The food was delicious and the lady that made it was super sweet. I definitely felt like my food was made with love. This spot is located in a service station so the only thing that kept it from being a 5 star review is I would love to see this as a stand alone restaurant, even as a whole in the wall joint I believe it would have a really comforting feel to it. So I hope big things are coming for this business.

Wednesday Wing 12 Count were ok, (warm) not hot at all once I got them. Sticky Yams were obviously canned and not good. Signature Mac&Cheese had zero taste to it. Southern Apple Cobbler was disgusting. the crust had no integrity to it at all, was just mush along with mushy apples. this was a waste of 30 dollars, they got me this time, I wouldn't recommend, greasy spoon would've been better....

I was craving grits and I'm picky about grits. They were so good! I also got the chicken and waffle sandwich. The chicken was thick and juicy and the waffle was perfectly cooked. And it had crispy bacon. Not floppy bacon. I got it delivered to my airport office and it showed up hot and enough food for lunch too. Definitely ordering again!

fye. everything was really good. the oxtail was literally falling off the bone tender. and the catfish gon hit every time. i've had their catfish three times now & i can't get enough! its also a lot of food (to me) at a very affordable price. lastly, quick shoutout to the owner, Nitram. he called me personally to let me know something about my order and i appreciated him going out of his way to do that. Definitely will be going back!!

This place is Amazing! It's a hidden gem & Their food is really good! I came my first time and the people are so nice and welcoming and after that I just kept coming back so many time because of how the nice the service is and how good quality the food is! 10/10

This was my boyfriend and my first time here and at first it was hard to find because we didn't realize Nitram's Kitchen is located inside the gas station. It's a very nice gas station and Nitram's is so good! I got the Cajun Pasta and my boyfriend got the Buffalo Chicken Egg Rolls (he LOVED it). my pasta came with a roll too but i ate it before i took the pic haha. but this place is so good and i highly recommend! It's a family business and it's so cute how the dad and daughter work together! The service was really great, they're both so sweet and the pasta is made fresh per order. Overall, such a great experience!!

Food was so nasty, tasted spoiled! Gave me food poisoning. I had smothered turkey and Mac and cheese and yams... everything was nasty

Man finally a Soul Food place that takes their time cooking their food!!! From the candy-yams to the mac&cheese just awesome! Plate was packed with quality food! Will def be coming back - Cassidy

This best customer service I then experienced hands down , I wasn't able to get my order due to some inconveniences with doordash that happen twice , I talked to who I believe is a manager there or maybe owner and he delivered my food directly , and I thank you for that soo much! and the pasta was geeat
