Reve Coffee Lab

We recently visited this coffee shop and tried their iced vanilla lattes, which were really good, though I personally prefer a darker color latte. The highlight for me, though, was their honey butter croissant. It's not a common flavor to find from my experience, and they absolutely nailed it here. The buttery, slightly sweet profile was perfect, and I would definitely come back just for that! A great spot overall, they had tons of good looking food options that I would try next time as well.

Keeping it real.Speaking of keeping it real on Sunday, February 16th we visited REVE Coffee Lab, located in Village at Willow Grove shopping mall in Oak Hill Place,Louisiana, one of the most affluent suburbs of Baton Rouge. It boasts an urban style interior with outside seating. The establishment was bustling, which speaks volumes about their business.We ordered two lattes and Salted Honey Buttered Croissants. The initial taste of the Chocolate Latte was like a sweet hug without being clingy, whereas the Lavender Cappuccino was like that one aunt who just won't quit being bitter. But then a bitter note like a grumpy old man snuck up on the Chocolate Latte, like a party crasher, and ruined the vibe.The pretty golden brown croissants we requested to be warm came cool as a cucumber, or should I say Cool Hand Luke. Although they featured a pleasant honey butter glaze, it was washed out by the salt sprinkled on top. And let's get real, the texture was a total giveaway - it was like they took a can of Pillsbury bread, rolled it up, and pretended it was a croissant. I mean, where were the nice layers and flaky goodness? I tell you no where to be found.It basically was unarmed with warmth, heavy, bready imposter, but hey, at least it was edible, and that's a plus, right? Was it a bad experience? The grub and drinks were a total fail, but the vibe was super energizing, the tunes were just right, and everyone, including us, was having the time of their lives.

I really enjoy their speciality drinks here. There's always something creative on the menu to try. I like to drop in at least once when I'm visiting Baton Rouge. It's a little small and can feel loud & crowded inside, but there are little outside tables to sit at too and it's nice to walk around the shops in Willow Grove. The workers are nice, but sometimes the service can be slow when they are busy because there are usually only a few people working, so just expect that and temper your expectations :)

Rêve was a really cool little spot! The location is definitely a place I would like to come back and visit! The gentleman that helped us was super personable and knowledgeable. We ordered the burrito, sausage biscuit and cinnamon roll. They were all good, I liked the biscuit better, my husband likes the burrito better and my daughter preferred the cinnamon roll. So it was a win. I would definitely come back to try their coffee!

I love this place. Service is always friendly and welcoming. Good for quick small meetings or studying. The place is small but has an outside patio welcoming to animals.

This is my first time coming here. Since there aren't really available seats inside I sat in their spacious outdoor area. The ambience is nice inside from what I can tell and on good weather days it's also nice outside! A good spot to chill and get something done or have a quick bite. I got the iced milk tea which is pretty good. They also have a food menu but I didn't try any food. Service was quick and polite. Definitely will try this place out again.

An adorable coffee shop that gets an A+++ in the aesthetically pleasing category! I love how bright and open this coffee shop is, and the fact that they sell coffee and alcohol! Never seen something like this, so I loved the concept.I stuck to coffee and got the iced coffee add vanilla and almond milk. To me, all coffee tastes the same so it was delicious. I thought the glass it came in was adorable, and it took 2 seconds to make so we weren't waiting long at all. It looked like they had yummy food options, but I didn't get any. This place is in a great part of town, so I am always driving by.

I love Reve so much I go about three times a week. The coffee is top notch, and I particularly love their seasonal drinks that are always inventive and unique! The pastries are truly incredible. You cannot beat the everything bagel pastry or the sausage biscuit. Also literally anything from the pastry case will be 10/10. The place itself is so cute and in a great area so it makes the experience even better. Good service. Chill vibes. Highly recommend!!

Tried the vanilla latte and their banana brownie. The vanilla latte had a sour taste to it, tasted like milk poured over stale drip coffee with half a spoon of vanilla flavoring. The banana brownie had a flavorful taste at first but quickly turned into a flour taste, basically poorly baked cake with overwhelming banana frosting. Overall disappointed and confused how this place has 4 stars. Service and interior was okay. Price came out to $17 for two lattes and the brownie.

We stayed in Baton Rouge last night on our way to Texas and wanted to try a nice local coffee shop. We decided to try Reve and we are very pleased. I had a cappuccino and a cinnamon bun with espresso glaze. Both were super yummy!! We also had a latte with whipped cream, a latte, and an iced NOLA. I grabbed a honey butter croissant for the road as well. The staff were very friendly and chill even though it was pretty busy. The ambience is very nice. I love the colors and the open design. It feels comfy yet spacious. I also love the natural colors. It is very clean and well maintained. If I lived here, I would definitely come here to work, study, and hang out.
