"I've been coming here for months, since I started working in Cupertino. Love the food; always fresh and the flavors are on-point for traditional Greek dishes I've had in the past. I've tried many dishes, but my go to favorite is the classic Gyro sandwich with some extra tzatziki sauce in the side. The staff is always nice and they have a great outdoor area for lunch."
"This is a great choice here in town. Tasty dishes and good service. The flavors are robust and the food is prepared fresh."

"I love this place!! my goto spot in willow glen area-- Best viet restaurant in the area ! Esp if you don't want to drive all the way to Tully/ story / grand century area !! All the dishes I've tried here have been good !! - Bun Bo hue : 10/10** spicy anddddddd really good . On par with an nam and bun Bo hue spot near grand century - Com Bo luc lac with garlic tomato rice : 10/10* sooooo goooood. Medium rare steak with garlic tomato rice and fish sauce - Pho : 10/10 * I have tried the pho yet but my friends and family said it's good Service : 10/10* quick , attentive, easy goingDecor: clean and modern ; not the typical viet restaurant. They even decorated for the holidays ( Halloween and Xmas ) super cute Would come back ( which I have multiple times already )"
"Garlic noodles are amazingAmbiance is small and a bit congested Service is good family owned. Cleanliness an area of opportunity ."
"If there's one thing I know, it's that San Jose in the state of California has thee best pho - without a doubt. Knowing that the Vietnamese community is so strong here - Their soup has be cooking none stop for that deep broth that a lot of other places strive for but within a shorter cooking time. This place, the ambiance is golden. Beautifully picturesque, clean, spacious, and organized - we absolutely knew we were in for a whole 'nother experience that what we've been privy to. When we first got there, the staff was super nice and was able to seat us as soon as we walked in the door. The servers were especially patient with us as we needed some time to look over the menu (we did not know about the hype) and was able to order the San Jose Bowl with additional bone marrow and ribs, Cowboy Pho with side of boneless ribs, and a few drinks. I did not know that the additional ribs would be so huge! I thought that they brought us both orders of ribs and mistakenly forgot about the boneless ribs but when they came back with the boneless ribs I was shocked at how much food I had ordered! The bone marrow. WOW. That gave the soup another level of texture! Let's not forget about the broth, so deep and flavorful. Don't even dare drench that bowl of soup with sauces until you taste the soup. I can't stop thinking about this soup. It was rememberable!"
"Fantastic place to eat especially if you know your Thai food !!!Great service and the ambiance is great."
"Wow! I just discovered this total hidden gem of Alameda. It's a mom and pop type of restaurant, where the furniture is a bit worn and silverware feels cheap. Don't let that deter you. The dining area is full of character, though I think it can benefit from playing a bit of Moroccan music at a reasonable volume. The location is great and the view is fantastic. Go for a walk along the bay after your meal. The chicken isabella (sandwich) was absolutely incredible. The flavor is unique and delicious. Skip the pita bread. I will go back to try more menu items!"
"Review for Pho #1 RestaurantPho #1 is a fantastic spot for anyone craving authentic Vietnamese cuisine. From the moment you step in, the spacious and welcoming interior sets the tone for a relaxed and enjoyable dining experience. Here's what I tried: Chicken Pho - A steaming, aromatic bowl of comfort with tender chicken and flavorful broth. Egg Rolls - Crispy and golden on the outside with a savory, delicious filling. Grilled Lemongrass Chicken Rice Plate - Perfectly seasoned chicken served with fluffy rice, bursting with flavor. Grilled Shrimp Bowl - Fresh, vibrant, and packed with herbs and perfectly grilled shrimp. Vietnamese Iced Coffee - Smooth, bold, and energizing--just what I needed! Mango Smoothie - Refreshing, creamy, and the perfect way to end the meal.Every dish was fresh and full of authentic flavors. The atmosphere, paired with the quality of the food, made this a memorable dining experience. Highly recommend for anyone looking to explore Vietnamese cuisine or just enjoy some great food in a relaxed setting!Staff were kind enough to check my preferences and suggest me options accordingly"
"When the weather is cold outside, pho play is my go to for pho. When it's warm outside bao buns is a go to..."
"This hole-in-the-wall random gem is so out of place at Vasco Rd and 580. Nothing there but gas, fast food, and this wonderful restaurant. I live at that intersection, let Altamont/Brentwood traffic stare at tail lights and try this place.KHAO SOI GAI!!!!!You probably haven't had this dish before at your average Thai place, it's not on the menu. I beg you to try it if you want something unique. It's like thai curry met ramen, with noodles and pickled vegetables melting together in a creamy coconut chicken soup. It's like eating pho though, once you mix, you gotta eat it meow, but they will package in all it's pieces so that you can get the full experience at home. Only restaurant within a mile of my house worth leaving a glowing review for. Cherry on top, their service is top notch. The rest of the menu is excellent in flavor and quality, but mostly common items. It's a street food place, and it's street food tiny, simple, and tasty. Expect a satisfying meal at a decent price no matter what you order."
"Dumpling Capital was pretty solid when we wanted dim sum for dinner! It was pretty easy to order the food online and then pick up. There's many options for dim sum and Chinese dishes. I think overall it only took 20 minutes for our order to be ready. The soup dumplings and fried dumplings were delicious. The pea shoots were really lovely and flavorful. We really enjoyed all the dishes we ordered."
"Phoever is hands-down one of the best pho spots in Sunnyvale! From the moment you walk in, you're greeted with friendly service and a cozy atmosphere. The menu is packed with delicious options, but the pho is the true star--deep, flavorful broth, perfectly cooked noodles, and generous portions of tender meat.I ordered the Beef Pho (rare steak & brisket), and it was the beau idéal! The broth was rich and aromatic, with just the right balance of spices. The meat was melt-in-your-mouth tender, and they give you plenty of fresh basil, bean sprouts, lime, and jalapeños to customize it to your liking. Beyond the pho, their spring rolls were fresh and packed with flavor, and the Vietnamese iced coffee was strong and delicious--just the right amount of sweetness. What really makes Phoever special is the service. The staff is incredibly welcoming, making you feel like family. Even on busy nights, they're attentive and quick. If you're craving Vietnamese comfort food and stuck in Sunnyvale and don't feel like driving all the way over to the east side, Phoever is the place to go. I'll definitely be back again and again!"

