The service is erratic. There is a language barrier to be overcome when ordering and the menu is confusing. The chicken in the vermicelli was loaded with fat, not lean and very dry. The spring rolls were the same and quite rubbery. We have been here several times and the food is wildly inconsistent. You roll the dice. I paid $19.00 for two spring rolls and a vermicelli bowl. This meal was not worth $19.00 without the tip. Why gamble when you go out to eat??

$ 16.95 got me an order of Hu tieu xao do bien = rice noodles with squid, shrimp, fish balls and mixed vegetables. I needed GPS to find the seafood. Two tiny shrimp, Two tiny fish balls and two small pieces of squid. Seventeen dollars, seriously. I was starving after finishing my meal. Notwithstanding the meager portion of food served the meal was tasteless and probably cost the venue $2.00 for the ingredients. This was my second time at Pho Bo. The first was about a year ago and unremarkable. Decided to give the restaurant a second chance; there won't be a third. Restaurant's that skimp on portions don't stay in business for very long, which I suspect is the destiny of Pho Bo. -- No thumbs up. -- Overpriced-- Not recommended

Pretty good food. I would definitely come back. Solid four. Good service. Decent prices. Good: the chicken was good. I think the Vietnamese eggrolls were the best. The wonton soup was good. The fried rice is good too. I will definitely come back and try more off their menu. They have an extensive menu so I would definitely be back soon. Tons of options for food here. Priced well too. The service was good too. Our food came out quick and we were well taken care of. I'll definitely be back soon.

Just moved to Cypress, this has to be the best I've tried in the area. Not to mention they have Bambu inside as well. What a steal! Broth is very flavorful and good portion. Service is quick and efficient. All their meats and produce is fresh!

I know I left a review not too long ago but have to bump it down a star. I've been here 4-5 times and the service has been consistently bad. Never got refills on my water even when I thought he was coming for it he didn't.This past visit they ran out of rice for the fried rice, if that was the case they could have told us beforehand. It took 40-45 minutes for our apps to come out. Spring roll, dumpling, and egg rolls. Then a little over a hour for our food to come out. One thing that was disappointed that I didn't catch the first time i ordered bun Bo hue was it didn't have the pork blood in it and I didn't taste the paste in it. If it did have the paste it lacked the flavor which is weird cause it's full of flavor. But the pork blood the unique thing about it isn't serve with their bun Bo hue. I don't know what else to but each visit is a disappointment

My daughter and I we out looking for a Pho place and we stumbled upon this little gem! Totally recommend it . Ingredients are all so fresh, Pho was amazing, the lemongrass chicken vermicelli bowl was better than any I've had before and their teas are sooo good!

I hate giving bad reviews but after stewing over my frustrations over night I had to say something to make sure that this does not continue at Pho Bo. Last night I went by and ordered a to go meal (7A) and an Avocado Crush drink. Paid for the order in full without asking for a discount or arguing!! The man that took my order told me "I know I know" to hush me up when I started to read all that was supposed to be on my meal! But when I got home my meal was VERY sparse with no shrimp and no egg roll!!!!! The pork was so dry and stale tasting I fed it to the dogs and they loved it! How can you in good conscious leave out half the meal and charge me full price?!?! The egg rolls were the most important since I would have ordered it as a separate order and paid full price if I knew it would be left out!!!!Granted I did give them one star since my drink was good and the real avocado was in there with a hearty helping. I sustained myself on that drink till breakfast this morning! This place is good for drinks but the food stuff should just be left to a real chef that can cook good homemade meals! Shameful that they will lose business for their drinks due to the food and service being a shame!! Get you food else where and come here for your drink!

This is my first time venture into this Pho place. The pho is pretty good and the portion is not bad for the price. I had the Rib bone pho large it us smaller than other Rib bone pho place I frequent before. But it is still very tasty. The spring roll is good and fresh the peanut sauce is very good flavor as well. The only thing is that I order a smoothie which it has never arrived that is why only a 4 star rating. Their service need to step up a bit more for me to continue to frequent the establishment But still all in all need to go and try it for yourself just don't order the smoothie. LOL

Best pho in town, the best chè I've ever had (I highly recommend taro lover) The rice plates are amazing, the pork plate oh! and don't let me forget the spring rolls are the best spring rolls I've ever had (especially when you dip it in the peanut sauce) The vibes are nice and calm. and the workers are always really nice. every time I come here I'm in heaven.
