Papi Steak

If there was one place that Conejo Malo's anthem "Monaco" would be the definition of.. one place where if you look up club restaurant in Merriam Webster's, Papi Steak would be it! Yes, it may not be the place when you want a regular churrasco. However, if you want to celebrate a promotion, a birthday or just a night out with friends, this would be a great spot. I came this past Sunday with a group of friends for Miami spice and we had a good time. For one, I appreciate it, how our server Benoit, again, even though was Miami spice, went ahead and added a candle on the dessert of the birthday girl. Our other waitress was able to skillfully balance tray of drinks and still video us for the social medias. For that level of attention , it does deserve five stars.We ordered from the Miami Spice menu but with add-ons and sides. Our server stated that if someone from the table ordered Miami Spice everyone had too, just FYI. My dinner started with the latke appetizer. The savoriness of the light breading mixed nicely with the sweet apple sauce and whipped Creme. As far as my main, I selected the churrasco aka the Wagyu Skirt Steak add-on. Served with chimicurri, juicy & flavorful medium well it is very much worth the add on.Side note for me, I enjoyed a bite of the carpaccio a friend ordered. For someone who barely goes below medium, this was life changing. The taste of the meat blended with notes of citrus was perfect.Side dishes were a la carte and we shared between the truffleMac & cheese, corn, mashed potatoes and spinach. My favorites were the Mac & cheese as well as the corn. The chocolate profiterole dessert was a yummy sweet closing.Our group decided to add the wine pairing. Of those I loved the perfectly dry Malbec with my steak and dessert moscato.

Had an awesome experience last night! Our waiter Benoit was extremely helpful and so friendly!The latkes to start were so good!But the star of the show was the Sunday Roast! Cooked perfectly and accompanied by creamed spinach, roasted potatoes and yorkshire pudding, I would get this every Sunday!Expensive, but definitely worth it for the quality of the food and service.

I had the absolute worst experience. My party had a reservation, and we called multiple times to let them know we were running late. Every time, they assured us it was fine and that our table would be ready when we arrived. Well, guess what? When we finally got there, they flat-out refused to seat us and made us wait for an hour before we finally gave up!The staff was incredibly rude and unprofessional, treating us like we were the problem even though we kept them informed the entire time. This place is a joke. They clearly don't care about their customers or their reservations. Save your time and money--go somewhere that actually respects their patrons and keeps their word!

One of my favorite spots in Miami! From the ambiance to the food... this place does not miss. The music makes the place super vibey and anytime someone orders the special steak they do an elaborate entrance with it. If you're looking for a solid steakhouse check this place out! You won't be disappointed!

Decided to try Papi Steak for Miami Spice. Three course meal for $60. The ambiance is dimly lit and upscale. Our waiter was very friendly. Courses didn't take too long to come out. For the appetizer, I had the crab cake. The crab cake had a nice crisp on the outside and tender with chunky crab pieces. For the entree, I had the aged steak with chimichurri. The steak was tender and succulent and the chimichurri was a great addition. It did not come with any sides though but was still satisfying. For dessert I had the chocolate cake. It was delicious. So it's a bit overrated. I went for Miami Spice and it was meh. The steak didn't have flavor. The chopped salad was ok but it's just a salad. Desserts were meh. Hamachi crudo was the best thing I ate in the entire meal. Service was amazing. The dinning room is gorgeous. Maybe they just don't offer great options on spice.

OVERRATED! I had a horrible time. I made a reservation for my two best friends and I to celebrate one of their birthdays as a surprise. 1. We waited in an overcrowded space for over 2 hours until we were finally seated.2. Once we were seated we noticed how small overall the restaurant is. We were basically seated with other people.3. The music was so loud I could barely hear my friend that sat next to me. 4. If you want a nice birthday experience you need to spend upwards $3000 and that is insane for the type of experience we acquired. 5. We weren't compensated for the wait it was just brushed off.6. The food was good and serving portions were decent.Meal:Friend 1 - ChickenFriend 2- SaladMyself - Salmon We had caviar as an appetizer.We had the chocolate cake coated in "gold"Overall bill was $700 (they say her a happy birthday)

Normally a lot of miami restaurants are all hype with bad service and food but this wasn't the case with Papi Steak.Came here for my birthday dinner on a Wednesday at 6pm and enjoyed everything from start to finish, so good! We were greeted and seated promptly on arrival. Our waiter and all the wait staff were great-very professional and nice. Everything we ordered was good, no complaints.Food, drinks, ambiance and service were all on point. -What we ordered-Cold starter: Caesar saladHot starter: Glazed bacon....delicious! Highly recommend Entrees: Filet Mignon (just ok) Boneless Ribeye (very good and well seasoned) Lobster tail: (very good and flavorful)Sides: Creamed Spinach (very good) Mac and Cheese (really enjoyed)Dessert: Crème Brûlée (delicious)Drink: Koko Chanel (delicious, highly recommend)

Papi steak is a MUST stop here in Miami. The vibes are too good. This was my friend and I's favorite dinner on our trip and will definitely be back!

The food, service and ambience was great. I love the vibes in the room whenever anyone would order the $1k steak!!
