Pho H&K

Came in for lunch - was clean, quick, and tasty! Ordered pho brisket and a bubble tea. Lots of noodles, bro was good flavor before add-ins. Staff were happy and attentive. Good lunch spot for dine-in/to-go, will be back.Reason for 4 stars is the boba was hard and not fully cooked - should have stuck with a Vietnamese coffee - lesson learned!

The place was clean so it was nice and refreshing to see the minute I entered. I went in at 3pm, weird time between lunch and dinner so the place was empty except for a Vietnamese couple. When dining at a specialty restaurant, it is always reassuring to see patrons who are from the same culture because it's an indication that the food is good - at least for me that's one of the signs I look out for when trying out a new place. I was greeted immediately and invited to sit wherever I liked. The place was quiet but they turned on some pop music after awhile. My server was delightful, had a nice smile on her face. She quickly took my order and even after advising me that the egg rolls might take time and asking me if it was fine if it came after the pho, the egg rolls still arrived first. I was able to enjoy both and took home my left over egg rolls and the remaining hot Jasmine tea that I ordered with my meal. Unlike other places I've tried, the pho broth was more delicate in flavor and had a clean finish on the tongue. I will come back again and looking forward to try other dishes on the menu.

The food was great, service was amazing. The atmosphere is thoughtfully spacious and clean. Recommend if you're looking for an Asian cuisine spot with authentic taste in every dish made.

Felt a lil adventurous today and wanted to try a new place I dont normally go, and found this less than 2 miles away. Ordered the combo pho which only came in a large. I'd say the broth is pretty mild but not bland. It reminds me a lot of simple homestyle pho. It'll fill you but won't make you feel super heavy afterwards. The flank steak was surprisingly soft but the brisket was unfortunately a lil tough. It was overall a very satisfying portion.Additionally I ordered the Ricecake w/ pork and shrimp. The presentation was super nice and it really made me wanna skip my pho just to eat it before finishing my bowl! Top marks on the pork and rice cakes, but the shrimp came out extra tough which was disappointing. I get that viet cooking tends to overcook the shrimp a bit but this was definitely overboard. Flavor on it was great though. Fish sauce was unfortunately a lil bland in combination with everything else. Pickled veggies really made this dish come together big time.All in all, great hole in the wall if youre nearby. The locale was nice and very clean, sorta hipster in a way. The staff is friendly and patient and you have a wide variety of options on the menu to choose from. While nothing super special, it is definitely above average by far.

Ambience is simple, clean and calm. The food was delicious. We tried the chicken pho and brisket pho and loved it. The broth is very flavorful. Service is great. They even had mouthwash dispenser in the bathroom which I've never seen in a pho restaurant before!! Will come back.

2nd time here with my family and did not disappoint! Pho special is very tasty! Granddaughter loved the spring rolls and strawberry smoothie with boba!

I wanted to give them a better score but the price is expensive. The food overall was not the greatest I've ever had. The Pho had the wrong noodles and the meat did not look fresh. The dumplings were not very tasty. The service was excellent and the ambiance of the restaurant itself was cute and simple.

Absolutely delicious pho! I have tried over 30 pho restaurants in Houston and this one is top 5. It has easily become my go-to. The portions are generous and the food is delicious

Quite possibly the worst pho place I've ever tried. The broth is dilute and flavorless, noodles were not good, and the meat was very hard to chew and disgusting. Couldn't finish my take out order. Go to Bellaire if you want real pho.
