Reviews on food are good- and ambiance is lacking but we don't go to hole in the walls for ambiance. We go for good unassuming food. That's what you get here. Now we saw some mixed reviews on service, and we had great service. Look, this isn't Capital Grille. But friendly, quick service and good food. That's what you'll get here.Portions are huge, a little salty on the sandwich for me (others in the party disagree). Fries are good crinkle cut- get the season salt! Worth it.Good food, didn't leave hungry.

THE WORST PHILLY I've had ever ! The meat tasted bland, the peppers and onions weren't fresh , the whole sub didn't taste like no Philly cheese steak AT ALL . On top of that the man wrapped it in paper that stuck to the sandwich so I had to waste a lot of the cheese and meat that was stuck to the darn paper annnnnd he charged me $20 oh and he was pleasant .... Forgot about that !!!

The sandwiches themselves were worth four stars, and I appreciate the family tan style business... this spot is a solid option for calling in and picking up. We wanted to dine in, so the ambiance was not quite set for what we weee hoping for. The floors were sticky and the table-booths were uncomfortable as was the decor. The fries were bland/frozen and the prices were a bit higher than you'd expect for this type of venue.

My sandwich looks nothing like what I saw in photos before ordering. When I walked in, the restaurant had a pungent smell that made me lose my appetite but I was starving and already drove there for food. The actual sandwich tasted like what I smelled in the restaurant. I'm not sure if the meat was old or it was the sauce that they used but I had to end up throwing it away.

Felt very unsanitary, and the inside looked like it could use some fixing up. The food was flavorless and over priced. We ordered a gyro and Philly cheese steak which also took a while to come out. Don't recommend.

We were in Durham for a visit to Duke Medical Center. My brother was in the mood for a Philly Cheese Steak, so we searched until we found Philly Steak Factory. We were originally unsure what size to order but were glad that we ordered three 6-inch sandwiches. They were HUGE, with tons of steak, mushrooms, grilled onions, and provolone cheese. So very good! The bread was fresh, and the sandwiches were made to order. We'd definitely visit again when we're back in town.

Its a small family business.I believe its father and son working the kitchen and they are both very friendly.Their philly stakes are highly recommended and one of the best I've had, but they do have other items in menu like gyros, fries, chicken and tuna sandwiches.

That was an amazing philly cheese steak -- better than Philly and it's in Raleigh! I stopped in a little after the lunch rush. My Philly cheesesteak was made to order. I waited less than 10-minutes to receive it. Wow! It was hot and fresh! I got a half size and it was bigger then I imagined. It's enough if you're eating it with fries. The fluffy bread was able to hold the juicy sandwich together. The meat was well cooked and seasoned. Cooked to perfection in my opinion. The fries were also fresh out of the frier. The whole lunch was only $10 -- for quality and freshness. Overall, fantastic customer service. The owners was very kind. I really enjoyed my experience here and look forward to dropping in again when I'm craving a sandwich.

yall trippin, the food is so good, but i feel bad because the new owner is the only one that works there;he suffers through rush hour. But the food is amazingly its the best philly steak place I could ever imagine. I always come here and the food has always tasted the same.

New owners have taken over and the food is terrible. No taste only salt. This meat is not steak......
