I LOVE this place and we've been dining here for YEARS! We had brunch there recently and it was delicious... a wonderful addition to our neighborhood. The food is always phenomenal and the service is great--usually. Last time we were there we had Ash and we were so unhappy with him. No app plates, no coffee refills, barely came back by the table... and the restaurant was not busy! He had no interest in making sure we enjoyed our meal, or our time at the restaurant. It seemed he couldn't care less. We were completely ignored. It was totally out of character for the level of service, so please do not choose to not go there. This was a surprise, for sure.

Opting for an early dinner at Osteria proved to be an excellent decision. While in the area, I decided to give this establishment a try, Upoun arrival, I received a warm greeting and was promptly seated at the bar, as I was dinning solo. Megan took my orders, and I started with the delectable warm bread basket. For the main course, I chose the Tuscan chicken pasta which was crafted with a bold and delightful flavors. As it relate to parking, there's a parking lot behind the restaurant, and across the street. Since the restaurant is located in a walkable community, there's also the option for street parking too. The atmoshphere is family friendly, you can come as you are or with a big party! I look forward to trying some of other entree and holiday specials that's highlighted on the holiday menu

Overall I liked Osteria 832, the service is quick, the food was pretty good, the portions are large, and it's reasonably priced! There's also free parking in the back which is great. I got the gorgozola fettuccine and liked it although it truly did have a very strong gorgonzola taste, which was a little overpowering at times, but I'm sure other people might love this!

Can't give 5 yet because it's a delivery review. Ordered around 8:15ish last night because we were craving Italian food. We haven't really ventured much into the Italian scene around Atlanta (anyone with suggestions please comment!!!) So we tried Osteria 832 because I drive past it all the time and they had gluten free pasta substitution! Which is a huge win cause if you've read any of my reviews you know I always look for the GF options since my bf has celiac. First dish, since we're on the topic, Tuscan Chicken Fettucine (sub gluten free penne) - bomb. The gluten free pasta tasted great. It was cooked perfectly. I thought there was just the slightest bit too much salt, but my bf disagreed and I know that's me being too nit-picky (don't come for me - I'd order this again). Onto my meal, I got the chicken Marsala and it did not disappoint. As I'm typing this review I can't wait to heat up my leftovers for lunch. The sauce was perfect and there was a good amount of chicken and mushrooms. No complaints.I read some reviews on here about the sauce amount being skimp and I'm happy to say that both our dishes came with enough. I would have liked a little more on the Tuscan chicken cause I'm an extra sauce person but both were perfect for all the regular sauce people out there. My bf wanted to make sure I typed how much he wants to come here for dinner. I can't comment on the service and ambiance until then.

Ten to fifteen years ago, we loved going to Osteria 832 for brunch. Their veggie sausage and mascarpone/fruit compote were out of this world delicious. My husband loves Italian food, so we decided to drop in for a Father's Day dinner. We were sat right away and there was plenty of seating available. Nothing memorable about the service, but that's fine. Here's where the disappointments lie:- husband's cocktail was served up with a gnat swimming in it. Not a gigantic deal, but we did ask to swap for new cocktail. In fact, there were a lot of gnats flying throughout the dining room. Perhaps typical for summertime and just from leaving windows/doors open?-husband loves chicken Parmesan and we've done a pretty decent tour around the city to taste the best chicken parm. Let me tell you without hesitation, this ain't it. Unless you like chicken tenders with forgettable spaghetti and sauce. -meatball app was okay. Heavier on the veal. Two slices of focaccia seemed a bit stingy for three meatballs and sauce sopping. -rigatoni and bolognese was abysmal. Bolognese sauce was destroyed by nutmeg or cinnamon and I couldn't taste anything beyond it. -kid's Mac and cheese was fine. A level above boxed Kraft, but it was pretty watery. The kid's menu was a printed paper with areas to color, but we weren't provided with any crayons. Maybe they were out?Ultimately, I love the memories I had there and happy to see brunch is returning soon, but as the saying goes sometimes, you can't go home again.

Osteria is now open for brunch! We were impressed by the breadth of their new brunch menu, including several cocktails, benedicts, and breakfast pizza. Our food was good and our server was particularly attentive. Can't wait to return and try the lemon ricotta pancakes or the French toast.

I went for brunch the second weekend of December, and enjoyed my breakfast. I wish the grits were more thick, but they were super cheesy. The eggs were a little underdone. The focaccia was 10/10! And they serve up a great Bloody Mary!

Today after being told there was a 3 hour wait at Murphys, we pivoted and landed at Osteria 832 for brunch. So glad we stopped by this quiet giant of a restaurant. No , not the size of the restaurant (albeit a great size), but giant in flavor. I joined my table last and they ordered pepperoni pizza. Sooo good. I could've shoved handfuls of pepperoni in my purse it was so good. My entree was a crab beignet and the lemon piccata pancakes. The beignet's needed salt, but it just got on the brunch menu so they have time to tweak. The pancakes were AMAZING and I plan to get again, but the star of the show ...the well deserved standing "o" goes to the potatoes. Yes I know it sounds wild, but when u get a side of them... you'll know what I'm talking about. They're crunchy on the outside ... like twice fried maybe, and pillowy soft on the inside and seasoned to perfection. **chefs kiss ** . I'm going back , bc it's Murphys-adjacent minus the hype. I'm going back bc the food was great. I'm going back.

3.5 Stars Placed our order online and received delivery within 30 minutes. Food was warm and needed to be reheated a little in the microwave before eating. We purchased a Caesar Salad ($6.50), a Chicken Pesto Linguine ($15), an Eggplant Parmigiana ($14), Fettuccine Alfredo with Mushrooms, and a side order of the Bread Basket ($5). The portion sizes were average (we shared amongst 5 adults) and there could have been a little more chicken. Everything was tasty. Would try them again, but would like to try dine-in.

Our reservation was for 7pm, we arrive a little early at 6:50 (not expecting to be seated right away) and immediately both the hosts are very stand off ish and one says "well you are 10 mins early (like I don't already know) but you can follow me this way" and proceeds to take us to our table. Like ok.... I was a host for YEARS and never did I think it was appropriate to say something like that to a customer. We would have been perfectly fine to wait the 10 minutes if it was that big of an issue. We sat outside (our experience already tainted) and were told by the same host that "everyone is busy" like again.... Okay??? After about 15 minutes we get greeted with just a "what can I get you to drink". Cool, fine, whatever at this point. I ordered a glass of water and a glass of the house white and my wife ordered just a water. After about 20 minutes our server comes out with just my wine, doesn't say anything and just leaves. Clearly our table doesn't have waters but no one seems to care. Finally I'm able to flag her down and ask for water since we had been there for over 30 minutes with my wife being drink less. The food was meh... not good enough to put up with this horrendous service. This is always the problem with places in Atlanta though
