Incredible selection of herbs, tinctures, natural goods. The people that work there are super helpful. I really liked that they stock goods from all over, everything is curated with care.

I admire the extensive collection of herbs, dried flowers and plants and tinctures. The staff is knowledgeable in botanicals and helpful. I got some great smelling file gumbo after checking out a few of the many jars of dried plants.

I arrived late to attend a three part Spell Work class this evening. The instructor came to door and told me I couldn't come in because I was 30 minutes late. I told her I was sorry, but I had a conflict and came as soon as I could. She said that I could come next week for the second class and I told her I wasn't that late and asked if I could just slip in as I was already there. She told me that they had just gone over the "definitions" and I couldn't come in and participate. I asked her if there was some literature or a syllabus and she said no. Once again, I asked if I could step in and she refused. It was a strange conversation and I really don't know what to make out of it. I'm a quick study and I believe if I had been allowed to enter I would have caught up. The definitions couldn't have been that sacred or difficult to learn.I told her I guess I need a refund and without batting an eye she told me to contact the store the next business day. She didn't even seem to care that I was going to try and get my money back. So much for customer service and I guess they didn't really need my $90.00. I didn't read anything that said if we were late to a class that we couldn't come in and I understand that everyone has their policies. However, I'm not paying for this series since I have now missed the first one. I sent an email to the store and today the manager/owner, Christiana called and told me she was sorry and had already sent my refund. She was very nice and I appreciate that she got back with me this morning. I've bought things from the shop over the years, but didn't take another class until now. Guess I can't be in the coven.

I was here to buy incense. I didn't feel like driving and parking and the whole hassle at the French Market so i looked on Yelp and found this place. I found a parking spot right across the street and entered the very small shop. Upon entering, I greeted the lone employee and I'm still not sure if she said anything in return. There was another customer in the store when I entered but she was browsing and the employee was alone at the counter. I found some incense and by the time i did, the other customer had left so I looked around to see what else there was. There was a wall full of herbs, spices, and seasonings. I saw some handmade soaps but I was only there for the incense. I got about 4 packs and made my way out. I have read other reviews here and I will add mine. With such a small shop, I expected to be greeted FIRST. And loud enough for me to hear. Again, I'm not sure if my greeting was returned. It's not like the place was overflowing with customers. Since I got the feeling I didn't really belong, I will probably just deal with the hassle down at the French Market the next time I need incense. Or find someplace else to get it.

I love this local store! One of my friends told me about it and I'm so glad she did! I stopped by and Tessa and Danny (sp?) helped me find all the items I needed and didn't even know I needed!I wanted some sage for my new office but since burning it might be an issue in my office building, Tessa suggested Rose Water as well. I also found some beautiful gemstones with helpful descriptions. I stocked up on pyrite, malachite, Labradorite, amethyst, rose quartz, and smoky quartz!I also found some cinnamon pinecones that were half off. I bought one bundle for work and one for home for decorations!I really like this store and plan on getting a gift card, maybe some tea and maybe some spices!Happy shopping!

This shop was recommended to me and I decided to pop in last Saturday to pick up some Elder berry for my daughter. Unfortunately they didn't have any, and they said that they don't know when they will have more. My 9 year old loved the feel of the place and even commented how the clerk looked "like a happy person". I picked out some tea, which I drank that night, and it is delish. My daughter liked the variety of rocks there and picked out a sharks tooth to go with her collection. I was bummed about the elderberry because we needed it and were excited to get it at their sale so I guess it would be smart to call first if you need a specific item. All in all, it is a cute place that has a large variety of herbs and other natural medicinal items.

Tessa was very knowledgeable and helpful on different remedies for personal experiences. The store was neatly organized and wasn't overwhelming when searching through. I found it easy to shop and parking around the location easy to come by. Would recommend giving this local shop a visit.

Nope, Just came back and saw my review from four years ago was deleted. Nope not gonna let that pass your business practices are subpar and the way you treat your customers in the diverse area that you are in is unacceptable

Lots of great herbs and incense. Interesting books as well. Will definitely return.

Incredible selection of a hundred types of spices in their natural form in jars you can open and see. So cool!
