My fiancé and I are on the hunt for the best concha in the city, so we stopped here because we knew they had them! There's a lot of parking around the place, since it was raining we drove over. It's very small inside and we had to wait for someone to give us a tray to grab pastries. We got 2 conchas, a sugar cookie, an elephant ear, and a flan. Nothing was labeled so we just went with safe options. All of it was $12, which is very reasonable for a bunch of pastries in the city. The elephant ear was really good and the cookie was soft on the inner parts. The flan was also delicious and something I had been craving for a while! The concha was a little dirty sadly, it felt very soft to the touch and had a nice bounce but it was DENSE. I'd go back here, I just wish the concha was a little more fresher.

Whatever kind of cake, pie or pastry you order you will love it! I've never had anything that wasn't absolutely great!

Got a Tres leches cake from here for a birthday and it was delicious! The cake was moist with just the right amount of fruit and a very light and not overly sweet whipped cream.Go support this small local Mexican bakery!

I came here on Christmas Eve to grab a dessert as a Christmas gift. One thing that caught my attention is the Christmas Yule log cake. Very cutely decorated. They also had other Christmas cakes too. I asked the staff there about the price and she said $18. Not a bad price for a Yule log. I left the store weighing my options and decided to get the Yule log.A different person helped me with the order and I gave my credit card to pay. After walking a half block away I checked my receipt and saw that he charged me $25 so I went back and said that she told me it was $18. I got my $7 in cash.I had a box of cuccidati and it's kinda hard. The Mexican bread and pastries: the pineapple pastry is moist and pretty good, some other bread tend to be dry. The fruit tarts look enticing.

Awful customer service. The man on the phone ignored my friend until she spoke in Spanish, her first language. He was rude and condescending from the get go. We wanted to order a rosca, and the guy came up with every excuse not to help us. When we said we wanted to order, he tried to dissuade us with the fact there's a deposit. When we asked for the flavors, he said, "the regular flavors." When we told him we wanted to pick up on January 6th, he said we had to tell him what day of the week that was. While I was looking it up on the calendar, he told us we need to call back when we know what we want and hung up. From another number, I called and got a completely different but still terrible experience. I spoke in English, and the guy told me they weren't accepting rosca orders until 3 days before Three Kings' Day. He didn't know the flavors, sizes, prices. Nothing. My friend worked in a bakery--who in their right mind would only accept orders 3 days before? A lot of bakeries as of December 26th aren't accepting orders anymore because roscas are so popular. I have a feeling if I called on 1/3, I'd be told it was too late. This was all probably an attempt to get me to hang up and order elsewhere.Whelp, Amigos Bakery, it worked. Never coming back.

I'm a sucker for a good, local bakery. Haven't had a cannoli in a minute and this one had dense, perfectly sweet filling and a crispy chocolate covered shell. I think there were even three sizes of cannoli- mini, medium, and large. The eclair tasted classic as well, the donut looked pretty amazing, and of course the case was filled with tasty looking cookies and little slices of cakes and things. The larger cakes in the back that they were decorating also looked really cute and delicious. They have coffee and espresso on the menu, and most impressively there is a little selection of churros, conchas, and other Mexican desserts that you can try if you're craving something other than the classics.

Pure sweet love. Their butter cookies and pastries are phenomenal. Was told about this tiny corner store bakery and didn't expect much. Boy was I wrong. The baked goods are delicious and the people behind the counter are helpful and friendly. AND it's so cheap!!!

I really questioned the reviews about the dry tres leches cake, but they were so right. I don't know how it's possible to have a dry cake that's supposed to be soaked in milk, but Amigo's Bakery managed to do it! It was as if they poured a little milk onto the cake instead of soaking it. It took so many calls to get through to an actual person to order, and when I got there to pick it up, they wrote my message on the cake on the spot. But why did they write "Happy Birthday (birthday girl's name)..."??? It was so ominous and I got so many questions about the three dots!!! And it doesn't look like the picture on the website, it doesn't have that drip design. Just looks like a regular grocery store cake. It was pretty much a damp regular vanilla cake with strawberries inside.
