Supremo Food Market

This place is very home-y. Love the prices, the way the produce and products are organized properly. The food selection is always fresh with safe for multicultural options as well. I am not sure what these other reviews are saying about service of the employees because I was always greeted with smiles and people always were willing to help. I will come back to shop at supremo for all my grocery needs :)

They always have a little of everything specially Hispanics food. They always have fair prices and sales.

To say that supremo is not particularly customer-focused is an understatement. As I write this they have 1 cashier working 2 nights before thanksgiving, and there's a very long line.In past visits there may or may not be someone behind the deli counter. Who knows? Sometimes your cashier's conveyor belt works. Sometimes not. And so on.That said, they do stock some useful international items, so basically I shop here only when I really need to find something in particular.

Supremes is the most trash grocery store, I'm sorry to say. I've been coming here on and off fr the last 13 years and even more so now that 40th walnut Fresh grocer is closed. The good - I have noticed they've increased the amount of vegan/ veg friendly products near the produce section. The continuous bad - it doesn't matter what time of day you come. But expect to wait in line for an average of 30 -45 minutes. Today there was ONE person ahead of me and I started waiting in line at 258pm. I am still waiting and it's 315pm When the line is long around 5/6pm rush hour - the line wraps around down the freezer section and around the meat aisle If you have a choice - dont g

Supremo is a fine supermarket- but why do they always only have two cashiers working? Just cheapness I guess. Same reason you have to push your groceries on the belt and the credit card machine takes two minutes for each transaction. Sigh. It wouldn't take much to improve things.

Violated the Americans with Disabilities Act and told a long time customer they didn't care about the law. Maybe they will care about their reputation. Looks like their entrance is not accessible either.

I'm in a mobility scooter. With all the bars outside, there is no way for me to enter. Is this intended? Will that ever change?

if I could give this place negative stars I would. Mice everywhere, expired products, and ignorant staff.

I love this place. It has everything I need, whenever I need it. Prices are great, people are nice. Extreme variety of products that you can't find elsewhere for such good prices.
