Olive Garden Italian Restaurant

My friend and I ate here recently. I ordered endless soup and salad. She got seafood Alfredo. The only thing is I wanted more salad and never got it. I also ordered lemons from another waiter. He never brought... They need some work but us was aight. Lol

I haven't been to Olive Garden in years and I was reminded why today when I ventured there for lunch. The salad dressing was the star of the show. However, the salad was beyond limp. I mean it could have won the a conga line contest. Lettuce was brownish and desperately trying to hold on to its greenery. The roasted ravioli was just that...really really toasted, but the meat mixture had some seasoning but I still couldn't figure out...seasoned with what tho? Mid lunch the young lady next to me found a long strand of hair in her food. Poor child was about to eat around it but my Mother to The Nations stepped in and said, "No, baby don't eat that!" Quickly called our super sweet waitress over and she immediately rectified the situation and none the less Mon thanks from the young lady on saving her from intestinal destruction. Lol! All in all, my son ate the leftovers. Oh, the zuppa toscana soup was good just Luke warm and the breadsticks were good.

Management is 50/50 it definitely depends on who's working that day, service is amazing, food is 50/50 as well just depends on what you get!

When it takes 4 calls to place a takeout order, and during one of the calls the phone is left off mute/hold and all you hear the employees in the background going back and forth asking each other who wants to take the order before someone decides they just want to hang up the phone is a pretty messed up way to treat a customer wanting to give you their business. Picture attached shows how many calls were made.

I am a vegetarian ,but I am really a fan of Olive Garden type of food, it can be fattening and too much of it and you are NOT eating healthy. So I go as a special treat and or on special occasions, maybe 3-4 times a year. Order it delivered maybe twice a year.Since moving to the Houston area, I have only eaten at two different places, but since it's closer to me we choose the one in FM 1960. I am celebrating my 81st birthday on 1/21 & we went after church and I had soup & salad 1/2 fettuccine with broccoli. A birthday treat . It's amazing that we are in 2024, would it be possible for your master chefs to consider adding a few vegan options to the menu's. My family and a few others would visit and advertise this whenever you started new vegan or more vegetarian options Thank you for this opportunity to share our thoughts.****

Highly recommend to NOT go !!!!Horrible Service !!!Food is average. Ambience is not that great because it's pretty dirty and not well kept.We live less than 10 mins away and it's been over 5 yrs plus we stop going because of the bad service. My daughter went to the restaurant this evening to meet her friends for a birthday celebration and we had a horrible experience with the manager that was on staff by the name of Dana. Dana was very unprofessional and even went as far as threatening to call the police for something that she was completely misinformed by her staff. By the time she realized what she had done it was too late. I will be contacting the regional manager and corporate office to file a formal complaint.

Absolutely disgusting.I went to this location on Thursday Feb. 15, for dinner.I ordered spaghetti with marinara and requested sautéed shrimp. I got a very bland tasting pasta with 6 BOILED shrimp, for an added $6.00, served up.Then the strawberry cream cake tasted like it came straight from a frozen section box.For what I paid for my disappointing meal, I could have gone down the street to Carrabba's instead.

I ate at the bar and the bartender was super friendly and attentive. I love the shrimp scampi, so that's what I had. Even though it's a chain I still like their food and the service is always good. Plus there's one always close to my hotel!

My family had a birthday celebration at the 1960 location. I ordered the soup and salad. During the night I became very ill me an upset stomach, vomiting and diarrhea. the went in for serval hours. I missed a day of work. I called to report t issue with the manager and she thank you very much for calling and letting her know!I will never eat there again. Terrible night of sickness from eating there.
