Shake Shack can never do wrong. Lol. Those tiny little burgers are the way to my soul. I strongly suggest ordering online at this location. The lined moved fast but it was long.

$60 lunch with a crappy attitude from some chick working there. If you have a picture of something, in this case it was cheese fries, and mine looks nothing like that(cheese) and I ask for a little more don't mock me. If your life sucks hang it up.... But at least do your bottom feeder job correctly(hint: politely and friendly). That said, my triple avocado burger was good, the chicken avocado burger needed a fresher chicken and the vegan burger was good. 4 orders of fries were cooked correctly but the cheese was seriously lacking on the 2 cheese fries. With the interaction with this employee I will never, ever, whichever is longer, visit a Shake Shack ever again.

Ok, this is the second time in a row I've ordered subpar food from this Shake Shack. The first couple of times, the food was great. But if an eatery isn't consistent, they won't get any more business from me. I ordered three burgers and all of them were not smashed with the crispy outer layer the franchise is known for. I specifically order WELL DONE for all the burgers. Whatever ground beef(?) they are using now is gross and disgusting. The whole patty was wet and filled with gristle. Horrible! Never again! The only reason I didn't give 1 star is because the fries and shakes were still good. Do better!

I'd never experienced a shake shack franchise before so here was my chance while I was visiting Bourbon Street. I ordered fries and a cheeseburger with various toppings was given a number and waited approximately five minutes. This was a to go order to take back to my room, so I just didn't check the bag being that I only ordered two items. Once getting to my room, I realized the fries were not in the bag. The cheeseburger was great. The staff was nice. It hit the spot after a couple of drinks.

I dont know what took so long for me to try Shake Shack! We had just fi wished a night cemetery tour and were hungry. Ordered the 2 veg options on the menu-the mushroom veg shack and the one with the party. Also got an order of fries. The burgers were delicious. A bit on the smaller side for the price and the fact that this is a fast food joint but tasty nonetheless. I would skip the fries-tiny portion,cold,limp.

We don't normally stop at fast food chain restaurants especially when visiting such an amazing food centric city like New Orleans, but we were very hungry and fried chicken looked like it might be a good place to stop for something quick. We were pleasantly surprised by the taste and quality of ingredients in our orders. I got the Chicken Stack - a crispy chicken breast with lettuce tomato and mayo on a bun. My husband got the Chicken Bites. Both were good and came out piping hot. They definitely filled in the empty spots.Ordering can be done online, or on pads at the restaurant. Meals can be ordered for eat-in or take-out. Pretty straightforward for fast food.The dining area was moderately clean. Typical fast-food ambiance - well lit and hard surfaces.

I don't typically go to Shake shack because of the price, but it's actually not as bad as I had thought. Thanks to T-Mobile Tuesday deal I was able to get a free shake shack burger with a purchase. The quantity of fries was better than I remembered too.Burger: Quality was fresh and the potato buns were soft. The patty is made with Angus beef. It comes with lettuce, tomato sauce, cheese, and a patty on a potato bun.Crinkle cut fries: crispy on the side potato in the middle. Since I took it to go and had to wait until I got home it got a little bit cold, but they are great fresh.I ordered through the app and my order was ready 10 minutes before I could even get there. I was able to walk in tell them my name and pick it up immediately I like that the paper bag it comes in has reinforced handles and is open so that the steam doesn't make the fries soggy. They also included three packs of ketchup in the bag.Parking: difficult. Luckily, I ordered pick up and was able to street park temporarily. There are some premium lots nearby because it is next to the mall. Great for tourists who are taking public transit or staying at the hotels nearby.This location is on a busy street so can be more difficult to get to by car.

We ordered this food to go; my boyfriend is a fan of Shake Shack due to his home state and we decided to fit some of our hungry cravings as we hadn't eaten in awhile that day. We both went for the avocado chicken sandwich with a side of fries & he had the hot dog as well. It was all very good!

The smash-style burgers here are amazing. So much so that Shake Shack has fast become my new favorite spot. The fries (Crinkle-cut style) are always crispy and perfectly salted. The Shakes are good but their Burgers steal the show. I wouldn't recommend the chicken or portobello mushroom options. Service is fast and easy, which starts by ordering at the Kiosk. You can order at a register, too. Finding a table isn't usually a problem, and your order is brought out to you.The location of this franchise is conveniently located in the heart of the city, with an open view of busy Canal Street and Decatur Street.
