In town for a "mini-vacation" and booked a stay at one of my favorite hotels - Embassy Suites. Decided to stay in the first night and order from the in-house restaurant. I ordered the fried catfish dinner; my husband was in the mood for wings and a salad. I ordered a slice of cheesecake for dessert, and my husband had the red velvet cake. We enjoyed the meal. My cheesecake was very "processed tasting" though, so it wasn't that enjoyable. Decent service, and it didn't take all day for my order to be filled.

Small portions for a pricey cost and the food is only alright. Please, you are better off eating at Burger King

Ate here because of a workshop scheduled in the hotel. Glad I did. Good food and service (even if you need to let them know you want to order food and not just hang out). My absolute favorite was the ribeye steak. Perfectly seasoned and grilled just right. Melted in my mouth. Keep in mind that food is available until 11, including the times when the Embassy Suites' Happy Hour is in effect.

Good food, although I find the caesar salad dressing to be a little too heavy in anchovy for my tastes. For hotel food, it's really good.

Good food, especially for hotel restaurant. I had the crispy chicken salad with walnuts, grapes and Gorgonzola - it was a great salad and convenient to pop down from the room. Prices are fair as well. Great job!

Came in with low expectations because it was a hotel restaurant, but left amazed. I had the best fish tacos I have ever tasted, served by a very pleasant waitress.Wow. Check it out. Great food!

A good little hotel restaurant in the Embassy Suites. I had the Calamari appetizer which was cooked just right, with a nice spicy sweet chili sauce. I had the crusted halibut main course which was also quite good. Good wine list too, and reasonable prices; portion sizes are adequate, but you won't be taking any back up to your room for the next day.

A decent menu for a hotel restaurant. I wasn't overly impressed, but at the same time I wasn't disappointed. At lunch time the bartender is also the waitress. I had the Salmon Salad, the Salmon was a bit dry, but the flavors in the salad were decent. Nice and fresh. Overall a good place if the weather outside is terrible, and in the immediate area there aren't too many eating options.

I travel a ton and stay/eat in many hotel properties all over and the food here is as good as you will find at your favorite local bar and grill if not better. My wife had the four cheese panini, kids had the pizza and I had the chicken quesadilla and each of us throughly enjoyed what we had. Definitely a very pleasant surprise located in the Stapleton Embassy Suites!
