sauce was good. I only got carryout but the staff was friendly and had my order prepared. I'd get pho from here again if in the area."
"Food 3/5: pho broth is on the basic/bland and sweeter side. Disappointed the brisket was cooked already so it was tough. Steak pieces were half fat pieces. Bun Bo is too bland. It's weird they mix the hoisin and sriracha. Noodles were a good texture. Spring rolls were ok.Service/ambiance: we did take out"
"Moon China Bistro is a family owned restaurant that we frequent often. The restaurant is always clean and the staff is always friendly. The food is consistent in quality and is always fresh and good. They offer takeout and eat-in dining."
"Cool little boba shop that also sells dumplings and some other Asian foods. Went there for the soup dumplings and the shumai. Both were good. Nothing exceptional. Wish they served the food, not in to-go containers with plastic utensils. Sometimes it's difficult to use that cutlery on this style of food. All in all a good spot. Come by and check them out."
