"Visiting from out of town and staying close to the neighborhood- The Park Street Tavern was an amazing find! We called ahead to see if reservations were needed and the person on the phone was kind, friendly, and gave us a table for two within the hour. When we arrived we knew we had found a gem, the bar area was filled with smiling and laughing patrons, cheering with full cocktails and raving about the food they had just had. We were met with a smiling face at the door and taken to our table immediately. The ambiance is wonderful- definitely an old school vibe, with eclectic art/decor on the walls that made it feel like a cozy spot I'd been to times before. Our server arrived to the table and all I have to say is WOW ANTONIO! He was WONDERFUL. Smiling, chatting, menu recommendations, drink recommendations, he was exactly the face we wanted to see at our table. We started with the beet salad and the wedge- both absolutely delicious, tried and true starters full of flavor and just enough difference to make it their own. Our entrees were the salmon w/risotto and the chicken piccata. Again, menu staples but cooked well, full of flavor, and absolutely satisfying. We finished off dinner with the lemon torte. This was spectacular! Not too sweet, not too sour- the perfect blend of citrus, almond, and berry. When it came to the drinks- they were above and beyond! The Sazerac was exceptional, definitely warned you up on the cold evening, and the non-alcoholic Cherry Lime Royale hit all the notes of a well made cocktail- sweet, tart, refreshing, and the rosemary added an extra I was not expecting- but delightfully delicious. I highly recommend this establishment, and if you can request to sit in Antonios section! You won't be disappointed!"
"My friend Erin L. and I had dinner plans on a Monday night. The place we originally wanted to go to ended up being closed, so I'm grateful we found this place on Yelp.We shared one appetizer and two entrees. The beets salad was refreshing and delicious. I liked the nuttiness flavor. For our entrees, we got the lamb kebab and chicken kebab. The lamb kebab was amazing. The meat was very tender and not gamy at all. I'm not sure what they put in the rice, but it was so tasty. The chicken kebab was a bit overdone and not as tender as I hoped for, but still good. We loved our food, and finished every last bite. Portions were a bit smaller than I expected. I wanted more kebabs!!Service was good. We were indecisive with our two entrees so I'm appreciative that our server helped us decide. The interior is cute and quaint.Would go back for the lamb kebab :)"

"Turkish DelightFormerly located at the Bowers Plaza on El Camino, Garlic Mediterranean has been serving up Turkish food since 2016. They've been in these current digs for ±2 years and are one of the few restaurants serving up legit Turkish cuisine in the South Bay.The Good:*Friendly service*Fast-casual order at the counter and they bring the food to your table. *In the same strip mall as Stan's Donuts (IYKYK)*Large shared parking lot*Clean, modern décor and I'm a fan of their branding. *Pricing is well in-line with portion size*They actually have their meat on a vertical rotisserie (aka spit) which doesn't seem like much, but to me this is an important sign, to me at least. *Saw reviews mentioning the Ayran (aka "yoghurt drink") and I decided to give it a whirl. It's only three ingredients: yogurt, water, and salt, but the taste was actually quite refreshing.*Carissa enjoyed her Greek salad with added chicken Gyro meat, and actually had a hard time finishing it. Luckily I'm always around to clean her plate. *oink oink* :8)*I'd never seen or heard of an Iskender Kebab before, but after the lady at the counter informed me of what it was, I knew I had to try it. It's their combo lamb-beef dönner meat served over pita and topped with a tomato sauce and served with a heaping helping of yogurt. This dish was stupendous! The meat was juicy and flavorful and the tomato sauce was earthy and sweet, the perfect foil for the unctuos meat. But, I'll have to say, my favorite part was the yogurt that brought everything together into one harmonious bite. The Meh:*Standard two-top outdoor seating. Nothing really special but it gets the job done. The Ugly:*This is huge pet peeve of mine, but I really don't like when they put olives with pits in them in salads. #1 it makes no sense and #2 they're opening themselves up to a customer busting their teeth biting into one. Ask me how I know it's possible. 0_o Conclusion: Fantastic Turkish food at a great price point in a pleasant and relaxing environment."
