Skooters Grill & Yogurt

My daughter recommended this place to me so I gave them a try today. They have both outdoor and inside dining areas. Their menu covers burgers, chicken, salads, and seafood. They have a kid's menu as well plus lots of ice cream treats. Having been away from the Deep South for far too long I stayed with my daily routine of eating seafood since there is nothing like the seafood from this metro area. I ordered the Shrimp Po-Boy Combo. The sandwich was great! I loved the French Bread too. The shrimp were delicious as were their fries. I couldn't leave without at least an ice cream cone. It was really piled high with creamy soft serve ice cream on a cake cone. Service was good throughout my stay. A lot of folks with kids coming in for ice cream too.

Love this place - it's quaint & family owned business in the heart of Madisonville bridge area - the fettuccine is to die for & the burgers & ice cream milkshake is 5 stars too

Double Cheeseburger, Again one of those places that just does simple the right way, the fries are Always crispy, I call ahead and place my order everytime and they wait till I get there to drop the fries! May seem like not a big deal, but I cannot tell you any other recent burger spot I go too that does this. Always quick, the kids that work there are very nice and helpful, and between the cheeseburger or the pattons hot sausage sandwich you cannot go wrong. Another local place that continues to stay in business for a reason!

Good cheeseburgers and milk shakes in Madisonville. There's ample parking available too.

We first ordered from here through DoorDash a few weeks ago. I got the combo plate with red beans, étouffée and shrimp Monica. It was all delicious. Literally the best red beans I've ever had and I've had a lot! I went there with a friend Monday and had to have the beans again. Again they were amazing. My friend got the beans and fried shrimp. The shrimp were delicious too! I can't wait to try the other stuff on the menu!!

wasn't expecting much from the little spot and i was correct burguh was not very toight today or probably any day but is acceptable, cheap ingredients and a odd salty taste to the meat. cheese and and bun average overall a 3.8 on the bell curve scale eh

Feast your eyes on this amazing specimen of a chili dog. This is the #7 combo. Hotdog about two days old covered in cheap can chili that beans cooking all day. Yummy.

It's pretty good for what it is as far as smaller counter service type of place. Great bang for the buck, etc.

Great food! Definitely a place that I would stop at again when in town. Shrimp and Etoufee tasted like Louisiana.

The food was great but after we ate one of the young girls in the back came out screaming to the teenage boy working the register that there was a roach running around the kitchen and she couldn't get it. The food was good but .....!