I *really* liked the lamb burger and the gyro was good - but I'm very partial to lamb meat. The lamb burger here was memorably delicious - while the burgers at Eureka! and even The Counter were just competent but not memorably delicious (the burger at Marlowe SF is also good and also has lamb meat). Godfather burger in Belmont is decently juicy as well. The chicken and beef souvlaki were a little dry.I rarely care about decor (most of my favorite eateries are hole in the wall places), but I noticed the effort they put into the outdoor tables to give a distinctly Greek theme beyond the traditional blue-white painting on the exterior.

Glad to have found a new go-to spot for Chinese Food in the Bay. For context, this is my first time visiting this place. After a bad experience at a different spot years ago, my family and I gave up on finding good Chinese food out here (originally from the east coast, IYKYK). I decided today "why not give another place a try" and I'm glad I did. I ordered the Broccoli with Prawns. I didn't realize until I got there, that this entree doesn't come with Rice. However, Simon came from out the kitchen and graciously hooked me up with some on the house since it was my first time. We love wonderful customer service over here!! The food itself was pretty tasty! For next time, I'll probably request some brown sauce on top to give it that east coast vibe but overall delicious!!- Mrs. Arizona United States 2024

This is now my favorite place to go for Pho. I ordered the combination and there's a substantial amount if meat in it. Good food, fast service, and glad to find it in my neighborhood. Would try their other selections next time.

Ample seating, food came out quickly. The pho was overall decent and they provided a lot of toppings, vegetables, and meat. My only complaint (and the reason why I docked a star) is because their spring rolls are meager. For the price, the rolls were very loosely filled and they could have used more quantity of ingredients.

We came by during a busy time of the evening. There's usually a person waiting at the door who calls our names from the sign in checklist they have on the counter to the right of the entrance. Parking is shared and depends on how busy other stores are in the same plaza. We parked directly in front of their beautiful Parklet patio and it has good outdoor lighting. It's also the same with the interior with the decorative lighting. We ordered the Smoke Brisket pho and the baby back ribs rice plate. We got our dishes within 5 mins and they were delicious! I didn't know mixing smoke brisket into pho is a different take on pho that I've never knew. I'm coming back here to make it as my new regular pho location to visit!