"My husband and I have gone here at least 5-6 times. The food is so delicious and everything we've tried so far has been so yummy and the prices are reasonable. The location is really convenient as we live not too far. Great specials on Thursdays and the lemon pepper wings were super tasty. The service is great and everyone is friendly and attentive. We totally recommend folks to try this place!!!"
"I wish I was closer to Agape Grill as I love their gyro plate. The only thing I didn't realize was now much garlic was in this plate and we all know....I'm garlic sensitive. But screw it! I popped a Pepsid and just suffered the consequences. And it was still delicious.Service is the same great service and we've never actually eaten in and always taken to-go.They have a tiny parking lot but it's okay we've never had issues finding parking."
"I discovered "Cal Gyros Mediterranean Cuisine" on Uber Eats. My wife and I were in North Oakland, near Berkeley, and wanted food delivered for a late-night dinner. Cal Gyros was featured near the top of the app, under the section "Healthy options to explore," based on our location and what was open at the time (a Thursday at 10:09pm). We were hungry and the menu and pictures of the food looked good enough to me.I ordered the following for us (descriptions from menu):* Lamb and Beef Gyros Sandwich ($14.95) - slow-cooked, thin-sliced, marinated lamb and beef gyros* Chicken Gyros Sandwich ($14.95) - slow-cooked, thin-sliced, marinated chicken* Cacik Appetizer ($8.95) - homemade yogurt with diced cucumbers, oregano, fresh dill and a hint of garlicAfter the cost of food ($38.85), I paid a $6.97 service fee, $3.99 tax, $2.00 for California driver benefits, and a $7.62 tip. The $0.99 delivery fee was waived because of a promotion. The total cost was $59.43. Roughly a third of that was due to Uber Eats. There were multiple delays. It took about an hour for the food to be delivered. To get to us from Cal Gyros was an 11-minute drive under usual traffic. I think the delay was with the restaurant and not caused by the driver because I saw the driver had to wait at the restaurant for an extended period of time. I know the driver has nothing to do with Cal Gyros, the business, but I just want to mention here that he (Axel) was super nice when handing off the order to me outside. As for the food itself, it was disappointing. The sandwiches (wraps) were filling, but that was about it. The quality of the ingredients wasn't great, especially the pita. The pita for the wraps was thin, hard, and bland. At least they were grilled. The cacik also came with pita. There were five, maybe six, Kronos-brand pita triangles in a Kronos bag. I think that pita may have been grilled too; it was hard for me to tell. The lamb, beef, and chicken gyros were flavorful enough, but they were far from the best gyros I've had from many similar hole-in-the-wall joints over the years. The Chicken Gyros Sandwich was very watery and messy to eat. The Lamb and Beef Gyros Sandwich was definitely the better of the two. I don't remember the other ingredients inside the wraps except for lettuce and perhaps onion and tomato. The cacik was fine. Cacik is the Turkish version of Greek tzatziki. Cal Gyro's cacik was cold, creamy, and refreshing. It was noticeably stronger tasting and more sour than tzatziki.Cal Gyros is located at Durant Center, colloquially referred to as the "Asian Ghetto," just south of UC Berkeley's main campus and surrounded by many of the school's buildings. It's one of several small restaurants, most of which are Asian, located in a U-shaped building with communal outdoor picnic-table seating in the middle. Some of the restaurants have their own dedicated seating inside, including Cal Gyros. The storefront sign says: "Best California Gyros."This place is open until 2am daily, so that's a plus."
"I ordered a large takeout order for a picnic - several dips and skewers. Note that there is a pretty decent wait time on the order (but that means it's all fresh). In fact, there was one item they felt was past its peak and they offered to remake it (would have taken another 20 minutes) but since I didn't have the time, I just ordered something else. The wait staff was so kind in providing me a snack of pita and yogurt dip while I waited. Everything was very delicious, but the falafel were not my favorite. Highly recommend the dips and pita. The chicken and beef skewers were enjoyed by the others at the picnic but I didn't try them (since I'm vegetarian)."
