To the person that made an account just to trash this place did you really waste your time to do that? You're not even from this culture so you probably don't even know what to order or what to expect. This place is brand new but definitely not new as the business model, they have two other locations and you can tell really quick by the old scratched up tables and the menus but it doesn't take away from what it is.First of all what surprised me is the amount of attention you get as far as ordering the food and even after that in a restaurant like this, usually hardcore Asian restaurants are drop and run away until you ask pretty check. Not this place, I would swear that the front crew as well as even probably the help in the kitchen came out and asked if everything was okay. You don't get that often.Hot mother here and she has to type if she does not like something she will take two bites and put it aside and not eat well just a little 80 year old lady finished her whole Bowl before I did so that tells me something there. She had the dry noodles which I liked more than what I had but what I have was not bad at all I just preferred her dry hiu tiu. It is somewhat loud in here when the crowd gathers because of the high ceiling and no carpet, all of the noise resonates back and forth. There is a big screen TV to watch if you get bored.This is definitely worth a second try but next time I'm going to get the dry soup. Means I do not have to go all the way to Bellaire to get the same thing.

Could not recommend enough!!! We had the pleasure of meeting the owner Mike and being educated on this super special type of Vietnamese cuisine. The food speaks for itself in freshness AND flavor but, to have the background knowledge and to be able to picture where it comes from and WHY it's so important to him brings heart into the dishes. From the moment we sat we were greeted by the staff and explained the menu so we could make the best decisions on our order. Vietnamese cuisine is my favorite and this is not a normality. We went for the dry noodles and it was INCREDIBLE. The special sauce is as packed full of flavor as the soup you enjoy on the side. My partner mentioned loving how many types of meats they incorporate into the one dish, and the crispy "bacon" pieces that were brought to put on top were the perfect addition. Then, Mike said "do you have room for one more thing" and I'm thankful we said yes. The Chinese breadsticks are going to be your new addiction!!! Crispy, good by themselves and in the dipping sauce, all around an amazing appetizer or dessert. Finishing off with a Vietnamese coffee and their homemade lime iced tea, we left feeling full in many ways.We can't wait to visit the Bellaire location and make it part of our rotation. TRY IT, you won't regret it.

Very disrespectful staff. I ordered shrimp pho and was given something completely different as well as with pork topping. When asked for a refund I was told multiple times I paid with card and not cash, even after telling them otherwise. When I couldn't find my receipt one of the workers pretended to not remember me, even though only ten minutes had past and I hadn't left the front counter once. Then, before I left the owner shouts "next time go next door! They sell pho. We don't!" And I reminded him I ordered pho and instead was sold something they felt was similar. I've never been shamed for wanted my money back and definitely not purposely humiliated. Will never go here again. People of color, eat next door at Pho Saigon.

This Phanh Ky location is not too good about price on menu , for example BTL gỏi cuốn tôm thịt is (3) in menu , present on table is (2) , check out ticket still BTL(3) for the price , lady (old ) unfriendly for service customers , NEVER COME BACK no more

Went to eat here with my two year old and my husband, eating the food something was off, tasted like a pet store, but we were so hungry we finished it, later on that day I started feeling nauseous went to sleep thinking maybe it was in my head. Next morning woke up throwing up and had to be in the bathroom all day long, I had gotten food poisoning. Later that day my daughter started complaining from a stomach ache and went to go change her and sure enough, she too had diarrhea. Just waiting for the food poisoning to go away now. Won't be going ever again.

The soup are salty also expensive nothing special not worth will that price never come back.

Hello Phanh Ky Tomball location, you don't know how exciting it is to have you whenever the craving hits. If you've never been to Phanh Ky, I have to remind you that this style of noodle is pork heavy and it is NOT Pho. You start with choosing the type of noodles you'd like to add to your bowl. Thick/Thin egg noodle, clear noodles, or rice noodles. Next is your preferred way to have it prepared soup or dry. The meat component that completes the bowl are shrimps, ground/slices pork, spare ribs and liver. So simple, so delicious, beautifully packed with strong flavors and textures. To-go are superb, the restaurant do not skimp you on your orders.

Clean restaurant Hu tieu nuoc dish was very fresh & goodClean and flavorful broth Only downside was the meat was dry Overall, I enjoyed my visit to this restaurant. The place was clean and well-maintained, which is always a plus. I ordered the hu tieu nuoc dish and I was very satisfied with the taste of the broth - it was flavorful and not too salty. However, the meat in the dish was a bit dry, which was a bit disappointing. Nonetheless, I would still recommend this restaurant to others who are looking for a good bowl of hu tieu nuoc.

One of the best gems in Katy Asian town.Food is always good, perfect every time.Service was very attentive, My family and I always come here for their tasty and chewy noodles and perfect broth.The sauce to go with the dry version is recommended!It's clean inside. The hand squeeze orange juice and the phanh ky limeade are delicious !!Everyone needs to come here for the best Vietnamese -chinese noodles !!!!

One of the best things that have come our way to the north side. We order for family gatherings often and always a hit. Hu tiêu soup is our go to. Perfect balance and a large feeds 1-2 for us. The restaurant is clean and modern. Always packed on the weekends. Imo Much better than the Bellaire location.
