Tandem Coffee & Cocktails

Located in beautiful Old Mandeville, Tandem is a great place to get a coffee, snack, and even work a little.I am always on the lookout for a coffee place where I can get a little work done. I am a bit of a workaholic and there is always something to do. Tandem is close to home and offers the perfect combination of cold brew and wi-fi.The cold brew is top tier. I noticed they get their beans from Mojo in Nola so that may have something to do with the quality of cold brew. Food items are limited but at breakfast, they offer a southwest scramble in a wrap or on a croissant. Both are good and come with a siracha sauce to up the heat level. I have also tried their pimento cheese grilled cheese and recommend it.Service is very friendly. Expect a brief wait if it is packed but that just gives you more time to work.Pro tip: If the parking out front is taken (or if you can't parallel park), there is a free lot half a block away (towards the lake).

Quiet midday stop, getting to know the new town/neighborhood we just moved to. The drinks were delicious. MeeMaw had 2 of the purple gin ones. The hummus was so delicious

OMG pimento grilled cheese! Decadent! Was also impressed with the oak milk frozen coffee. Lovely relaxing atmosphere. Highly recommend a visit. Service was great, very kind, personal and attentive

Cute spot in Mandeville that you can almost miss because it's a house converted to a coffee shop. There's parking in the back and extra seating in the back as well. The food was delicious and there are some items on the chalkboard that were not on the menu. It was delicious and fresh. It's a nice atmosphere with the art on the wall for purchase. Another thing is that when you order food you are given a number and the staff brings you to where you are seated.

The best kept secret on the Northshore. Everything from the avocado toast, to the baked goods, coffee and cocktails are all amazing! By far the best frozen coffee drink I've had, ever. It's just the right combination of coffee, cream, and sweeteners, not like the Seattle based place that sells burnt black water and frozen diabetes in a cup.I can't say enough about the quality of the coffee and the balance they achieve with just the right flavor and strength, it's really the only coffee I've ever had maybe other than Philz (CA) that achieves this (which IMO is a high bar to reach in the coffee world).Once you visit you'll be addicted, so you've been warned! :)

1st time customer and loved this cute quaint coffee shop in an old house. The positive vibes and patience when trying to place a new order were top notch. I ordered the hot chai latte with a vanilla bean syrup added and OMG! Literally the best I've ever tasted and the chicken salad on a crossaint warmed was so tasty. Like y'all have a life time customer. There is parking out front across the street and in the rear I believe. Thanks for being kind to me during my 1st visit. I'll be back!

Awesome small-business coffee shop in the heart of historic Mandeville. They have the in store menu so if you're looking for some fresh, hot brunch food don't be discouraged by the menu! They also make their own coffee and drink syrups from natural ingredients. I got the egg and sausage scramble on a croissant along with a wedding cake hot-latte. Staff are friendly, food and coffee are delicious, and the place as a whole has awesome ambiance. Be on the lookout for parking. Street parking is available but be careful! Narrow roads! I also believe there's a back parking lot. They have both indoor and outdoor seating. Place was very clean and well kept up with. The staff were very proactive with this during my visit. Highly recommend!!!

Dru's service was awful! Would not return at all! He is not a pleasant person and requires a lot of training

Love their support for the LGTB community and their salads and cocktails! Everyone who works there is great.
