Puccino's Coffee

Great service. Clean facility and loved my frozen drink.Easy parking and exit. Several locations.

I visited Puccino's on Veteran's Blvd this morning to study and pick up coffee. I was warned by other classmates that the Veterans location does not have the best service, and it lived up to its reputation. I ordered a latte with caramel syrup, but when I received the drink there was no caramel in it. I asked the barista to add some in - and when I tasted it afterwards there was orange juice in the latte! Not sure if it was an honest mistake or intentional, but it's safe to say I will not be going back to that location.

Lots of parking in front of the strip mall where this located. Friendly employees. It could use a good cleaning. Food was good. Reasonable prices.

I used to frequent the one on veterans highway across from Winn-Dixie and used to work there as well for a short period of time while I did they would frequently get my orders. Messed up and would not properly train me or other members of the staff causing longer then necessary wait times for the customers and myself will refuse to give our tips to us gave us bad headsets to work with for dive Thur and the customers were unnecessarily rude to me and other members of the staff

If you want to find some of the BEST coffee in NOLA, look no further than Puccino's! Their Italian coffee is superb and you can even go with the frozen granita (which is what my girls love) or go with a caramel Frappuccino...you won't go away unhappy for sure!

This coffee shop is nice and quiet, and a perfect place to take a break during the day. The service is great, and the food is good too. Today I had the smoked salmon bagel, and it was fantastic. I'll definitely be coming here for it again. I might just do it again tomorrow!

Came in on a random Tuesday afternoon and was the only one in line. Ordered the iced Puccino with espresso and was not disappointed. It was on the sweet side but still good for our first time. Would come back and order one of the frozen drinks or straight espresso.

I had a terrible experience here. For one, I was one of the only African American customers and it was awkward for me walking into this place where the customers were openly discussing racism! Nevertheless, I politely ignored the vibes and hard stares and proceeded to wait in line like every else. The lady behind the counter had a very nasty attitude. I had been there previously and ordered a blended coffee that was really good so I wanted the same drink that I had last time but I didn't know the name of the coffee. The lady who helped the first time was very nice but that lady wasn't here this time. This time, I received service from a lady who had a very think accent and she didn't speak English well. I described the drink that I received last time to her. The drink she gave me was not the correct drink so I took it back. I told her this drink she gave me was not the correct drink. The drink I had last time was a blended drink that had whipped cream and chocolate drizzle on top. The drink that she gave me did not and it didn't taste the same either. This drink was very bitter and it tasted like chocolate drizzle. A cup full of chocolate drizzle. She attempted to re-ring the incorrect drink that I was trying to bring back and I told her I didn't want this drink. She proceeded to accuse me of incorrectly ordering and told me that they don't do free drinks and if I wanted her to remake it she would charge me full price. She then proceeded to tell me it was MY mistake, and not her fault. Then she spoke the foreign language over her shoulder while walking off. Very rude. Very unprofessional and almost seemed as if she didn't want to serve me at all. I will never return! Needless to say, I threw the entire coffee away and went straight to Starbucks where the only color that matters is green!
