These guys are cheap man, we buy sunflower seeds from him the sticker says 3.99, he charges us way higher. Also when he makes us pay for the total he hides the total price. Just hateful man, I'm trying to feed my family when this dude price gouging me. Been going here for a couple years and still being disrespected.

Babel Mediterranean/mid-eastern market. This was my first visit, after eating at an amazing restaurant next-door called Caroun I decided to check out the stores that are in the same strip mall. I was pleasantly surprised to find this place.Mark answered all my questions and even help me find a few things that I was looking for.I bought spices, olives, tea, beautiful glass tea cups, sugar cubes, French press for my tea, and......I really enjoyed the employees and the customers.I WOULD GO BACK.

This place is awesome for the fresh halal meat. Run by middle east guys who owns next door Mediterranean restaurant CAROUN as well. I always visit here for their chicken, goat and sometimes fish. They have all Mediterranean commodities available and lot of rush sometimes.

I LOVE this place!I found all the spices I needed to explore recipes from a couple of my favorite cookbooks, and they have an actual butcher. The meat is halal but if you happen to need a toddler sized Jesus statue, they got you covered. The fresh bread is fabulous!

Shopper beware, when buying by weight from this shop please make sure the weight and the price is correct. I got ripped off by this shop today for over charging me over 5 dollars for cucumbers and dates. I would never shop there again.

One of only a few locations where you can buy Halloumi cheese in Phoenix, Az. I just purchased some today (Dec 27, 2016) after calling around 10 different European style markets. Prepackaged. Cost was $7.99 per pound. I bought the Pittas brand and it was $4.63 for 0.58 lbs. Those at the market seem to pronounce the cheese something like haloom. The number to the market is 602-298-4225. The female who assisted me at the market said Mastercard was accepted but suggested I use cash instead so I wouldn't get charged extra since my purchase was under $5.

sometimes their products go bad and theyll still sell them and not accept a return. they also charge more than the sticker price and theyll take advantage of older people.

Worst and rude customer service.Seriously, no phones allowed in the store?? Expect a rude service if you don't wish them back when they wish good morning/evening. Does not matter if you are on an important work call, don't pay attention, or don't hear. I was a customer for over five years, never visiting again!