"Stumbled upon this delightful Greek restaurant in DT Los Altos. Everything we ordered was delicious. The restaurant has a really nice chill vibe at lunch. I love the blue and white color all over the restaurant which made us feel like we were back in Santorini. A must try if you want to dine at a nice sit down Greek restaurant. And our service was great too."
"Who doesn't love a gyro? I sure do. This place is conveniently located across the street from where i get my oil changed, so I stopped here for lunch while I waited. They have a beautiful covered patio that takes you out of a strip mall feel to a beautiful little nook, and i loved this. The service is kind, friendly, and efficient. I ordered the beef/lamb gyro wrap and side of fries (see photo) and feel the price was fair and the portion and quality were excellent! It didn't blow my dang mind like some other gyro spots in the south bay but it was very good and I would easily come back!"
"I had a chance to try Xenia after seeing it on Uber Eats and got to try their Chicken Shawarma bowl. This is located in a ghost kitchen so there are different types of food you can order here on a touch screen and then someone puts it in a cubby where you go pick it up. The ambiance here is very minimal and no chairs or tables to eat - hence expect to eat pickup only.Overall the bowl was pretty good - it came with sweet potatoes, broccoli, corn salad and lots of other goodies. The chicken was well seasoned and went well with the sauce and the red pepper hummus which was really yum. Overall, good food and good portion!"
"Came here for lunch today. We were warmly greated upon entering. You place your order at the front counter and they deliver your food to your table.I decided to try the lamb & beef gyro combo with the Greek salad for my side. It all came with a fountain drink. My husband ordered the 3 item souvlaki plate. He chose two skewers of chicken and the bifteki. We also ordered the spanakopita as an appetizer to share. We weld served our drinks and found a nice booth to set at. There is plenty of seating inside as well as outdoor seating. I love the Greek decor on the walls. The tables are jept very clean. Our food was delivered to us in less than 10 minutes, and it was delicious. My gyro sandwich was stuffed with meat and also had French fries, tomatoes and tzatziki sauce in it. I highly recommend it. The Greek salad was also excellent. We both loved the spinach filled spanakopita. My husband enjoyed his souvlaki plate. The staff are extremely friendly and genuinely care about their customers. I am so glad I found this place. This will be our go to for Greek food, from now on."
"I'm obsessed with Kali Greek! I constantly crave their rice plates because the flavors of their rice, chicken, beef, and lamb are so deliciously and made with high quality ingredients. The rice alone is something I could never get tired of. Fluffy, buttery rice with roasted orzo and chickpeas expels this amazing aroma. This is the tastiest rice I've ever had. This with the juiciest seasoned chicken skewer and creamy dill sauce creates the perfect bite. I also love the beef kebab, it's seasoned perfectly with a blend of savory spices. Aside from their entrees, they also have incredible desserts. The frozen Greek yogurt on the menu caught my eye before anything else and I wanted to try all of their different toppings! The nice thing is that you can customize it to your liking! I tried the honey with candied walnuts one and added cherries. If you like tart froyo, this is incredible. Other desserts are the baklava, which is flaky yet chewy, and loukoumades, which are a must try! These mini donuts are covered in a honey syrup and crumbled walnut topping. Kali Greek is on California Ave with plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. There are two contactless ordering kiosks, grab a table number, find a table, and the food will arrive at your table. The staff and owners are super friendly and welcoming."

Randomly picked this place, and so glad we did! It is a lil pricey but worth the tasty goodness! The interior is small but cute!Cigar Borek - 4/5 stars - the flavor is so delicious with that feta in the middle, the outside is not consistently crunchy like other ones I've tried (like the ends are nice and crunchy, but the middle is soft)Beets Salad - 10/5 stars - absolutely recommend this!!!!! It's so refreshing and full of flavor, the beets covered in that sauce is perfectionHallumi - 5/5 stars - I wasn't sure the proper way to eat these so I made little sandwiches with the pita and put a little of each thing then dip it all in the oil, it was perfect combination of cheese to refreshing cucumber to pitaOverall, you have to try the Beets Salad! But everything is delicious.

