Meh. Good volume, but teriyaki chicken is NOT hibachi. I don't know why this place is named as such. My husband said it reminded him of general tso's chicken. The fried rice had like 5 peas and ten tiny bits of carrot in it. The mixed veggies as I'd seen mentioned in other reviews is just cabbage with a few pieces of broccoli mixed in. Edamame is fine. Husband got the 3 roll lunch deal. The rolls look small, but I think he got filled up. It's fine, just not what I wanted. I really need to get me some good hibachi!

The fish was fresh, the rolls are thick with 8 pieces in each, and the food was done fast. Pick up happens contactless with them leaving the order at the frontof the store, efficient and clean. For the price, I think this place is one of the best for quick, cheap, and consistent sushi in the area. I've bought more expensive rolls with way less quality before, so I think I'm a fan.

My go-to spot for sushi delivery . I've been ordering from here for years now, and I've never been disappointed. I usually order the Phoenix roll because I love shrimp tempura, but I also like trying their other specialty rolls like the Eagle Roll (sweet and savory). I've never tried their raw sushi, sorry. I'm not really a fan of eating anything raw... medium rare is the closest I come to raw for meats.

The sushi was alright for the most part. However, One of the times that I ordered from here the sushi was very cold, (it wasn't the first time) it felt as thought it had been put on the fridge instead of being made from scratch. The next time I ordered I left a comment asking them to please make the sushi from scratch. When I went to pick up my order, one of the employees (a women) acted in a very rude way, saying that the sushi was made from scratch, I tried explaining that the last time that I ordered from here the food was cold, not enjoyable, wanted to make sure that the food wasn't cold this time. The employee threw/closed the window at my face violently, without hearing me out or apologizing, she wouldn't let me talk at all, just very rude behavior! Terrible service, never eating from Hibachi 2 go again. Honestly, would NOT recommend. The food and ambience isn't that good anyway ‍

I'll start this off by saying that this is not the best sushi I've ever had, HOWEVER, it is an INCREDIBLE value and many of the regular rolls are very good. My go to order has been the three roll lunch special which more than fills me up for just under $13. I love the sushi tempura, eel avocado and lately the sunshine roll.The food is always ready on time and pick up is easy and fast. Highly recommend as a great lunch time treat.

Large portions, fresh fish, and perfect temperature & texture, even with delivery. Awesome customer service.

There aren't many sushi places way down in South Philly. This cheap, cash only, hole in the wall gives us our fix in a pinch. We usually get takeout and picnic in FDR park close by with the kiddos or grab take out for a rainy Friday night. It's convenient and fairly decent. A fine takeout only option where sushi is pretty non existent. You can just order online and swing by and pick up. Hubs is a fan of the Mexican Roll while the kiddos eat peanut avocado rolls which I highly suggest if you're easing them into sushi. House salad needs and extra ginger dressing which is .50 and miso soup is ok. Nothing spectacular but easy. Cash only.

I ordered three rolls special (salmon roll / spicy roll:shrimp tempura roll)via grabhob. They sent me the wrong item (two spicy salmon roll and on shrimp tempura roll)so I called. They agreed to send me another regular salmon roll but I can't eat the spicy salmon roll to show I wasn't lying. I got their point but I feel really uncomfortable. I wasn't lying. Also the spicy salmon roll probably only have 10% of salmon and the rest was just deep fried flakes. The shrimp tampora was 10yeas old too. One hour later, the driver finally came and tell me to bring down the spicy salmon roll to exchange the salmon roll. When I came out the door and gave him that roll, he looked really confused and upset without saying anything. One star!

Hibachi 2 Go is my guilty pleasure. It's quick, cheap, and hits the spot. I usually order the chicken teriyaki + some "special" sushi item-- this time a spider roll. It was more than enough for two hangry people. Their food isn't out of this world amazing but I'll give it 4 stars for what I paid for!
