New York Diner

The waiter was attentive and friendly. I liked the New York decorations. The food was good.

Awful done with this place. Been here dozens of time it is now got to the 1 star level. Placed a simple breakfast order I got barely cooked eggs, cold toast and coffee. They never once checked on me or refilled my cup even after sking for someone to come by. Then after I got ky check and about to leave they offer me decaf. When I asked where was our waiter they got angry. Never going back.Don't tip if service sucks don't complain eithrr, theh dont care. I guess the NY in NY Diner fits.

Food was delicious Service was kind and attentive Restaurant had terrific decor, fun for a girl who is originally from NYReally enjoyed the experience!

Whew, what self respecting New Yorker could resist a diner, tucked away in Raleigh North Carolina with the banner of New York Diner upon it. As it was Sunday morning, there was a wait as there were ten in our group, but the management went thru extraordinary lengths to seat all of us close together. A glance at the menu and my eyes settled upon a western omelet complete with a side of buttermilk pancakes, just show that there was a country side of me also.The food was plentiful ans most filling, much like many of the NYC diners I've visited, just with a southern flair. A go to spot from now on when I'm in the Raleigh area. 5 stars...No photos to add as I greedily ate it all before thinking about photographing

Had a good Mexican breakfast here! Fun decor, nice staff, interesting menu! I would try it again!

Really good, El Ranchero: big breakfast, Verde sauce was the perfect amount of hot, steak was tender, 7 out of 10 definitely tex mex breakfast so that's why I low scored it out of bias. Monte Cristo was great

Early morning breakfast available at reasonable price. Coffee was good! Home fries, eggs, crispy bacon And French toast were all delicious. Service was quick and courteous. Restaurant is super cute with all the NY decorations. Surprisingly clean for all the knickknacks they have to keep up with dusting.

We came here for a Saturday morning breakfast. We LOVE diner type places and thought to give this place a try. Based on the food and such... I am okay not coming back here. It just seems like that they are trying to do too much. Breakfast menu, burger and fries menu, Mexican menu, and Italian menu. Just pick something and make it amazing. Food: Pancakes are decent but you can tell they are packed with extra sugar so becareful with syrup. Breakfast ham is literally lunch meat heated on a grill. It was actually really gross. Service: Service was the only redeeming quality. They have a nice staff Atmosphere: everything felt like it was a shade of orange. Ceiling lights as flickered to the point it became uncomfortable to the eyes. Pricing: over priced for meh diner food. Definitely not worth the price we paid for the breakfast food we got.Maybe if we were to come and get something from their Mexican menu it would be better. If you are on the fence about eating here for breakfast... go somewhere else. Side note: I can actually still smell the grease they use to cook in my hair after we left... I didn't order or eat anything fried.

As a New Yorker, I love to try the so called NY places to check if they are legit or fake.The service was excellent, attentive and courteous. The chicken parm on a wrap was fantastic, perfectly made and flavored just right.Unfortunately, the burger was horrible to me. It looked like it came from a frozen pattie, no taste at all, very bland. Was it a one time occurrence?I will never know as I am here in the area for only a few more days.

$11 for what??? Who makes an omelet and cheese is not included. Food was bland and definitely not fresh. Also was charged a $0.43 fee for using my card and wasn't informed beforehand