New favorite spots to eat! I came in for my late lunch to get the chicken gyro plate. There were two or three workers on a Monday night, working their butts off to get everyone's order out in a timely fashion. I knew this place was good when I saw how busy they were. It wasn't long before my Togo order was brought out by the beautiful waitress. The restaurant looked clean and welcoming, not a huge space but big enough maybe able to accommodate 20-30ish people. The service was good. The food was excellent. The meat and rice were packed separately from the bread to prevent soaking I assume. The hummus was amazing! Served with a yogurt and spice sauce. The salad was good too. Total was with tip! Can't wait to be back with coworkers

Agape Grill is on my lunch list. It's used to visit Athena Grill but that place has a ridiculous line now and a horrible parking situation with a fraction of the seating this place has. Everything else is the same. You get in line and order your food, pay, and find a place to sit. While waiting, the waiter will bring you a pitcher of water and some pita with hummus. In less than 10 mins, your food is brought out to you.I love their Gyro wrap which is the right portion for lunch. It's loaded with beef and comes with a nice heap of garlic fries on the side. My other go-to is the Biftekia appetizer. Now don't be misled. This "appetizer" is actually a full size portion. It comes with 4 patties of beef patties that's loaded with flavor. And it's super juicy and tender too. This also comes with a side of garlic fries for about $15. Since this place is huge there is never a wait for a seat. It's open seating so you can find a small intimate table or a large long one if you wanna bring your team.

Ordered two pitas and waited an hour. Don't get me wrong, the goon was outstanding, and the wait staff were very kind. The kitchen got backed up and it appeared to us that maybe they should have stopped DoorDash orders. The restaurant is very clean and modern, and again, the food was very good. What we experienced was likely an off night. Way off.

We have now eaten here multiple times, so I am going to add the one thing our fellow diners have all commented on. The portions are really small, despite the fact that the prices are not. The chicken souvlaki is really small - one skewer - and 2 of the pieces were undercooked the last time we ate there. The risotto continues to be amazing and the staff are very friendly. (One exception was the young man serving us at lunch who overheard us comment on the small portions, but that's just once. Otherwise they're great.

"We just ordered small plates, brunch, and sides. So I can't speak to any of the main dishes. Having said that, below is what I can speak to on the restaurant.Dip - We ordered the tzatziki which came with delicious grilled pita. The dip was really creamy and the pita had sea salt which brought out the grilled flavor.French toast - I hadn't seen anyone mention the French toast. However, it deserves a mention because it was delicious! So light and fluffy with a cinnamon whipped sort of topping. So good!Fries - The fries were also really good. They came with ketchup and an interesting white sauce that tasted of basil, parmesan, and a tiny kick of spice. Whenever I go to a restaurant, I tend to like items that other people don't focus on...so just know I evaluate restaurants on pita and fries. LOL. But that's what makes me happy. The service here is attentive and the feeling is fancy. We sat outdoors with the heat lamps which was nice. We arrived for brunch at 12:30, and it started to get busy right about 1:30.TLDR; Dip & pita, french toast, and fries are worth a visit"
"This place is my favorite eatery on campus. I've had the Monterey fish and the chicken so far, as well as the lemonade. Everything I've had here is good, and the food comes out so fast!"
"Great for Uber eats pretty fast included the delicious red sauce, but didn't include the feta. I asked for still good.!"
"Great service - ?owner always so friendly even when it's so incredibly busy. They now take credit card (woot) but that also means they're busier so be patient and wait!We got complementary lentil soup and baklava and they really just round out the meal. A year since my last review and we still loved everything about this place!"
"Loved the lamb chop medium rare, best branzino and arugula salad with candied walnuts and oranges! Moussaka have a strong nutmeg/cinnamon and I prefer their other restaurants Kokkari better. Will def try the octopus next time and their dessert"
"I've been coming here for months, since I started working in Cupertino. Love the food; always fresh and the flavors are on-point for traditional Greek dishes I've had in the past. I've tried many dishes, but my go to favorite is the classic Gyro sandwich with some extra tzatziki sauce in the side. The staff is always nice and they have a great outdoor area for lunch."