The roast lamb leg caught my eye - tagine in two flavors! My kids also love lamb and since it was my birthday, the 11 of us dove into (2) orders of each lamb choice, several side, babaganough, grilled eggplant (yum!), appetizer platter of all choices, warm pita. We made it just in time for the sunset and sat at the front outside. The interior is very good size if we decide to dine in another time. It was a very hot day so the patio seating worked best. I brought my husky and she felt quite at home. Abigail is a young woman who started this restaurant recently. She's done a marvelous job! I will return and highly recommend it

I think this place just might be my #1 fav pho place in the Bay Area! No wonder they are called Pho #1. I already came back 2X to get their Pho #10 (Rare Steak, Well Done Flank, Tripe). I get my "rare steak" well done though... please don't judge me. Something about their broth is so delicious and authentic in comparison to other pho restaurants. They also give you a plate of mint leaves, sliced lime, sliced jalapeños, and raw bean sprouts if you want to add that into your pho, plus a small dish of Sriracha and Seafood sauce for you to dip the sliced meat and/or noodles into the sauce. Their broth always arrive at the table steaming hot and by the time I finished inhaling the pho, I am also drenched in sweat. A good cleanse for your body. The place is big and spacious with lots of seats available, but I tried to avoid the lunch hours.

"Their combination pho without tripe (my go to) is so good!! The service is awesome and quick!"
"My friend and I love Go Goong! The beef soft tofu soup is what we order everytime. We get medium spice, which is perfect for me. The restaurant is open for lunch and then again for dinner, so you have to check the times. They play Kpop music. There are plenty of tables. We have never been on the waiting list before lunch. We usually get there around 12:00. The banchan is always good. My friend likes the fish cakes, they don't always have it, but you can ask. I like the kimchi and the cucumbers. The Galbi is delicious! I ordered it to go for my husband and they packed it like a full on lunch with rice and banchan. It was so cute! I was just expecting galbi. We have had the seafood pancake, which is delicious and also the chicken wings are good and crispy. The rice tea or water is delicious. I'm not sure if you have to ask for it. But we had it last time we were there. The waitress is very sweet. She remembers my friend and I from coming in before. Of course we will always be back to have our tofu soup."
"Cute family-friend pho place with awesome service and good vibes!! There's a small claw machine & plenty of various size tables. The pho broth was ON POINT! If you don't like to drown your pho in Hoisin & Sriracha like me ... the broth holds its own! The summer rolls were fresh & delicious, too!! We enjoyed our overall dining experience!!!! When we were ready to pay, I noticed some cupcakes! And then, they shared the story of how cupcakes started as a fundraiser for their daughter to get books to help with her reading... then, it took off from there! So, naturally... We had to try some! We took home 4 flavors: Ube, Pandan, Vietnamese Coffee & Double Chocolate. When our delicious food from earlier finally digested... We tried all 4 flavors! SO GOOD! The cupcakes are perfectly baked, so soft (b/c I don't like the m word that ends in oist, LOL). Even though they are small cupcakes... they're totally worth the price per !Highly recommend this place!!! Thanks, Pho Vy! We'll be back again soon!!!"
"It's hard to find decent pho in Campbell. I think rents are too high. I was happy to try this out and liked the pho. Usually, we drive out to Milpitas or off Story, but we like this place because it's close."
"We had a fun time at Deer Hollow and worked up an appetite for lunch so we finally tried this place that had been on my to-eat list for years. Little did I know they have multiple locations in the south bay. We were seated right away on a Sunday because we squished into a table for two. It isn't a large place so be prepared to wait if you want a table for 4. I ordered the popcorn chicken, stewed pork ribs noodle, and the chicken fried noodles. I love thick noodles so I went for the biggest they had. My toddler loved the popcorn chicken and even though my pork soup was spicy, he loved the noodles. The soup was spectacular- reminded me of a Mexican pork stew my grandma used to make. You can really taste all the spices and the difference with the noodles. We were also impressed with how quick the service is. Everyone was so friendly and accommodating. We ordered online at our table and the food came out right away. They also pack your leftovers up. Exceptional service and you get a lot of food!"
"i'm here at least twice a month, if not more. Food is always great, i'm never disappointed and my fiance loves the meatball and their shrimp cake."
