Nosu Ramen

Nosu Ramen is a cute spot right in the center of downtown Golden. Their patio is nice because it's not on a busy street. We had a bit of an early dinner and happened to make it for happy hour! They had really good drink and app deals. I got the honey paloma for only $7 and the apps were half off too! I love a good happy hour! I ordered the miso ramen because it was the veggie option, and I really loved the variety of veggies they put in. It felt like a very good fall ramen with the sweet potato and squash. It was a big serving so I was able to have leftovers the next day, too!

The Ramen here was really good and the staff was really cool and super friendly. They also are completely catering to those with food allergies.I even got a free test of a margarita that makes they were making, and it was good

I've been waiting for last nights visit. It's such a pleasure dining @nosuramen. Always! With the very capable hands of Mason in the kitchen and the staff like Ashley you will have a very pleasant experience. Everything was excellent but the new find and favorite of the night was the Sesame Braised Cabbage. Its Charred cabbage, chili crisp, lotus chip and some magic done right! The flavor was incredible! The heat perfect. Nothing too silly to make someone like me avoid it. I've never eaten cabbage prepared like this one. Genius! The Tangerine-Sake Sangria was new to me. Refreshing. Love it! I also love their Pork SoupnDumplings. The soup did it for me! The Agedashi Tofu was surprisingly very tasty! This is not the boring tofu you've been avoiding. The Tataki Tuna could be a meal in itself and was a head-turner! But if you came for the ramen by all means. Their Pork Belly Ramen featured here is loaded with big pieces of delicious tender pork. My preferred white meat! Finally got to try this highly-rated ramen spot in Downtown Golden! My partner and I were immediately seated on the outdoor patio. Inside seemed really cute, too. It's clear from the customer service and online presence that Nosu really cares about upholding a quality experience.My favorite part, however, wasn't the ramen. I didn't enjoy the Pork Belly Ramen because of the broth and the tough meat, BUT I really liked the appetizers. We got the Karaage and Sesame Braised Cabbage, both of which I would get again and would come back for!

I am OBSESSED with Nosu. Easily one of the best restaurants in Golden, and, dare I say, the Denver area. They're constantly innovating their menu to flow with the seasons, and they're even able to accommodate my food allergies. The staff is so fun and sweet, and have always gone above and beyond for me. It's such a cute space with high vibes, and the music is always so fun . This place is such a gem, you have to come and check it out!

Highly recommended, always a good pick for Ramen. Great rotating specials along the excellent bowls, Ramen, and Asian favorites. I had the Don Buri Bowl with tofu. Delicious! Can't go wrong with Nosu Ramen in Golden.

Delicious ramen in golden. I like how they have different meat options like I got the duck ramen which was really great. The meat was super tender and flavorful. The broth lacked a bit of depth but I think it's cause duck is probably just a less flavorful base honestly. The fried chicken was so juicy and crunchy. Our server was also very friendly and the ambiance was nice as well. Definitely recommend.

Went for happy hour--$7 cocktails and $5 apps (limited choices). Cocktail was terrific, little and fruity. Soup dumplings were phenomenal! I went with a party of 4 where we each got our own Ramen meal. We could have split 2 dishes as they were quite large. The spicy chicken Ramen was the most flavorful (you will be warned that it is spicy, but it is not all that spicy). The pork belly Ramen was good, pretty flavorful but could have used some spice to elevate it. The pork belly chunks were also quite fatty, so the texture took some getting use to. Overall, good vibe and great service. Would recommend for happy hour.

Went for Happy Hour drinks and food My Spicy Ramen was delicious . Can't recall what friends ate but they also enjoyed the food and the service was great

First time here- our waitress Kami was exceptional! Since we had not been here before she suggested two delicious bowls, one had a bit of spice, Kami brought us some of the in-house 'hot' sauce, and darn too much had a great bite, the flavor was out of this world, and the spice didn't last long. This place is very clean, professional staff and delicious food! Can't wait to return to try something different.