"Nick gets the job done and is great value.A spotlight is due for the staff, there's a woman with red hair who's been working there the last couple times I've been in who is really kind and helpful. I really like their honey mustard sauce, it's a not too sweet compliment to the chicken gyro.Their froyo is also generously portioned. The location has always been clean.Main note is, I wish their fries are a little more crispy."
"Authentic Greek olive oil for sale!Greek salad- delicious and fresh!Gyro meat is broiled I thinkGet the plater for value.Real authentic Greek food, clean and small kool little place I highly recommend Affordable and hospitable owner and family I will return and support this small business owner!! The shopping center itself is old and crowded, I'd park 55 feet out to preserve your car paint from dings!!!I"
"Came here for lunch on a Wednesday evening with coworkers and it was quite busy. Fortunately, we were able to make reservation for a party of 10. Whitney was very helpful over the phone and in person when we're dining there. The restaurant was small, but the food came out fast. They had tables inside and outside with an overhang so there was shade if you were sitting outside. I ordered number one gyro pita combo with a size salad and it came with a drink that was refillable. We also ordered zucchini fries that were shareable. the owner was very nice, she walked around and greeted everyone. She also gave us free loukoumades as a birthday dessert. Overall, it was a good experience, food was good and price was reasonable. The service was quick and workers were friendly. Thank you to Whitney and owner for a good experience. She also told us that they offer catering."
"Our dining experience was so delightful, I'm glad we made the choice to give Dio Deka a try. This restaurant is on the same property as the Hotel Los Gatos, located in downtown Los Gatos. Put thoughts of a tired hotel dining establishment out of your mind as this is such a sweet spot. The restaurant has plenty of space, really nice decor and a wonderful seating plan. They try and get maximum table space inside the restaurant, but it didn't feel too crowded. The waitstaff worked together wonderfully. Our waiter was polite and knowledgeable, and the food runners kept our meal running seamlessly as we went through courses by clearing and resetting our table. Our meals were delicious. The flavoring and preparation of the food items were thoughtfully and skillfully chosen to elevate the taste experience. They offered several courses and quite a few options for each course. The wine list is extensive and the cocktails were seriously creative. This restaurant offers such variety, I will definitely come back to explore more of their meals."
"I got the lamb sish kabob (my standard fair), a Gyro and some hummus. Food was amazingly fresh and the recipes were spot on delicious. Portions are within line for the price. the hummus was good as was the pita breads and sauces. Nothing was out of sorts or disappointing. I would recommend trying this place. Nice staff and clean store. bright and efficient. I hope to come here for years to come."
"Parking is on side street since this spot is in a commercial area. But honestly, it was easy to find a spot. Had a work lunch and made reservations for a group of 10. Surprised that they actually had a large table inside reserved for us. Came during Lunch rush and let me tell you, it was packed! But service was good and our food came timely considering how busy they were. The trio dip was amazing! It came with the softest pita bread I've ever had. Also came with pita chips (so good!) and white bread. I had the gyro plate and man! It was so flavorful and tender/moist. Did I mention their portions are huge?! Must try!"
"Santa Clara, y'all can do better than THIS! The food is good, but not fantastic. It's fairness, I could go 3.5 on the food scale. The food is presented nicely, and the visual makes you want to eat everything ! Maybe I was just hangry. Service is super slow, so if you're in a hurry, this isn't your spot. If you want it now, yes Veruca Salt, this means you, it's not happening. The breakdown -The lemon chicken soup, beautiful presentation. Tasty, but too lemony. The pistacio- the side salad was tasty, but basic. The pistacio was a smaller than what I expected portion. It was tasty, but it wasn't served pipping hot like it should have been. It was also over baked. Despite the slow service, the people are nice, and that always helps. We liked it. Didn't love it. I may toss a dish on the floor, and yell OPA!"
"I grew up in Saratoga, partially grew up with Opa in Los Gatos - was so sad to see it go. Lived in San Francisco so hit Kokkari a few times. I now live in San Diego and the ethnic food + all the food is so bad compared to the Bay. Was delighted to visit Opa in Campbell with my wife when we were visiting over the Holidays. Didn't have to bring the toddlers around which was great. The food here is same same as it was 10-12 years ago. Moderate+ portions, everything is perfectly seasoned and tastes so so so great. I wouldn't say it's authentic to its native region, but it's a perfect American classy interpretation. Prices areo so legit as well. Service was great. Prompt, attentive, accurate."
