Still one of the most underrated food trucks in Philly. It's one of my favorites along with the octopus falafel and crepe truck at Temple.

Great food. I eat here almost everyday when I am on campus. Mixed vegetables and tofu with brown rice costs a mere 3.50 and in my opinion is the cheapest healthy food one could get on campus. They have also started serving Bubble Tea and Smoothies lately which could be a pretty good substitute to lunch. The only downside is that the truck operates between 10.30-3.30 that too just on weekdays.

What everyone is saying is true! Took a chance and bought a few dishes from this stand. Four dollars is the average price for almost every dish. The portion size was too much for me, difficult time finishing it, but well worth $8! I would definitely go back here, not only to save money, but because it is that good...

Cheapest food around and fast. Don't make the mistake of thinking 3.50 won't fill you up cuz it will, in all likelihood because this slop is packed with MSG. It's your standard, Americanized, slightly below average Chinese food, but if you've got Jewish blood and shoddy taste buds like me, you'll be more than happy with what this stand churns out. There's usually a line at lunch, but it goes fast.

My coworker introduced me to this lunch cart last year and I can honestly say that it is better than most of the Chinese restaurants I've tried in the area. It is also a lot cheaper than ordering takeout from a restaurant with most meat and shrimp dishes ranging from $3.75 to 4.50. You can also choose from white rice, brown fried rice, or lo mein. I always get the shrimp and broccoli with white rice.. extra spicy. I was just as skeptical as anyone would be ordering shrimp from a cart.. but after seeing how good it looked when they prepared it for someone else, I went for it. The shrimp is legit and I really like that the broccoli is cooked so that there's still some crunch to it. I'd recommend getting the spicy sauce put on everything.

The line at this truck is always insane around lunchtime, so pro-tip: get there around 11:30 a.m. or around 1:30 p.m.!The food is consistently good for the price - you can get a really decent-sized lunch for less than $5. My go-to item is the shrimp egg roll. At just $1 each, you get a piping hot egg roll stuffed with a generous amount of shrimp and other fixin's.

OK, first let me make it perfectly clear that I don't DO truck food, but today I was absolutely STARVING and this cart (Near Drexel/Hahneman) on the North East corner of 15 & Race - which usually has a huge line every day - was nearby. So for $3.50 I took a leap of faith and got beef w/ broccoli (no sauce) over brown (aka fried) rice. It's good.Really!I might even come here again.

Great, quick food! Always a long line at lunch, great price for what you get. Any meat with mixed veg and gravy is really good. The shrimp were large and super good, and overall, everything had a really good flavor. Not too heavy despite looking it. Better than the chinese take-out spots around!
