O'Malley's Pub & Restaurant

My boyfriend and I had dinner here the other night and it was a fun experience. Our waitress, Kristen (I hope I got her name right) was the best. She was super friendly and attentive. I had made a reservation on their website for a booth and once we were seated, I ordered a Dirty Blue Tito's martini with stuffed blue cheese olives. It was so good. My boyfriend had a bourbon. It's a nice sized restaurant with a bar section and feels like a legit Irish bar in Ireland. I ordered the fish and chips and my boyfriend had a corned beef sandwich with fries. I should've ordered the half portion because my entree was huge!! It was so good! The fish was cooked perfectly and I loved the green beans. We're looking forward to returning.

O'Malley's has become a tradition. Whenever I visit my girlfriend in Raleigh, we start off with a late dinner at O'Malleys. This last visit, we had our last dinner together there, too!Nice atmosphere, good live music, friendly staff, cold beer and some really good food. My girlfriend always gets a salad with fish, and I always get a steak, or buffalo chicken pizza. The appetizers are great, as well. I can't wait to see her again, and visit O'Malley's!

First thing I noticed stepping in out of the summer heat and sun was that this restaurant is very dark. It's also a seat yourself situation and there was no sign. We ordered pickle fries and shepherd's pie. The food was very tasty; the pickle fries were better than most other places, and the shepherd's pie was hearty and filling. Service seemed somewhat slow, though, and no one came by to refill our drinks. Overall a good experience, though!

O'Malley's is an iconic little Irish Pub in Raleigh!! Never disappoints! Solid daily specials and live music frequent throughout the week. Interior was decked out just in time for St. Patricks day and the place was filled with locals on a random Tuesday evening. Servers were working very hard and with the amount of tables filled they killed it! Beer was served in frozen pints and stayed cold the entire pitcher. Food was hot, fresh and arrived quickly. I ordered the grilled chicken sandwich tossed in buffalo sauce. Large sandwich with tasty sauce and juicy chicken. Chips were crisp and delicious (def recommend ordering them). The place can hold a large amount of people and seems like a great spot for post-work drinks or post sporting event get togethers with friends. Large outdoor seating area too, will return when it is warmer outside. Definitely a cool place to check out - great service, food, and drink specials! Bet this place is packed on St. Patricks Day!!

What a great find! We loved the ambiance, excellent live music, friendly and attentive staff, great food, & overall value! Daily drink specials ($4 drafts today) and the local neighborhood feel of a tried and true pub. We had the shepherds pie wrapped in puff pastry and the "Patrick" pork tenderloin with mushroom gravy, mashed potatoes and side salad. Too much food to eat! Oh- and live music all the time! We'll be back!!

I've been here several times with my partner because of the food and my favorite beer. It's normally a friendly place with good food, but not this time. Food was cold and inedible. The waitress and manager cared less and both just stared at us when told this. Their answer was to just give us the check and take payment. No offer to make it right or any discount for the subpar food. My partners meal was thrown in the trash. We paid, left and won't be back. There's too many restaurants in Raleigh that appreciate repeat customers and the quality of their food.

The place inside doesn't look like much it is on the dark side.When you go in you can sit at the bar or seat yourself in any available table or booth.Your service is great- you have your server but all the servers work together!You are asked if you need anything just the right amount of time.The food is good, they have a great variety. I had a buffalo chicken wrap ( could have use some kind of cheese) They also have a full bar with plenty of different beers.

Made a visit here tonight and the live music was on point Happy to be here it was awesome

It was my first time here, it's not too far from our house. When we first walked in it seemed very dark. My eyes adjusted and it was much better. There is a bar side and a side with additional seating. We sat on the bar side and there are many wooden booths to choose from. Great service, very attentive and friendly. Our breakfast was very good, lots of staple offerings. I was very impressed and feel like I have stumbled on to a gem! We will be back!

The brunch here is great. Some real home cooking. My friend and I have been having Sunday brunch there for 6 years, and also they have great sandwiches, and most anything you could want to eat during dinner and lunch daily!Be sure to read the "Specials Board " too!! Also, great staff......
