They split the meal, easy 3.95, so much we can't finish! Best happy food ever! Staff/family owned BYOB!! Great night

We are regulars at this well kept secret. Food is consistently good, and prepared with a eye to keeping customers coming back.In a strip center and very small, but give them a try!!! You will be regulars as well!

Placed simple take out order of chicken picatta yesterday. I asked the young lady who took my order if I could substitute the side of pasta for spinach. She says sure, I have to charge you an extra $8.95, but you can get a different kind of pasta for no charge. OK, give me fettuccine Alfredo. She says OK, will be ready in 10 minutes. I roll up and was charged $4.95 extra! I told her forget it, just give me the spaghetti, which she did. I'm pretty sure they had time to make the Alfredo. A smart customer service move would have been to just throw it in the bag and make a happy customer. The picatta was pretty good, but there was only one table of guests in the dining room that was hot as an oven. Should have been way more customers at 7:00 PM. Poor communication and lack of basic customer service smarts will make me think twice about returning and we've been going there about 5 years.

We ordered out instead of dining in. When we came to pick up the food, the interior was great - was surprised considering the exterior looked really small. We'll dine in - in the future for sure. Food wise, the food was good. The Lasagna had too much sauce for some reason though.... The Crab Cake pasta/fettuccine was good. Shame that the sweets/dessert was not ordered as we could not order it online - spoke with a worker there and she said they were still working on improving the online experience. This place is really close to our home and we'll visit again in the future to dine in for sure. Hoping for a better experience!

I have lived down the street for years and finally sexy to stop in. The food was delicious. I ordered the lasagna myself. Presentation was a bit plane but the taste was outstanding. The environment was relaxing and nice.

I haven't been to Nicks in many years. I was on that side of town and suggested it as a work related lunch location. The restaurant was EMPTY. there were 5 of us. We still couldn't get much of the waitresses attention nor could she bring us things like drinks in a timely manner. The food was, in short, inedible. I ordered a simple salad with chicken. I really couldn't eat it it was so bad. None of my party was happy with their food and we left most of it uneaten. I will never return here. Next time I'd prefer some cheap fast food than $100 in edible food. I'm actually surprised I'm not sick yet from it.

Out of the 4 items we ordered only the seafood pasta was outstanding. Both the chicken picata and chicken scallipini were served with colorless chewy chicken and lackluster sauce. The plates looked unappetizing when they arrived. The eggplant Parmigiano was just okay and unremarkable. Quantities were enormous with no emphasis on presentation or quality. The parking lot was almost empty, which should have been our first clue that food was not great. Major disappointment from previous visits here. We won't be back.
