After 7 years, I can say that this PJ's nails consistency. Still terrible. Still mostly unfriendly. The granita machine is more predictable than the McDonald's ice cream machine to be either broken or not frozen. Pro tip: Uber eats offers free delivery for Starbucks orders greater than $20.

Coffee was ok, better than Dunkin'. But it seems the outlets in Ochsner facilities don't really care about hiring people who give a damn about customer relations. Oh, you get your coffee. And any additions you need, but the unfriendliness is common in this one and Baptist. I'm sure there's someone out there who can serve customers with more than just an air of contempt.

Disappointing!! The girl working the register was extremely RUDE. She was in no hurry to wait on us nor did she welcome us. Everything we asked for seemed to be an inconvenience. We asked for 2 croissants, a scone and a decaf flavored coffee. The only coffee they able to serve was regular, decaf and iced. The croissants were dry and had a weird flavor. Not interested in trying this place again mainly for the rude service!! Clearly she's not a people person.

Disappointed the girl working at the register was extremely rude she made me feel stupid the way she talked to me and I asked her for a caramel macchiato granita she told me " THAT IS Two Different Things you can't get that" and proceeded to tell me I had to get one or the other then I asked her nicely if she could make my hot chocolate not too hot and she told me the coffee is hot so she couldn't do that. But over all the coffee is good

Service is crazy slow. You would think you're at the OMV! Have been here multiple times and this crew is awful. Busy on phones or eating.

This location is supposed to close at 8pm; however, if you get there even at 6:30pm they will tell you that they don't have anything hot, no lattes, and no blended drinks. They clean the machines early and refuse to serve anything. They are excluding the entirety of night shift employees who come to work early and get a drink. Additionally, the majority of the staff is astonishingly rude.

The worst attitudes, and these ladies are definitely not baristas. They need to be schooled on service and beverage making.

Literally the worst PJs in existence. They're always out of items, the wait is long, and the people are rude. My simple order is usually wrong at some level but I don't dare tell them because they're so rude if you say anything to them at all. The only reason I'm ever there is because I work in the hospital and am sometimes desperate for a coffee but I think I've even hit my limit for dealing with it.

AWFUL! Never again! First I order and get treated like a nuisance that's bothering them. Service is so bad that I literally felt ripped off for leaving a tip. They are CONSTANTLY out of everything, but I needed caffeine. I wanted a frozen southern wedding cake, but they were out of every single flavor (that's what I was told) so the only thing I was told I could get was plain vanilla. I hesitantly ordered it with an extra shot...that I repeated to her SEVERAL SEVERAL times but was COMPLETELY IGNORED. I literally had to beg for the shot at the counter and she finally stomped away pissed off at me for asking her to do her job. ALTOGETHER it took about 15 minutes to get the wrong thing, as I was forgotten about for quite a while and laughed at when I asked what was up. I really wanted to take the tip back I left since it was the ONLY tip in the cup and now I know why. I still can't believe I paid $10 for this disgusting concoction and horrible service. Basically they try to discourage you from ordering anything because they are hoping you will turn and go away...I wish I would have been one of the smart ones that left!