"OMG...freaking love this place to death. I am a hardcore chicken soup girl. When I'm at a pho place I always look for chicken pho and when I'm at a ramen place I always look for chicken ramen. The fact that I stumbled upon this place that literally specializes in chicken noodle soup...I cried. The food here? AMAZING. Portions are HUGE (mind you we got the regular size). The price point is great. The soup is clean and comforting. I got the #1 w/ the clear noodles. My bf got the #3 with vermicelli rice noodles. Both of them were 10/10-so comforting. They also came with a side of ginger scallion oil sauce to dip your chicken in. The sauce was on point. We also go the salt and pepper wings. It came with 12 pieces--that's a shit ton. The chicken was FRESH, JUICY, and PIPING HOT. We didn't tackle these until after we killed a good portion of our noodles and they were STILL so hot. When we bit into it, the juice was literally dripping out *cries*. I also highly recommend eating it with an extra sprinkle of pepper! The service here is super efficient. You order first at the counter and then grab a seat. Your food comes out in like 5 minutes. Ambiance is great too. The store is super spacious with plenty of seating. It was also quite clean! If you're looking for a nice hearty and clear chicken soup -- this is the place to go. 10/10!"
"This place has a nice atmosphere. They have tasty strong adult beverages. I had the Cadillac margarita.Tasty and hot salsa. (some places have mild but here it's boarder-line too hot)They have plenty of staff so the service is generally pretty good. Very attentive when you need something. Prices seemed fair for having dined in the Beverly Hills of San Jose.FoodI ordered the Tierra y Mar (steak and shrimp fajitas). I never had or even heard of soggy/soupy fajitas before. I ate most of my food because I was hungry but this was not was I was expecting. I will probably never order this here again. 2 out of 5 stars. I know everyone makes fajitas their own way but this didn't even look appetizing. Most of the other dinners looked good though that I saw throughout the dining area."
"This restaurant stays true to the authentic methods of Korean cuisine. Many of the dishes are perfect pairings for drinks and conversations, just like what you'd find at gatherings after work in Korea. The portions are very generous, one serving is often too much for just one person. My favorite is their spring onion fried chicken, which is best enjoyed fresh on site. The Korean ajummas are also incredibly friendly, adding to the warm and welcoming atmosphere."
"This is without a doubt one of my favorite Thai restaurants in the Bay Area. Every dish is packed with flavor. Exceptional service. The star rating definitely shows. Really good all around. Share your dishes so you can get more variety."
"Best spicy pork in the east bay! And they didn't gouge the prices during the pandemic like everyone else did. Super fast and friendly!"
"Both of us got the signature Beef Mifen. The broth and flavor profile was quite mid.Not sure how others are giving it rave reviews.Maybe it helps that we're asians ourselves as we have a wider range of dishes we've experienced. This is me literally trying to rationalize/understand the high reviews this place received. If it was this alone, i wouldve given this place a 3, but the extra star deduction comes from the fact that the server was standing right next to me when i was paying at the POS and just kept staring at the screen. This is the ONLY reason why i lowered my original tip. After he saw this, his kind demeanor went from kind/positive to well, just the opposite. Cmon my guy, back tf up. Tipping culture just makes ppl dumb."
"It's our usual place. Xoi Ga Ro Ti is perfectly crispy, adding great texture and flavor to the meal. Banh Canh Ga is equally delicious, with a savory broth that's rich and comforting. A fantastic spot for anyone craving authentic Vietnamese Pho Ga foods !"
"Pho taste good, the broth flavor is there, but they don't give enough side veggies like other pho locations. Portion size is also smaller. We ordered beef stew, chicken pho, grilled pork chop over rice and banh mi.pork chops are two small slices with a small cup of rice. I would say it is less than 8oz of meat. But the marination and the flavoring is there. Banh mi is not authentic. Radishes have no taste, no jalapeño, and they put this "chimichurri" style sauce all over. For the price, you may skip and order it from authentic Vietnamese sandwich place.Service is pretty good and fast. They took our order and food came out very fast. Location is pretty clean and bright. Only thing is that floor is a little slippery in the hallway going to the bathroom due to the oil build ups."
