Deee-licious! I've never had a Mongolian Beef Banh-Mi before, and I really enjoyed all the extra veggies on there. The sandwiches were pretty large; I thought I would only eat half but it was so good, I finished it all. The shop is located inside the Jusgo. It's a fast casual spot with limited seating. Everything is made only after you order, and the owner and his wife were very friendly.

Newly open and located beside Mamak, this small restaurant sells home style food. Owner is friendly and is like your next door grandma. There are limited seats inside the restaurant, and only two tables for seating outside the restaurant. A small family of four or small groups of two would be fine.I had the Teochew Fried Rice Cake, Teochew Satay Rice Noodle with Beef Tenderloin, and Chicken Gravy over Rice. Food took a while to come because they were made to order. Ingredients used in my three dishes were fresh and generous. The Fried Rice Cake was pan fried to perfection. It was soft, and the addition of egg completed the dish. The Satay Rice Noodle had mild taste of satay, soupy, and there were many slices of beef. It was a flavorful dish. As for the Chicken Gravy over Rice, various vegetables and slices of chicken meat with gravy piled on top of rice. The gravy was delicious, and the chicken meat was tender. I thoroughly enjoyed all the food. New Saigon Kitchen sells food that is cooked by your grandmother; food that warms your heart. Will definitely come back again!

Inside the Jusgo supermarket, situated between Mamak and Mala Sichuan. I was surprised at how flavorful the food is - I've tried the lemongrass pork banh mi and they add some kind of sauce to it inside and I really liked it! I've also tried their sate noodles and was surprisingly pretty good as well. They do take a while to make the food so account for some time - I think they make when you order. Prices are also slightly higher as well. Limited seating inside but they do have two tables outside. It seemed like a mom and pop shop running it, but I'll be back for the vietnamese sandwich! Give them a try!

Small quaint place in the Jusco market next to Mamak. Tasty food run by two very hospitable individuals. It's a small place with big flavors. We had the Satay Noodle and Shaking Tofu, both very good. Definitely worth a try. Also, if you like it more spicy ask for the chili oil and picked peppers.

New Saigon Kitchen is an excellent hidden gem located inside of JUSGO Supermarket in Sugar Land, TX. I came here for the first time shortly after it opened and I have been coming back ever since.First of all, the Bánh Mì is incredibly delicious! I have had three different bánh mì so far. The Bò Mông Cổ (Mongolian Beef), Phi Lê Cá Chiên (Fried Fish Filet), and Đậu phụ (Tofu). I loved every single one of them. I haven't even been able to move beyond the bánh mì, to try anything else, because they are so good. These bánh mì are all packed with flavor. The tofu in particular is exceptionally savory and very well seasoned. There is a peppery taste to these bánh mì that I do not recall tasting at other places, I've been. It's a very unique taste to me and really makes the bánh mì stand out. The Fried Fish Fillet was new to me in a bánh mì án I love it. I've ordered one every time I go. I cannot say enough about the service. Every time I go there I am greeted with a smile and feel very welcomed. I am biased because the chef and his wife who works up front allow me to practice my tiếng việt when I order and always have patience with me. Sam, the chef has very interesting insights about the cuisine and has a genuine interest in his customers. The ambiance is very simple but suits the cuisine and location well. I like to sit on a stool inside and listen to the sounds of the kitchen or sometimes on the tables outside of the front door. If you want to eat some wonderful food and support a local business and business owner, this is a great place to do that.

Absolutely love this tiny place in Jusgo mall. We had the Teochew Fried Rice Cake, Teochew Satay Rice Noodle and the Mongolian Beef Banh Mi. It was all so good!! Sam, the chef and owner came out and spoke with us. He has been cooking for almost 50 years. He said he always cooked for other restaurants, it has been a dream of his to have a restaurant of his own and cook the food of his ancestors. Please please visit this restaurant and taste the amazing food!!!
