I get a frozen drink here and it is unique. Very friendly service. Nice clean interior.

I met here with a friend for a quick catch up and a breakfast. I have never been to Puccino's before, so I didn't know what to expect. Very cute, charming place, beautiful decorations, good food. Baristas were nice and friendly, but they were talking to each other a lot. As a result, we had a mix up with our order and I had to repeat my questions several times to make sure they heard me. Food was delicious, but we waited for it for a long time. Chicken wrap was ready in about 15 minutes. We waited for a bagel for maybe 5 more minutes and then went to ask them where it was. It was sitting at a drive through all this time. Also, temperature inside was pretty warm. I hope other locations don't have these issues. Overall, it is a beautiful coffee shop and I did enjoy breakfast with my friend.

We love grabbing a casual brunch here! Great breakfast which we usually pair with a mimosa or a screwdriver, but they were out of Prosecco and Vodka the last two times we went... otherwise great food and service.

Love their Frozen Granita. I keep coming back for it. They're under new management now. Kate is always a pleasure to see- so friendly and always gets your order right! Breakfast food is delicious and reasonably priced. Great for a quick bite!

I like this location when I have a little work to do. It is a bit more relaxed than the lakeside location. The workers here are usually pretty friendly. I like the primo granita and the iced primo Puccino's. Tuesdays are bogo if you come back during the week with your bogo voucher.The only complaint I have would be to improve the ac system here to make it feel a little more comfortable to sit in.

Poor, 50-min. long drive-thru experience at this Puccino's location!! Sunday morning, simple order: 2 breakfast sandwiches and 2 coffees. Waited in an extensive line for 25 MINS. to pull up to window, pay, and wait another 20 MINS. for my incomplete order. Had to flag down the drive-thru window worker to ask how long much longer it would be for the 1 biscuit I had been waiting 20 mins for, which she replied "the cook JUST GOT BACK to the kitchen" ....? Since she had already charged my card and told me "no refunds" - I told them to keep it as I drove off! Drive-thru operation & communication severely lacking. Coffee, good. 1 sandwich (of 2) I paid for & received, good. Overall Puccino's experience, bad.

One of my favorite locations. The down side is that the AC gets abit warm to enjoy an ice cold coffee. The barista doesn't have controls of the system. Other than that the coffee is pretty consistent in flavor. The tables and restrooms are well kept up.

This is a mixed review because I give it one star but continue to give my business daily and most times twice a day with the 2nd time having 2 or 3 people in my car. But one thing I can not stand is a person that works the window who is sometimes the first person I see in the morning to not ever say hello, give me a total or say have a nice day as I put more money in the tip jar. Sometimes this person says nothing at all. Such a shame that my favorite coffee is served with a horrible attitude.

The food is good but the woman at the window was very rude over a mistake she made herself

Opened my sausage biscuit only to find that a bite had already been taken out of it. Who does that??
