This place Never disappoints! I always get the DuckAnd Bacon FriedRice and loco moco every other time. This is Hands down the Best Gravy with mushroom loco moco ever! I'm born and raised from Hawaii where loco moco came from and you can get it literally every 2 minutes from fastfood to restaurants. This is My Favorite Gravy ever, the atty is cooked perfect even after delivery it's perfect and I'm 45 minutes away. I always grt the BOGo maple bacon and duck fried rice. They are So Succulent! It's still a very affordable price, trust me it's worth every penny! I haven't had the congee in a while because I makeMy own, but I remember itBeing Delicious so I'll get that next time.

Came in for breakfast and was less than impressed. The food took forever to come out and it was just okay. Nothing to write home about. We each got the breakfast burrito, one with bacon and one with chorizo, and agreed that it is not worth $16. We ended up spending upwards of $80 for 2 burritos, 2 drinks and some orange juice. Pretty pricey for breakfast. Also, we ordered our second drink using the QR code they have available and it took another 20 minutes to come out. We finally got them after we had already finished our meal. Overall, too expensive for sub par food and service. We would not come back.

Came in around noon on a wednesday place our order on the touch screen as you walk in and sat down. It was busy but not packed, After 25 or so minutes we notice that everybody got their food including people that came in after us. I went up to the woman behind the counter and she said she would find out what happed. She came to our table and apologized that they 'lost' our order and that they would get it out asap, she said that the manager was gonna talk to us and give us a refund. That never happened. We eventually got our food, I got the basic breakfast and my partner the chilaquiles, overall it was just okay. The place is clean with a modern layout, the servers seemed very uninterested, maybe everybody was just having a bad day.

We walked here from The Rally Hotel, it was busy, but we were able to find a table for two. The food came out relatively quickly. Everything tasted absolutely amazing. The staff were kind and attentive without being overbearing. I appreciate it that they had a lot of gluten-free options.

This review is based on a single visit on 6/30/24.- Food: A tour guide from Delicious Denver Food Tours recommended this place specifically for their breakfast burritos so I got one with barbacoa as the meat option. It was a super-hefty chonky boi, stuffed to the brim with crispy diced potato, the aforementioned barbacoa, scrambled egg, cheese, and a type of salsa-y sauce. I really enjoyed devouring it, but would have loved it even more had the ratio been more egg-heavy.- Ambience: Cute. Almost a French bistro vibe.- Service: Counter service was quick and efficient. I arrived about 10 min after they opened and was served very quickly.

Food - 3.5/5Ordered a side of potato's (since the photos of the breakfast options on yep differed from what was available when I got there) a matcha latte and a iced vanilla latte Potato's - 3.75/5It was a large portion for being a "side" but lacked any real seasoning. They garnished it with scallions which I thought was interesting. Not sure what the purpose of that since it didn't really bring any flavor to the potato's. Matcha latte - 4/5The matcha was solid. I appreciated that it was made to order and not sweetened. It was a little watery in taste so maybe the ratio of matcha and water (to whisk it) was off which water down the taste. I will say that it was expensive for a matcha latte. It was a 14oz cup for $6+ (sub the milk for oat) which is crazyIced vanilla latte - 2/5 I was so disappointed by this drink. It didn't have any real taste of espresso. It tasted like the water when the machine is being cleaned after use. It was so bad that after a few stirs of mixing it (hoping that'd help) I had to throw it out because it was just so bad. Service - 4/5The woman who took my order was nice and friendly Ambience - 4/5 This place is definitely a vibe. They have beautiful glassware. It's definitely a spot that would be good for instagramable cafes (if that's your thing) Overall this spot has some hits and misses and maybe I just ordered all the wrong things. If your looking for a spot with a really visually pleasing vibe this spot does deliver on

A fun spot, I could see on a Saturday or Sunday they could be extremely busy with their open seating concept. The food was wonderful.

This place was absolutely slammed at 11:00 on a Saturday. We got a table pretty easily, as most of the people in the very long line seemed to be getting take out. But it wasn't for sure. This restaurant seems to be full of contradictions. Counter service, but cloth napkins? Beautiful plating, gluten free options, but no decaf espresso? The decor felt so upscale for a counter service restaurant. I got the duck fried rice, and it was good. Huge chunks of bok choy, some mushrooms, shredded duck, scrambled egg, a hint of chili oil. It was a little greasy, but I was impressed with the texture of the scrambled eggs. I think I would try something else if I went again- I really want to try something with over easy eggs on it. My friend really liked her chilaquiles and was super excited to have lots of gluten free options. I was really disappointed that they didn't have decaf espresso for lattes. Overall, I would go again, it's just missing some things I have come to expect from a restaurant with this much hype.

I was in town in Denver for vacation and me and my friends were craving some brunch and heard from a friend that One Fold is the spot! We pulled up with a group of 8+ and surprisingly there's enough tables/seats to sit all of us comfortably. The ambiance was outstanding with a great aesthetic. One of many things that stuck out to me was the diverse menu! I love me some Asian Fusion so I was hooked just from looking at the menu. They got Mexican, American, Chinese, and a pinch of Hawaiian foods in there as well. I went up to the nice lady in the front and asked for any recommendations, and she suggested the Breakfast Burrito and I was sold. Also, I can't go to a breakfast without getting me some coffee, c'mon! The last thing I got was a Snickerdoodle Latte. Breakfast Burritos: Organic handmade flour tortilla, scrambled eggs, asadero cheese, duck fat fried potatoes, and the protein I got was bacon and sausage! This burrito was quite alright! The duck fat fried potatoes was amazing with a light crisp, the sausage and bacon did it's thing. For the most part, it's a standard breakfast burrito with a small bits of magic. My only complaint was the burrito was very lose and falls apart so easily. It's pretty big burrito so I can see how hard it is to wrap it tightly, but if I wanted to eat a burrito that falls apart so easily, I would've just got the Simple Breakfast with a tortilla on the side. Snickerdoodle Latte: I love me my lattes and this latte is a drink that I absolutely love. Immense flavor of snickerdoodle which was awesome and just an amazing drink. No complaints here. Overall, this is a fine and beautiful establishment. I strongly believe that this spot is pretty top tier with many options to what kind of foods you like. I enjoyed the experience in dining at this spot, most definitely need to come back to their other amazing dishes when I'm in town.

Located downtown, near the train station- this is a great place to stop by if you are wanting to grab a quick bite before taking the train. The establishment is very big where you won't feel cramped. It is also surrounded by open windows- can also see myself stopping here to work as it was quiet enough. We got the breakfast burrito which at a certain time (morning time) you can get half off. It came smothered with green sauce! The service was quick, you order in the counter upon walking and then they bring you, your food! They also have a variety of coffees/matcha/teas.
