Well if your around this area, don't miss out the Gem! Price was reasonable, and best part the food was fabulous!I had lunch:1 Hot & Sour soup- just right hot and sour and not like other Chinese restaurant that's cater to American sweet. Best soup!2 pork egg foo young- cook to perfection and sauce was on the side and it was cook just perfect! Around this area you will not find a better egg foo young!3 fried rice- cook just perfect! No soggy or due. It's is a true fried rice! Service was family atmosphere and it's all great!Over if I could give over 10 I would! Try it!

Stopped here for a quick bite. Lunch is till 3PM not 4PM as stated on their online website! No worries, dinner portion is only a couple bucks more and still comes with an egg roll and soup! Egg roll was crispy and delicious. Cashew chicken and Kung pao lacked anything to make them stand out. I'm used to cashew chicken being a sweeter dish. This was more on the savory side. Cleanliness was meh but that's usually an indicator of really good food. Rice was pretty good, I like mine with lots of veg which it lacked but still had robust flavor. Prices were very reasonable. Chicken was very silky and was not all white meat! Not a huge fan of the texture but everything else was nice. Owners were friendly! Thanks

Foods always spot on. I'm from New Jersey / New York area and it compares to Chinese food up there.

Extremely mediocre. The lo mein was soggy and the cashew chicken had a thick sauce that tasted microwaved. Everything was exceedingly bland. I threw my leftovers away, that's how bad. Too many great places to give this one time. Pass.

Absolutely disgusting. Do not waste your money here. I ordered a chicken dish and I wasn't sure if it was actually chicken. Tasted very weird for chickens. The pork egg rolls were smaller than usual but ok.

Quick update: The Dan Dan Noodles are amazing. I paired this with shrimp spring rolls which were also good, but not great. A bit greasy for my taste, but good. The Dan Noodles were perfect. The combination of the spicy ground pork, noodles and bok choy was the bomb.

Their food is great and I usually pick up takeout. Their food is always ready when they say. They pack their dishes really well. All in all I recommend. I takeout at least once a month.

Off Memorial Dr and Eldridge Pkwy, this spot in The Energy Corridor screams more typical neighborhood "Chinese joint" with the usual trimmings. Minimal decor, staff is polite and robotic. No frills type of place, it felt oddly "stuffed". The food was decent and portions were generous. Ordered the Moo Shoo Pork and it was adequately flavored. Will i return? Maybe. Is it a bad place to experience? Absolutely not.

This place is my absolute FAVORITE Chinese restaurant in all of Houston, and that is saying a lot considering the abundance of authentic Chinese restaurants in Houston. They have typical Chinese take-out items, but the best dishes are the "family style" dishes, mostly in the Sichuan section. These dishes are the ones I would say are authentic Chinese and not Americanized Chinese food. The dishes my family always get on rotation are1. Crispy spicy fish fillet2. Chicken with eggplant3. Mapo tofu4. Sautéed string beans5. Salt & pepper spare ribs6. Boiled beef in hot chili sauce 7. Stir fried veggies (not on menu; just ask them what kind of veggies they have that day)In net, I highly recommend ordering the family style dishes rather than the typical Americanized items. What I love about this place is that they never use MSG, food is always fresh, and it just tastes good. There are very good Chinese restaurants in Bellaire, as well as Katy Asian Town, but none of them compare with the authenticity and home-style cooking of this place. It's not a fancy place, but the food is the most "homey" and authentic Chinese food in Houston. In my opinion, this is my favorite, but it is also the best, Chinese restaurant in Houston.
