This food truck is a hidden gem. I have been here twice. I had the catfish poboy which was well seasoned and fried perfectly both times. I think I should try another dish next time . The French fries were excellent too. Decent prices and good portion size.

Definitely good food ! Tried this with my wife before heading to a movie. I got the PO boy shrimp sandwich she got the bacon cheeseburger. Everything was great! Kool aid was poppin too. Only suggestion I would make is to add some good sauces to go with your items & it will be okay even better, like a house made ranch or something. But overall good!

I've been here about 4-5 times...in the past month. It's that good. I have high Cajun/creole restaurant standards-the Bayou burger exceeds those standards tenfold. The staff is ALWAYS nice, which is huge for me, especially for places I visit often. Debatably, the best part of my Pardi's experience was ordering online, paying an extra dollar for what I thought was a can soda, and receiving a 16.9oz bottle instead lol. If you're wondering whether or not this is the place you want to eat, just go. You won't be disappointed.
