As soon as i walked in the door i did not feel welcome. I had to ask for the menu then go to the register to make the order then they ask for payment first before serving the food. I had to serve myself with getting napkins spoon and the drink. The pho combination that i ordered looks sad not a lot of meat not a lot of substance and the egg rolls thats i ordered took about 20 mins to make. This place is sad over priced and is lacking in everything but they want your money.... RUN!!

The food at Pho Binh is always amazing but the customer service goes above and beyond!! Since Covid, I feel like it's very difficult to find good people in the service industry and Pho Binh has great people! They accidentally didn't give me cilantro with my pho order when I was sick. When I called to ask about it, they sent someone to deliver my missed items before I even had my pho all prepared with the fixings I prefer! It was so kind of them!!

I went to this place twice in 1 week and less than 48 hours lol. The spring rolls were so good and tasted fresh! I ordered a large Chicken PhoThere's not a lot of meat or noodles that come with the to-go pho orders. I can't say if it's the same for dining in. Spicy Bone Marrow. It was not what I was expecting. I hardly seen any marrow in the dish. It is indeed SPICY!! Just how I like it. Nonetheless, it was a yummy dish.

Quick and delicious, which is pretty much all I really look for when picking a pho restaurant. The pho broth is pretty good, good amount of meat as well. Staff is friendly, and the pho will come out pretty quickly once you've ordered. I come here pretty often now that I live just 5 minutes away whenever I need to scratch my pho itch.

Consistently one of my favorite pho spots in Houston over the years! Great food, great price, quick and friendly service. I tend to eat lunch pretty late, so when dining in for me it's usually a quiet and peaceful atmosphere

Was visiting family in Houston and we were undecided whether to go here or the sushi place nearby. I LOVE Vietnamese food particularly the shrimp and chicken spring rolls and talked my family into coming here!Unfortunately it was not to everyone's liking. First the service was far from great. THe portions are huge and the pork is cooked deliciously, but the spring rolls are meh at best and even though we asked for peanut sauce we only got weak fish sauce. The table was not very clean either. It would hit the spot occasionally but not among the best Vietnamese food I've had unfortunately

Just how I remember and have been missing . I haven't been to any of the Pho Binh locations since they closed Pho Binh by Night. I've tried other places but they just never hit right. I inhaled the amazing fragrance of my chicken pho as soon as it hit the table. Oh how I miss it, LOL!! I'll surely frequent this location as I did the other.
