The porchetta had a light crispy exterior that was wrapped around a very tender, juicy piece of roasted pork.
Next up was the seasonal Pizza Maiale. The Pizza Maiale is made with roast pork, giardiniera, white sauce & fresh mozzarella.
The Coniglio Alle Panzano is made with creste di gallo, braised rabbit, english pea crema, speck & pea tendril.
The Cozze are bangs island mussels served in saffron-tomato brodo, n'duja, braised fennel, & fregola with a side of grilled bread.
Banana Bread French Toast
The Flight to Yamasaki is made with Suntory Japanese whisky, amaro nonino, aperol & lemon.
The Cavolini Di Bruxelles are fried brussels sprouts served with apple cider reduction, pistachio, rosemary salt & sliced green apple.
The Don't Rum Away is made with Appleton Estate Rum, strawberry & lemon.
The Manhattan is made with buffalo trace bourbon, carpano antica vermouth, contratto rosso vermouth, punt e mes & bitters.
The Porchetta is made with pork tenderloin + belly, asparagus, green garlic pesto & pork jus.
The Bees Have Knees is made with malfy limonata gin, lavender honey syrup, & lemon.
Wow, the Cozze was amazing - this appetizer was warm yet light and fresh-tasting all in one.
This was a pasta delicacy -10/10 - that highlighted the sweet pea crema and mild taste of the braised rabbit meat.
The Pistachio Bomba was a lovely dessert - just look at the plating and presentation.
This Beauty is delicious!
Pollo alla Cacciatore
The Pizza Maiale was a fresh surprise - warm homemade dough, handsomely topped with soft, ooey-gooey mozzarella and sprinkled with giardinie

I'm not sure how I missed the Denver institution that is Panzano, but I did and I'm so glad that is no longer the case.It was truly giving Sopranos when I dined recently - only in the sense that this is absolutely a place to bring your whole family on a Sunday night for a fantastic Italian meal.My friend and I took part in their 4 course Chef's Tasting Menu with wine pairing which was SO good and was actually a LOT of food! We didn't know what we were getting into, so we ordered cocktails and their House Bread Service to start which were both also delightful. I'm not sure how often they change up their Tasting Menu (if at all), but if you're unsure of what to order, trust the Chef and get in on this. Our 4 courses below:1) Insalata di Caesar - romaine, white anchovy, parmesan, house-made croutons - so fresh and crisp. Ours actually had butter lettuce which was somehow better? The best way to start the meal.2) Bolognese - campanelle, veal + pork, ricotta salata - I'm not the biggest red sauce gal, but I would absolutely order this Bolognese over and over again.3) Pollo alla Cacciatore - roasted half chicken, san marzano tomato, olive, caper, bell pepper, oyster mushroom, crispy polenta - Did you think the Bolognese was our main meal? Because I did for a sec - already quite full when this came out, but this was delightful. Perfectly cooked chicken and the flavors!4) Tiramisu - lady finger, espresso bean, amaretto mascarpone, cocoa powder - classic and SO delicious! A big ol' serving came out for each of us too. It's inside Hotel Monaco, but it definitely stands on its own. Whether you're dining with the whole family or want to go on a romantic date, definitely don't pass this place up when you're downtown.*This was a hosted experience for us, but I would 100% dine here again on my own dime any day.

Drinks: -Ruby melody 6.5/10 well balanced, not very Aperol forward which I liked -Rose tattoo 6/10 tasty and interesting blend of ingredients Apps:-Focaccia 4/10 came cut into chunks which honestly was very odd- I've never had focaccia served like that before. Overall I was pretty let down but this app, I expected way more from it but it was just underwhelming. -Crispy burrata 6/10 I don't actually think that frying it made any impact flavor wise or even experience wise, it would've been just as good not fried. But nonetheless we ate it all!Entrees:-Bolognese 8/10 there's nothing I'd change about this dish I loved the flavors the portion and it came out perfectly hot. I just didn't have a WOW bite which is why I held back a couple stars -Frutti di Mare 5/10 sauce was overly oily and flavor was overpowering Dessert: Service:Maya was our server and she was lovely! Attentive and friendly and offered great suggestions.