"Owner/chef Nilgun B. has been producing some excellent Turkish/Mediterranean food and a number of delicious desserts (she's a very creative pastry chef, too). The DR has been recently remodeled for a cleaner and more comfortable look. Do note for those who are unfamiliar with Turkish food, although it does use hot chilis in a few dishes, overall it is NOT a "hot spice" cuisine. Do not expect chili flakes or flamin' hot sauces here; Turkish home cooking (we have several Turkish friends) does not use them. They use many spices, but not the jalapeno/serrano/habanero kind! The pastry case, which used to be on the side near the entry, is now at the back of the restaurant, on the left. Don't miss taking a look; most of her desserts are NOT listed on the regular dessert menu as she changes them often. Tip: if the baklava cheesecake is there, DO NOT MISS IT. Lovers of Philly-style cheesecake will flip over this tall, but exquisitely light and creamy beauty! We came once with friends and all four of us gave this dessert 5-stars. It takes several days to make so it's not always available; just ask the waitstaff. Those looking for keto, diabetic, vegetarian or vegan dishes will find plenty here to enjoy. Meat lovers are well-accommodated too, with hearty skewers, excellent fish, and wonderful lamb dishes. The Hunkar Begendi (pureed eggplant, braised lamb with gravy, soft tasty rice/orzo pilaf) is outstanding; we also love the Meat Moussaka with its Bechamel topping and flavorful tomato sauce.Cheese lovers will adore the flaming Saganaki: halloumi cheese deep-fried and set aflame in brandy. Soft fresh pita wedges help make it the best toasted-cheese snack ever, LOL.Relatively easy parking; residential streets are free but Bancroft Ave. and side streets running west for 1 block are metered."
"Had the chicken slouvaki bowl for dinner. The chicken was tender and cooked perfectly, rice was flavorful and it had the right amount of lettuce, tomatoe, red onion and feta cheese. I'm really writing this review and giving 5stars because the customer service was exceptional for a fast food chain. The young man behind the counter was courteous and brought our plates to the table for us. He noticed we were done eating and grabbed our empty plates and threw our garbage away for us as well. Good attentive customer service is rare these days so we appreciate the young man behind the counter. I wish I had gotten his name. 5:30pm worked the register today 2/18 if management can see this."
"I drove by this place for years. Finally tried it. It's a very casual store w/ high quality food and large portions at that. I tried the chicken souvlaki plate and it was amazing. I got fries and salad as my sides. I was stuffed! My family also got the vegetarian plate, lemon chicken (which as a 1/2 chicken), and a side of the falafel. The staff is super friendly and helpful w/ the menu. There's plenty of tables/seating to eat there. They'll bring the food out to you. We'll definitely be back! There's a shared parking lot for the plaza, so parking is easy."
"Mary and I met here for lunch today. I know Alan and I had eaten here several times since 2017 but I can't remember when I last ate in since 2020. I've done takeout several times since the start of the pandemic. The décor has changed, The collection of smaller photographs has been replaced by two large ones. I didn't recognize our server, but he was warm and friendly. I left home later than I had planned so I texted Mary that I was running late. I found parking right in front and walked in. Mary was seated against the east wall on the banquette and had already ordered a falafel wrap, as she didn't know how late I would be. She had water to drink. I ordered a small gyro and some of their delicious tea. I had thought about getting a cup of their avgelemono soup but wasn't that hungry.I sat down on the chair opposite Mary, who had received her falafel wrap. We had a good time talking and catching up and soon my gyro and tea were delivered. Mary had torn hers in half, intending to take one half home. We took turns talking so the one listening could eat, which worked out well. My gyro was delicious, as was the tea. As we talked Mary gradually ate the rest of her wrap and soon she had nothing to take home. There was never a question of leftovers for me, as this was my first meal of the day. I finished it all. Our server refilled my tea when he refilled Mary's water. When I needed to go to the bathroom I had trouble getting up because we had been sitting so long. I tried, but couldn't do it. Our server (I wish I had asked his name!) came over and asked if I needed help. I was about to reluctantly say yes when Mary said yes on my behalf and I assented, so he helped me up and my knees unlocked. I walked over to the restroom, leaving my credit card so we could pay. There was lovely tile around the bathroom walls that I don't remember from before, but that doesn't mean it wasn't there, as it's been a while. When I returned our server came over w/ the handheld point of sale device. As I paid Mary engaged him in conversation, asking if he was Iranian, volunteering that she was half Iranian. He said no, but close, that he was Jordanian, and that led to a lovely conversation about her visit w/ her late husband to Jordan and other Middle Eastern countries several decades ago and the differences in Jordan between then and now. What a pleasure to eavesdrop on it!"
