This location - always fresh food and great service. Friendly and helpful - so different than the NW Freeway location. Woodlands - so far - the best!!!!!

What a great place to spend our Mardi Gras evening! Seats at the bar with a live band, special Mardi Gras entrees, drinks, and specials couldn't be beat. Gumbo fantastic, catfish portion was huge and cooked perfect!All the bartenders made it a great experience and even through in souvenir glassesGreat place to go for all things Louisiana!

We used to come here often when we first moved to Texas. It used to be the closest place we could get seafood that taste like home. Since then the food has changed. I'm a NOLA girl therefore taste is important. While papadeauxs presentation is great; the food itself....sheesh. If you don't eat with your eyes, you won't be satisfied. No flavor whatsoever! The grouper was cooked perfectly but had no flavor. When I say cooked perfectly, I mean very flacky and moist. It just lacked flavor. The seafood platter looked delicious and the fish was actually catfish but again no flavor. I added a softshell crab to the seafood platter. I love softshell crabs but again no flavor! I only ate a piece. It was a total waist of calories. Flavor was absent from everything we had but the vinaigrette on the salad. The staff is cool but we had a 15 minute wait with a restaurant full of open tables. Not sure of the reasoning behind this. And the setting has always been cool. It can be a date night or family dinner. Overall, papadeauxs y'all need someone tasting this food bc the presentation is trickery.

Great experience at Pappadeaux Woodlands. We made reservations for a Sunday afternoon lunch with friends. We were greeted and seated promptly. The hostess was very personable. Enrique our server was very attentive and knowledgeable. Our food was great. The presentation was over the top, and it was served at proper temperatures. As with most Pappadeaux it is a noisy restaurant but palletable. We really enjoyed ourselves, and recommend this restaurant highly. It is a chain that does not feel like a chain.They have a full bar area with seating and tv's.

Pleasant time at PappadeauxTwo of us came here on a Tuesday for my birthday lunch. We arrived just before noon and were seated right away, taking advantage of the light crowd. Service was prompt and attentive throughout our stay. The complimentary french bread was perfect...especially good with a bit of the whipped butter. My entree, the crawfish platter, was cooked to perfection. The etoufee was delicious and the fried crawfish tails were lightly breaded, hot and crispy. The dirty rice on the side was a nice compliment. We finished off the meal with a complimentary slice of decadent cheesecake. The overall prices here are steep, but OK for a special occasion. $60 for a caesar salad and a crawfish entree, no drinks and a complimentary dessert.

We ordered fried calamari for the table. It was fantastic one of the best I have had in a long time. I ordered the Red fish special and a cesar salad Elaine had shrimp and scallops over pasta. It was delicious. Our server Elissa was quick,prompt and polite. The decor was wonderful parking right out front. This restaurant is the go to place for seafood in Texas.

Food was awesome service from Ronci was great. Had a Good time with a Good Man -Mr Goodman and the snapper was off the chain!

Thoroughly enjoyed dining at Pappadeaux (first time) that we came back again a few days later! My family really appreciated that the server instructed the kitchen to split a meal for 2 people without us having to ask. That stood out to us as top notch customer service. And even with splitting a seafood entree, the portion size was just right. It was the perfect amount for 2 people.The restaurant is enormous - we didn't have reservations for a Friday night so intentionally came late afternoon and even then, the place easily had 25+ tables already occupied. Within the hour, by 5pm, the place was easily at 75% capacity.I typically don't like crawfish but having tried Étouffée and fried crawfish here, I am now a fan! Pappadeaux just knows how to cook seafood right. The grouper and halibut entrees were executed to perfection - I haven't had fish cooked that well in a long time.

The place is packed, but we had a reservation so we could get a table. I got the mock margarita (cause im 12) and as soon as I drank it, it gave me a weird feeling in my stomach and made me feel nauseous cuz it was WAY too sour. We diluted it with water and it was STILL bad. We got our food and I was splitting the Sampler Platter with my mom. The food was good but I think I might be drunk from the mock margarita cause I thought I was dipping my food into ketchup, but when I finished my food, I realized it was cocktail sauce.3 stars because the food was good, but they probably gave a minor (me) an alcoholic beverage. I honestly think it's harder to type this since i drank it.
