I'm going to start with all the many positives about this restaurant and proceed from there. Firstly, the Pho which in my particular case was Pho Dac Biet...I'm at a disadvantage to many of my fellow Vietnamese Yelpers (and friends) however I was not raised with this wonderful dish so I will say in contrast to other Broths that I have experienced, this is amongst the most robust, wonderful, flavorful broths that I've had the pleasure to taste and the ingredients equally abundant, liberal, 'chock-full' and perfectly cooked...I had a Large and frankly this serving size in addition to the Cha Gio appetizer (I'll get to this in a moment) could not have possibly consumed in one seating an Extra Large which is an option in serving sizes...I probably would have been more comfortable with a Small (another serving size option) but then again it was a great experience so I'll not be self critical. The Cha Gio like Pho was perfectly cooked, robust and quite ample. Whomever fried this particular roll new exactly the moment to remove it as it was perfectly fried...crispy yet tender. A wonderful taste experience and with the pepper servings as an option (chili paste, pepper oil and sriracha) it was wonderfully enjoyable.Lastly, as a positive was the service and ambiance both very much on point and crisp. These folks are quite good at their craft.Negatives- the serving of cafe su da was nearly non existent...settle for water or find an alternative...odd drink to serve in such a parsimonious portion given the gregarious portions of the appetizer and entree of which sides must be requested (bamboo shoots, jalapeño etc.) and cocktail rather than dinner napkins...weird but true...they do have all upon request but you must request..hence 4 stars rather than the proverbial 5 stars.

It was not too crowded when we visited on a Wednesday evening. There were lots of four top tables spread throughout the space and a long, hard bench/booth seating area along one wall with chairs for the opposite side of the table. They greeted us right away and brought us take out menus to peruse. There are lots of food options here - rice dishes, vermicelli dishes, pho (need and chicken), bang mi, and more. They have a grand opening special until Nov 1 with 20% off menu prices. Our bill for two bowls of pho (large) and a rice dish (house special) still came out to be over $40. The pho broth was really good and flavorful. They didn't really have children bowls for the kids to share a large pho, but brought out an extra bowl for us to split the soup into. They did have kitchen scissors for us to use to cut the food into smaller bites for the kids. The water cups came in small mason jar glass cups, so it was cute, but needed refills quickly. The house special com tam was good. We had to ask for knives to cut the the pork chop that it came with. The dish also came with a small side bowl of pho broth. It was ok but not sure if it's worth $14.I would return to try other dishes. I would order the pho again. Disclaimer: I don't rate restaurants higher than four stars unless I've visited them multiple times and liked their food and services unless I was really blown away.

Ordered to-go beef pho. The broth is really good and flavorful. However the vegetables you are suppose to get with your pho wasn't great. The basil and bean sprouts were old and not enough. They should put a little more attention to the veggies bc i think it makes a diff in your pho.

Was randomly in the area on a rainy day and decided to pop into this local place. I really liked the vibe inside. My beef pho was really yummy and hit the spot perfectly for my craving!

For the area that we are in it is a very good alternative with a good amount of items on the menu. Price is reasonable, food quality was great. No complaints here. We left satisfied.

If they have price changes they should update the menu and tell the customer sad they rather lose a customer than be honest over 4 dollars

My new best pho in the Katy/Richmond/Fulshear area and close to home. Ordered the shrimp spring rolls, beef pho, and chicken pho and all are excellent! So excited they opened!

Food came out quick. Portion sizes are great. Got the combination pho and all meats were tender. Broth is clean and has the fatty taste. Noodles were soft and a generous amount. They have small, large, and x large portions. Vietnamese egg rolls were yummy. Shrimp spring rolls were just okay. Service was good. And they close pretty late too! Much better than the phos in the area.... Also almost no restaurants in the area have the option for combination pho. Drinks were okay nothing special, probably wouldn't get drinks again but will definitely come back for the food.
