Puccino's Coffee

I live in River Ridge so I go to this small coffee shop. The place is beautiful inside and the people at the window are very friendly. I tried a "mocha frappe" and I swear it was the most delicious thing I've ever had in my life. Of course, coffee is a little pricey. Everything is a little pricey right now. But this is so good, I would rate it over Starbucks.

Love the ambiance - not super crowded on a Friday at 9:40A, kitschy decor, plenty of light. Young lady at counter was polite and eager to serve, though a bit distracted by activity going on behind her in the drive thru.Coffees were good, albeit a bit pricy: $6.25 for a large cappuccino - strong and definitely Italian coffee - and $7.75 for a med vanilla carmel whip frappe, which was like a dessert.Husband ordered Big Classic Breakfast with sausage patties, sunny side up. He enjoyed it, and I loved the pancakes. Unfortunately, I didn't love my breakfast.$6.95 Divine Biscuit Angel, not served in drive thru or take out. Must be something special; OK, I'll try it. Can I have the egg over hard? When they brought it to me, I thought they had my order wrong. It looked NOTHING like the picture. Upon closer look at the picture, the runny egg made it look moist. But where were the onions? I was told they were out of them because they don't sell very many of this biscuit. And the shredded cheese was a slice of American. Basically it was 2 sausage patties, a biscuit (that was a bit dry), an egg (which was over hard, thank you!) and a slice of cheese. I'm going to stop here and let you draw your own conclusion on my opinion of the breakfast.

Puccino's is currently my favorite study spot! The ladies that work here don't always make conversation with you, but they recommend great stuff and always get your food and drinks out to you quickly, hot and fresh. This place definitely has character!! Every wall has something interesting or funny to look at/read. The decor will leave you entertained and never board. This isn't your modern, basic coffeeshop...it's a nice change up to a lot of places you'll visit nowadays.

C.W.A...coffee with an attitude...the cashier or "Lead Barista" had a serious pis poor attitude like we were there to bother her from what she was supposed to be doing...her job...I know somedays people have bad days...but when she clearly is just a mad person...the grirs were soupy and watery I say pass on it and go to one of the other breakfast places near by

Pulled my warm donut twist out of the bag to find they tossed it in the bag on top of the napkins without wrapping it. Should have just gone to McD's - coffee would be just as good and there wouldn't be paper adhered to my food.

They keep it so cold in here year round. If you go inside for longer longer than five minutes, bring a sweater, jacket, coat, etc. The staff stated their is nothing they can do for it is controlled by the wizard of oz. Maybe the one star will get someone's attention. Probably not based on their poor average...

I wish I could have an option for no stars!!!Drive thru for watered down tasteless coffee. Go inside to remedy the situation and the girl working says she has to ask the manager how to make my coffee problem a non problem. Shes texting, Im waiting. Gave me all kinds of excuses why she couldn't fix my $4 coffee. I left that nasty sh&$ on the counter!!! Wont ever go back. Mike Williams you can do better!

I love the coffee and the place. Most of the baristas are really cool and nice. One even knows my order. But 3 different times I was there, this same guy always has an attitude and rude. I asked for oat milk with my coffee. He even rang it up as such. When he handed it to me, he said it was almond milk. I said oh I'm sorry I asked for oat milk. He didn't say a word, stood there a minute and then walked away looking annoyed AF. Sir, YOU messed up, not me. And like I said, same guy, 3 different occasions. I hate walking in and seeing him at the register.

Where do I begin.? Coffee is fine. That's good. Iced latte is good. Can't have a granita because it's loaded with sugar and I don't like a whole lot of sugar so that's out. I've gotten a croissant that was toasted that was so so I've gotten a croissant that was heated in the microwave and that was rubbery. They stopped serving breakfast way too early for me. I like breakfast anytime of the day and that is not possible because their kitchen closes quite early. I think it's about 2 in the afternoon. Service was less than enthusiastic or friendly. I always try to be friendly and smile and it's difficult with someone who seems like they don't want to be there. The café is appealing. it was clean.

Food was okay but service definitely needs work. I had gotten a wrap with a Barqs Root beer. Barqs is in a bottle, have to ask the cashier for a cup with ice, then I had to ask her to open the bottle! Got the eye roll on that but she did open it. Good restaurants will do those things without asking. Then to top that off, she did not turn in one of the orders for one in our group. That's always nice when one is sitting there while everyone is eating.
