If you are in a rush and want a quick lunch Ottos is a great place to grab a quick bite. The brisket sandwich is a good choice and the customer service is good too.

This could have easily been 5 starts for me ...I came here for breakfast and for the amount of food and deliciousness, this is by far the best deal you can find in the Downtown Tunnels. First of all, this place is incredibly clean. This could've been because it was only morning and everything and been wiped down and I think I was the first person there, regardless, I ordered the omelette, which comes with the option of three items with your choice of cheese, potatoes, and biscuit. I had them made mine with swiss (they didn't have mozzarella) bacon, tomatoes, and onions, and a side of gravy. The omelette was made with cheddar instead of Swiss and the onions could have been could a little longer, but this meal actually was enough for 2 people. Everything was so delicious and just what my cube mate and I needed to start our day! P.S. the food did not make it in time for a photo

Me and a coworker went here for lunch, all we can say is "Stay away!" Got their burger and the meat itself had no flavor and the patty was as thick as the cord of your mouse, the cheap frozen burgers at the grocery store are better than this!

Surprisingly good breakfast tacos and other breakfast entrees. Decent BBQ. Great location in Pennzoil Place in the tunnels.

It's a big restraunt and nice location In the fountains. There is a rewards program. There under new management there. There is a really nice condiment bar similar to papas barbecue it also have slices of bread on there's. It has a interesting flare of burgers and bbq My experiences was good. We got a kids meal burger With cheese . it was nice tons of lettuce and condiments just like I like it. We divided it. My only regret was getting the broccoli casserole it wasn't bad but it wasn't the best either so I took a half a point off for that and another half a point taken Off for the price of the kids meal which was almost $9 Because I added cheese I felt it was a bit pricy but hey everyone is going up.

Otto's is located in the downtown Houston tunnel system. You can get there fairly quickly from street level through the Penzoil building and taking the escalators down. Plenty of shared seating with other vendors if you can't snag a table inside the shop. Otto's is also good for groups, but busier times might be a little harder to find a big table to accommodate as there are only a handful large enough.I suggest sticking to bbq type of foods at Otto's... Brisket, sausage, ribs, etc. I recently tried the chicken fingers and thought that was a miss. The fries were good though. All things considered, I'm not a HUGE fan of the food here. It's on the heavier/greasier side for my taste and that doesn't bode well for my post-lunch working efforts.

We visit Otto's quite frequently as it's one of the gems of the tunnel system downtown. They have excellent breakfast tacos, which you can customize to your liking, sandwiches, and plates. My favorite thing to order from there is the Ottos's Western salad with all the BBQ meat.I will definitely be back, and recommend that you also give them a try if you find yourself in Pennzoil Place in the tunnels.
