The customer service over the phone is not the best but one particular cheesesteak is. On a late night my husband shared his cheesesteak with, pepperoni, bacon and fried onions YUM. A week later he did it again and still YUM. A month later he ordered the same but I ordered a cheesesteak with onions not so yum just okay. But his blend still YUM, I took a bite.I guess a regular cheesesteak okay but a meat lover option is so worth it! The orders are made timely with ample meat on any style cheesesteak

The food is edible. My children enjoy it on Friday nights. We usually get pizza and wings. Once I ordered a burger and it wasn't to my liking so I never ordered that from there again. Delivery is quick. No complaints. Didn't give 5 stars because their menu doesn't require 5 star ratings.

Ordered a chicken cheesesteak and mozzarella fries. Everyone does it different...I guess. The cheesesteak was okay...it just didn't give me that 'You're gonna want to come here again'. They use shredded chicken but yeah...it just felt like something was missing. The fries were good. I did see customers coming out with slices it pizza so that may be what they are known for. Maybe I'll try them again for a slice of pizza...or not.

***IF UR ORDER IS WRONG, DONT EXPECT A REFUND OR A SUBSTANTIAL CREDIT!!!!**** (I posted a picture... I'm sure you'll figure out which one is mine :() LAST NIGHT, I ordered a chicken cheesesteak with fried onions, mayo and S&P. I HATE Tomatoes and would NEVER eat lettuce on a steak :( By the time I received my food, the place was closed, so I called today. The owner/manager "Gus" told me he'd give me a $5 credit towards my next order. I said "$5 for a $20 mistake? I threw it out bc I would never ask for that on my steak & I pretty much went to bed hungry last night, excuse me??" He told me to DIG IN MY TRASH FOR THE STEAK TO GET A FULL REFUND!! Regardless of how pissed I was, I respectfully told him, "You're crazy but That's fine, you'll never get my money again" and hung up the phone. I Will NEVER give this place my money again. IF I COULD GIVE THIS PLACE NO STARS.....I WOULD!!!!!!

so everytime I use my card I get charged more than what they say the price is and it's only with 2 specific people. the skinny guy with the hat and the young Asian lady. I'm aware of the service fee but I'm talking about more than that. And I'm not the only person to say this. I only noticed because I checked my card the last few times and they were right. I strictly only pay cash now. This is a very very recent experience. It's December now and this was only a week or two ago. I'm tired of working hard for them to take what's not theirs. i will Say that the guy Chris who works the counter shorter guy with the hat and a bald head is a stand up person. He works so hard hard and it seems like he cares about the business more than the owner Sometimes. he cares about the customer and wouldn't serve food unless it was the way that he would want it and he respects my money to the very last cent. In fact, I noticed that he was gone for a few weeks and I didn't come in for a slice of pizza until he came back because he's the only one who puts gloves on none of the other workers be putting any gloves on. Some of the cooks are very careless. And it seems like they care about prepping the food more than they care about the way that it comes out. I watched my food get cooked to raw chicken and when I serve that food guess what? my food tasted like raw chicken. I took one bite of it and threw it in the garbage. As a matter of if the guy Chris reads this, I want him to reach out to me so that I can offer him a better job that pays more. Because I know those cheap bosses probably aren't paying him anything if the other people feel the need to have to penny pinch and steel, a little by little from the working man.

So I have to absolutely admit that I LOVE pizza paradise and their food!!! I use to Rant ALL positive things about them and tell ppl to order ALL the time. well now I refuse to. So last weekend was bad enough with a mishap that was "apologized" for but not by specific individuals. Well needless to say, I ordered again from there and the Bot whom took my order never once looked me in my face while taking my order. the young Asian girl who was boxing up food and cutting pizza was twirling and playing with her hair. A Hispanic man who appeared quite clearly to be working but stood there drinking a Modelo (Beer) while working. Then the icing on the cake was (Mind you I am all for protection rights and the right to Bare arms) it was bright as day thou a driver whom was wearing blue shorts and a white tee was caring a weapon. Which was NOT holstered and in addition it appeared as thou the weapon had the clip attached or hooked into the gun with Saran Wrap. That is the most unsafe situation I have felt in a long time! I will no longer be ordering from this specific spot EVER again. I might even report them to the state
