The style of the restaurant is amazing! It's a vibe! But the food was disgusting! The broth of my pho was gross. The meat was very different from any other pho I had. I give two stars because the atmosphere.

My wife and I wanted to try something new and interesting and not too far from home since I only had an hour for lunch. Pho Ton came up on her search and we decided to give it a try. The restaurant location is on the corner of a small three-business (?) building and the parking was a weak point. It didn't help that I decided to drive my 1/2-ton truck there either.We were promptly seated, and service was acceptably prompt and pleasant. Looking at the menu I thought that the prices were a little high for a Vietnamese Restaurant and that the location must have something to do with it. Lunch came up to about $35 before tip. Anyway, we persisted and decided to order the dishes in the photos. The food came pretty quickly, and we were done in 45 minutes. Portions were good and despite being a little on the pricey side the spring roll appetizer were also good sized and fresh. It was all nice and fresh and tasty. The grilled pork and chicken in my rice plate was tender and delicious, although cooked in the same sauce. My wife said the vermicelli bowl was nice and fresh and the portion size was good.All in all, it was a very nice experience and I definitely recommend Pho Ton.

I live in downtown houston. But I frequently come to this area to visit my husband at work to have lunch... I'm obsessed with pho.. I've tried a few places... so I'm writing reviews on them all... 3 stars for the pho 7c it was average tasting nothing fancy.. large portions. But for that price without asking small or large it makes since.Now my hubby had the shrimp fried rice 9H2 it was nasty ... the shrimp was extremely dry... and it's was just Sautéed rice no veggies no nothing ...1 st time and last time ... oh yeah server only came to table to bring water ... then again to take order then again to leave food that's all ..2 stars for the man who was the waiter and had a attitude when I paid my full bill and made a complaint

Everyone had the same idea, to get pho on a cool evening. I went inside and it was really busy. I'm getting a Tai Nam Gau pho. According to the menu that means it has round steak, flank steak, and fatty brisket - how can this be bad!! The table is laden with Sriracha, chili paste and chili oil. It just keeps getting better.Now to get the waiters attention to place the order. The poor guys running around like a chicken with his head cut off. He told me it's gonna be a little while. Ok, the orders been placed and the food came out pretty quickly.Tasty!! I'm coming back!! It was worth the wait!! The food is amazing!!

Came here to order 2 orders of egg rolls to-go. Asked how many come in an order, the guy stated 4. Total came out to be almost $12. I was thinking they were standard size egg rolls... Nope! Small little egg rolls with absolutely no greens provided. Walked back in the restaurant and asked if I could get some greens. He said "it's extra cost." Gtfo! You've already profited off of mini egg rolls for $12 and you can't even throw in 3-4 pieces of lettuce. Oh, and the pho and bun bo hue isn't even that great. This place really needs to step up their portion size. Who can justify paying the price for ant size bowls and appetizers?! Save yourself the time and money and go somewhere that has standard size portions if you eat more than a bird. Wack a$$ service and food.

We didn't get to try the food. We walked in at 7:24 PM and they told us they couldn't serve us because they were "about to close". It's says here they close at 8:00 PM. We're avid pho consumers and already knew what we wanted but we didn't get the opportunity to order...Server did they they could do to go. We were not looking to get pho to go. Ambiance was nice.

This is the worst Vietnamese place in the area. Meat is all fat, I couldn't chew through it. I'm not sure what the high reviews are for. Prepare to be charged for sriracha sauce if you get it to-go. Not to mention the banh mi's have stale bread... I don't understand the good reviews.
