Pancho & Jane

Went here for my birthday dinner the other night. We were seated immediately, and the ambiance was great.I came here because I heard the bathroom had quite the unique experience and also heard that the food was to die for. Naturally I had high expectations. I ordered the specialty chicken taco, the dorados and bandit bites. One friend ordered the nachos and the specialty taco and the other ordered a burrito and the Brussels sprouts taco. We were all blown away. It was truly phenomenal. We also each tried a different agua Fresca each of them was delicious. To top it all off we also tried the funnel cake churro. It is large enough to feed 3-4 and I'm not putting this lightly when I say it's the best churro/funnel cake I've ever had. Of either. This thing was best dessert I've had in months. I'd come back just for that alone. Visit the last bathroom in the hall. You won't regret it. Also, they do have parking in the parking lot and are just waiting for their signs.

Shout out to Yelp (again) for helping me find Pancho & Jane. Cute place with super friendly staff and lots of space for groups or parties of two like we were.If you've read any of my reviews, you know we sit at the bar when it's just us. Pancho & Jane have quite the bar too. It's massive and can easily seat 8-10 on each side. Service is always great at the bar and your cup is never empty. This was spot on for the service and attentiveness. The food? All really tasty, well seasoned and not overcooked. We shared the Queso Flameado and Pancho Nachos. He had a Suadero (pork belly) taco also. We tried the house margs, the cocktail draft of the month (whiskey sour) and an old fashioned. All were really good, flavors were on point and for me, the house marg wasn't too limey. Yay for the small things!Some things to keep in mind - parking is available on the street and in a small area at the back of the apartment building. Pancho and Jayne are at the corner unit, on the first floor of an apartment complex. Only other thing that got my attention was pricing. Each taco is $6 (unless you order brussels or chicken - then you're looking at $5) and other entrees or starters are on the pricier side as well. This would be $$$ in Yelp language. If that's no problem, add then to your list and if so, go on a date night. We had a great night but spent alot for 3 small dishes and drinks. We will return for sure, but not on the regular.

I really wanted to love this place, it's so close to our house! However for the prices we paid for the meal it did not meet expectations. The branding is great! I think it adds a fun little flair to Golden Rd.

What a great lunch find. Thanks Yelp. The beef belly taco and the carnitas were amazing. Bursting with flavor on house made corn tortillas. My server was spot on, helpful friendly and made sure she had things out is short order. Pancho & Jane is relatively new, open only a few months, but I believe they have that special quality ingredient that will make them successful. I was impressed with the drink menu, although since it was mid day I did not partake. I will definitely go back some evening when I can have a few of their margaritas or mescal cocktails. The bar is large and cool. Reminds me of a resort in Mexico somewhere. Parking on the street can be tricky. I will be back soon.

Great vibe! Welcoming and nice decor. Friendly wait staff. We were sitting close to the bar and could over hear the bartender giving his patrons recommendations and telling them about their menu and fresh ingredients. The house margarita was perfectly balanced. All fresh squeezed and clean ingredients. Very delicious!! The food was excellent. Great flavors and textures. Would definitely go back!!

My new fav restaurant of 2024!! Don't skip this place whether you're stopping through golden or live there. Such delicious food, great atmosphere, pupsicles for your dog, yummy drinks, incredible bathrooms (....youll just have to see for yourself). Enough said!! Love this place oh, and our server was great!!

Great new taco spot in Golden! We checked it out on opening weekend. It was really busy, but we did not have to wait long!Two separate Managers stopped by tables to check on guests and see how everything was. We will totally go back.

I was able to try Pancho and Jane during their soft opening as they official open on May 30th and it was such a great experience! For the food, we tried the potato tacos dorados (flavorful, crispy, and the avocado crema was delicious and added a ton of flavor), the queso fundido (10/10 no notes), and the chips and queso - a classic that didn't disappoint We also got four tacos: suadero, chorizo and potato, lamb birria, and shrimp gobernador All delicious on the purple corn tortillas. The drinks were also delicious and we got the stagecoach old fashioned (with mezcal!), margaritas, and a couple other cocktails The place is super well decorated with a modern feel but not stuff. The vibe was fun and invitingEveryone on the staff was so welcoming and helpful. 100% will visit again

What an absolute delight! First: every person working there was so friendly, fun to talk to, and had great suggestions for menu items. The atmosphere was very cute - lots of seating options too. We sat outside and enjoyed the fresh air under an umbrella. The food was even better than we expected! I highly recommend the carnitas and sauce to tacos; the flavors they used were creative and incredibly enjoyable. In fact, I was so engrossed in my enjoyment of the food that I forgot to take any photos of it! they also have a queso appetizer that they set on fire. Pretty sure you need to try that.The drinks were lovely, especially with their versions of a tequila-based old fashioned, and a pina colada type drink served in a super cute skull cup. I instantly felt significantly cooler just drinking out of it, and it was absolutely delicious. Also, if you go into the third bathroom, push the red button and be ready. Little touches like that are what make me fall in love with a place.

So. Excellent service. The cocktails are mixology excellence in a glass. They really should have more traffic. The food does not disappoint