"Okay, hole in the wall no frills kinda spot. They serve very few things which is really just a plate or a wrap with various meat and complimentary side options. We went with the beef gyro plate and omg this definitely filled the gyro and rice craving. We opted for the tzatziki sauce and spicy sauce and basically got all available sides minus the olives and were soooo happy with the flavor of all the food! The baba ganoush (had a nice smokey flavor to it) and the spread were my two personal favorites. Highly recommended! There's some outdoor seating too so it's a quick and casual grab and go kinda place. They do charge an extra 4% for credit card so if you're not down for that then come with cash prepared. Honestly I just had it this past Sunday and I wouldn't mind having it again today."
"We unexpectedly based our plans to be in Berkeley for most of the afternoon/evening. We wanted some good Mediterranean food and Berkeley is one of the best cities to eat Mediterranean food. Therefore, we came across Rojbas Grill. I am genuinely so happy we did! I would go back for sure. *Overview: Food: 8/10 ratingService: 10/10 rating Ambiance: 7/10 rating*What we ordered: Dolma (4pcs)Chicken Gyro Plate Adana Kebab Plate FOOD: 8/10 ratingThe food was so flavorful. The proteins were juicy, seasoned well, and tender. I love how they served a platter of piping hot soft pita bread. It paired so well with our food. I was shocked by the complimentary hot tea served post-meal. It was not an average brewed Lipton tea. The tea was a yummy subtle herbal tea and perfect for digestion since we were so full. SERVICE: 10/10 rating The waiter was SO attentive. He was not overdoing it as well. He was very chill, kind, and attentive without us asking. He refilled our napkins and water without us asking. It bothers me when people say "It's their job and also they're just being nice for more tips". But, you can always tell when it's genuine!Ambiance: 7/10 ratingI love how "homey" the ambiance is. Rojbas Grill has a lot of intricate details on their curtains, artifacts, etc. My favorite pieces were the Mandala art hung up on the walls. Parking can be decent. There is a lot of meter-based parking. However, on a busy weekend, it can be hard to find parking."
"Stopped by after a day at Arden farms. It was kinda empty but everything looked very clean. They didn't have any high chairs nor booster seats, just FYI.What we ordered:Pasta Alfredo with Chicken -10/10 portion was huge and the flavor was real good.Kids spaghetti - 10/10 portion was huge for a kid but it was real yummy. Greek salad - 9/10 I love when places add salt and pepper to a salad. The chicken was well seasoned too. The crumbles of feta w chunks of cut tomatoes and cucumber just really brought it together. I didn't even use the dressing because everything was so flavorful. 1 point off because the olives were not pitted, so be real careful when ordering this item.Cheesey bread - 10/10 wow this was real good!Funny thing is that each item comes with garlic bread so we had an overage but that's fine, we took it home. Really great experience and very nice workers."
"Gyro-meat was perfectly seasoned, delicious-bread was fresh and fluffy-veggies were fresh, crisp-sauces were perfectFalafels-crispy crunchy outside-soft inside-mixed with sesame seeds-just a little too salty"
"Great food, fast service, good fit take out or dining in, this has become a regular spot for us. Love it! Could use some music or something, it tends to be a little quiet"
