Old North State Food Hall

Hot Dog Bar - Zucchini Fries were on point. Not. Skinny. Thick cut. Tasty ranch and the lemonade was home made. Order to table service in just a few minutes, thank you. Such a cute food hall. Came on Sunday for dinner. Also tried Mr. outrageous burgers, holy burger was big and good and reasonably priced.

When I moved to the area, I took my family here and one of the business owners was blocking the handicap spots just sitting in her car she claimed "she was just running in real quick". My son who is wheelchair bound was unable to utilize the spots due to her nonchalant non caring attitude about the disabled (her and her husband own the ice creamShop and one other business inside) When my family entered the building owner of the building introduced himself very nice person we informed of our issues and he defended her actions. We wont return at all to the building and we strongly discourage people from supporting the ice cream shop at minimum for her blatant disregard for handicap people. The rest of businesses inside we have zero experience with.

The Hot Dog Bar was a really nice stop. We had two Carolina Dogs, a half pound of wings with Lemon Citrus and a half pound with their Bourbon Sauce. We added on pickle fries and French fries. The fries were not great but the pickle fries made up for them. The wings were enormous and well worth the price.

When you travel with hungry picky eaters, food halls are a bonus!stopped in to check out the food hall. I was pleased to see a little variety and more options being opened. Food hall is bright, clean and lots of seating available.We opted for Cuban and it was delicious.

First off visited Nai Thai since the place I ate at last year was no longer there. The Pad Thai was fast but not the best I had ever had and the portion size was appropriate. No option of spice level and it was not spicy at all. Not a lot of shrimp either. The Shrimp cakes were a new try for me as I had never heard of them. They were different but not at all like crab cakes. Basically overly breaded shrimp. The canned Thai tea was also a first and was actually not bad. I was not offered a cup or glass to put it in and when I asked for one I was told I needed to use the tiny water cups at the fountain. So service was not friendly but the food makes up for it. The food hall is a great venue and not out of the way. Lots of parking and well lit. Several choices once inside. Overall not a bad experience and the food was good for Smithfield which is not a foodie locale.

We were really excited to try out these food hall and overall enjoyed it, but was also a bit disappointed. I got a pizza, and my family got General Tso Chicken and Ramen. It was not very crowded at all when we went and there was plenty of seating. However, a few of the stands were not open. My pizza was really tasty but definitely expensive. I got a build your own pizza (with onions, sausage and hot honey) and a drink and it came out to over $26. I loved that the pizza was made fresh, but it did seem a bit on the pricy side. My family liked their dishes, but overall felt they were also on the pricier side. I love supporting local businesses and from what I could tell, most of these were locally owned which is awesome!

We tried the hotdogs and the Cuban food. Excellent! The place is nicely kept. Outside there's plenty of EV Destination Chargers and a place for dogs. Just 5 minutes away from Carolina Outlets. Service is self-device: you order and they give you a beeper when it's ready. They have hot dogs, Cuban food, Indian Curry, Thai food, Pizza, and a tavern! Worth your time, your stomach will be happy and you too! It's a casual and relaxed place, you can chill a bit after a long drive or after shopping at the outlets. We'll be back!

I was in this neck of the woods..about 40 mins from Raleigh, headed to the outlets and stopped into the Old North State Food Hall for lunch. There was a good amount of free parking in their lot and the signage was large enough on the outside of the building letting you know exactly where you were. I had heard about the variety of food vendors inside and could not wait to try it. There's something for everyone here and not your typical fast food options butbdiverse cuisine from Curry In A Hurry , Mexican dishes, Jamaican, Italian and the burgers are not just any burger but gourmet with fresh ingredients. The sweet tea was amazing and free refills .my husband loved his burger..my daughter liked her pizza but the Jamaican food was meh. Service was not up to par as it took over twenty-five minutes to get. My family had already finished their food by the time I got mine and for the price it was very disappointing. Rice was hard, collards were ok and oxtail was not tender.Would I go back to food hall...yes , but I would just try another option from their selection of vendors..

Fun food selections, clean tables, restaurants, and restrooms. Fair prices and great service!

There were about 6 or 7 different restaurants to me choose from when I got here. There was a burger place, Asian food, Mexican food, fried chicken, pizza and I believe 2 more that I can't recall off the top of my head. Some of the locals said that some of the restaurants change from time to time so the same places won't always be there. I decided to get the Carolina Burger, fries and onions rings when I went. They were absolutely delicious! Little expensive, but it's a food hall so it was expected.Burger - 7.5/10Fries - 8.5/10Onion rings - 8.5/10