"Tried this place for the first time the other day, and I'm impressed! What we ate: - lamb chop - must get if you like lamb. It's so tender and flavorful and has a good amount of spice- chili oil noodle - we were recommended to get this with the wide noodle, and it did not disappoint. The wide noodles have a nice chew to them, and the seasoning on the pork adds a nice savory kick. The dish itself is less spicy than I expected, and I ended up adding some extra chili oil that was at the table.- lamb noodle - we were recommended to get this with the thin noodles, which were also very delicious! Like the wide noodles, the thin noodles have a nice chew to them but I'd say they are also bouncier than the wide noodles. The sauce on the lamb noodle is different from the chili oil noodle--less chili and a slight sweetness. This was also very good.Service was great, and the workers were so nice and welcoming! Can't wait to come back next time I'm craving hand pulled noodles :)"
"Excellent dim sum. Fresh, high quality and there was no wait at 1pm. The service was excellent and the tea kept coming. They gave us a table for 4, for our party of 2, so we were able to spread out & truly enjoy the delicious food. Yes, highly recommend!"
"Awesome owner and great food every time! They make it exactly how me and mom like it. Huge portions too!"
"Imperial Soup is a fitting name as I would crown it the king of noodle soups in Oakland. It has become my go to comfort meal on a cold or rainy day (slurp slurp). I almost always order the Spicy Lamb Noodle Soup. The soup is aromatic, flavorful, clean, with a touch of sweetness. Highly recommend getting it with the thick egg noodles, which are plentiful and have amazing chew. I also like how it has both ground lamb and slices of lamb and a crunch from the red onions. And while it is labeled "spicy", I would put it at a 4 out of 10 at most (Asian scale). The Spicy Beef Flank Noodle Soup is also tasty and probably my favorite in Oakland. Echo the same things as above. The beef shanks are very beefy and less fatty / gristly than normal, and I don't think I've ever seen any beef noodle soup with this much meat (meat makes me happy). Final recommendation is the Steamed Whole Striped Bass, which is simply flavored with ginger, scallions, and soy to serve as a complement to the buttery fish.Another plus is that the restaurant never seems overly busy / packed - have always been able to find a table and get our food served within 10 minutes. They also take credit card, though of course would prefer cash. A bit hidden and on the outskirts of Chinatown, but highly recommend getting your slurp on at Imperial Soup!"
"We love Momoya! Sushi is very fresh and tasty. They don't skimp on fish. Service is fantastic. Just try it and you will be hooked."
"Dinner buffet was DE-licious, fresh Naan and Dosa delivered to your table, goat curry was my fave, mango lassi was the perfect way to end my meal. Plus they have a full bar :)"
"Fong Kee has been my go to spot whenever my family and I are craving for some delicious clay pot rice! I would say this is the best clay pot rice place in the entire Bay Area. I've been here a couple of times and I always leave happy. The clay pot rice is super fragrant with a crispy golden bottom. Perfect amount of topping to rice ratio. My favorite is the eel with chinese sausage! It is super healthy and filling. I also really like the pork patty one which reminds me of what my grandma makes for me when I was a child. Service is standard and quick. It does take about 15-20 minutes for the claypot. The restaurant does get pretty busy during the weekend so prepare to have a small wait. Overall, 100% would recommend! All my friends that I took here also loves it!"
"Our first experience far exceeded our expectations! From the moment we stepped in, the place was filled with folks enjoying their supper on a Friday night. All of the staffs were so friendly through every step of the way! We got the 3 combo plate $15.50 with hefty and generous amount. We got half & half of spicy fried rice and chow mein. Entrée, we got pepper beef, Kung pao chicken, and salt & pepper fish. All delicious and fresh! Egg rolls are $1 per and also yummy.Best part is that they use halal ingredients serving broader community of Fremont.Looking forward to trying other goodies here time to time."
"Came here for a quick pho fix, and it was the perfect lunch! We were seated promptly, the service was fast, and our food came out quickly. Small restaurant but plenty of seating. The pork egg rolls were crispy and tasty--reminded me of my Grandma's! The pho broth was hot and flavorful, and the noodles had the perfect soft yet chewy texture. There's only one size bowl for pho, so little ones may need to share, but it's filling for a big kid, teen, or adult. If you have a bigger appetite, you can order extra noodles and meat. One minor downside was that the dishes could have been washed/dried a bit better, but I've found this common in a lot of small, authentic Vietnamese/pho restaurants.Pricing was commensurate for the amount of food and location. There are so many pho options in the area, but if nearby, I wouldn't mind coming again."