We held a work event in a private room at Panzano on June 12th. It was seamless. We had 17 people and our server was delightful and accommodating. We didn't feel rushed at all and the food came out in a nice pace and was delicious. We had a great night and would highly recommend Panzano for any event!!S. Brackney

Nice space the hostess was a bit snooty. We had a table near the bar since the dining room was full. Our waiter was very friendly and hustled. Arancini was very tasty. The veal piccata came out in a marsala sauce and when we told our waiter, he insisted it was white wine with capers and lemon, of course non of which existed. Luckily the veal was cooked perfectly, but I wish the dish represented what was written in the menu.. the chicken was very dry and tasteless so we ate very little and again the waiter was clueless. Didn't even ask if we liked it or not just asked if we wanted to take it home if we did, we would've buried it in the backyard..

Last night, we caught up with some friends at Panzano. It's right around the corner from us. I remember being in this restaurant years ago. It's that type of food where you just close your eyes and experience. I really appreciate that. A good chef can express his or her artistry through a gastronomic journey. The GM manager was Julia or Julie (forgive me if I pronounce your name wrong) and the hostess Brian, a true salesman of this restaurant. I had Brussels sprouts as my main meal. Look, Mama, I'm growing up finally! I want to thank you, Julia and Brian, and all of the staff for making it a memorable night for our stomachs as well as our hearts.

Solid choice for a nice dinner out in downtown Denver. On the pricy side, but nice menu choices throughout and a nice wine list selection. Wait staff are incredibly attentive, friendly, and informed with recommendations and information about the food & beverage offerings. We tried the arancini (definitely recommend), burrata (ok, it was fried which took away from the pure taste but paired nicely with sweet tomatoes), and eggplant for my main dish (photo doesn't do it justice, it was beautiful and super tasty).Other nice salad and dessert options but we didn't have room because of the generous portion sizes. Nice ambiance too:)

We came here for our first getaway from our toddler. The service was impeccable. We opted in for the 4 course meal and it was great... except for the chicken. This was the 3rd course but the 2nd course I got some mushroom and sausage pasta and it was amazing! They also gave us a courtesy Brussel sprouts app. The server recommended the old fashion to my spouse... he said it was alright. I got a cocktail and it was also just ok. I am glad we came but would not be back.

At first I wasn't to happy with the service, and quality of one dish . What turned around my experience was the fact the server could tell one dish was barely touched . Which was this shrimp and lobster ravioli. I'm glad she can observe and accommodate accordingly. Wish I got her name . The other dish that was ordered that I really enjoyed was the crusted breadcrumb eggplant lasagna with a marina sauce and basil oil around it . Loooved ! Let me tell you about the delicious desserts.Apple crumble panna cotta . It was refreshing and sweet at the same time . Never had a Panna cotta like that. Definitely the best I have ever had Also tried the olive cake with vanilla ice cream and that was deliciously filling . Wish I took photos of the food but I was in the moment . Regarding the ambience it was nice . As you can see in the one photo I got lol.

Panzano is a good choice for before dinner at the Performing Arts Center. Our server Abby, was great. She knew the menu, offered helpful advice and was attentive. The kitchen turns out food quickly, which was appreciated, when we had a show to catch. We started with the Frito Misto, shrimp, squid, and tempura vegetables --all really tasty. I had the Seafood Ravioli, stuffed with shrimp and a butter (buerre) sauce with lobster. It was rich, and way too salty for my palate. It was sad to have such a beautiful and potentially tasty meal ruined with so much salt. Others had the pasta, which is made in house daily and served in large portions. Consider sharing any of the pasta dishes. Wine list is very good by the glass and/or bottle. Inside the decor is comfortable and the dining room was quiet.

Great dinner and service at Panzano on Wednesday night. I had a reservation for a large group, and the restaurant was great communicating with me as I ended up changing our quantity multiple times. We showed up a few minutes early for our 7:15 reservation, after I called a few hours earlier to bump it out from 6:15. Our waiter was great, and cocktails and appetizers (calamari and brussel sprouts) came out a short time later. They were both quite good.I went with the Pesce Fresco, especially after learning the white fish was halibut. It was wonderful...possibly the best piece of fish I've had since moving to Colorado. Asparagus was undercooked but wasn't horrible. Others in my group had the scallops, filet, and a few of the pasta dishes. All raved about their meals. Desserts were quite good as well. I had the chocolate mousse with almond bark concoction, while others had the tiramisu, sorbet, and a few other dishes. Everything was great.
